I thought I would also get a $25 credit toward another oil change, but I didn't.My attendant was kind and friendly.The service was very speedy--no waiting. They also checked fluids and air pressure for me.

I had a really good experience at Jiffy Lube. They completed all the services I requested quickly and were very friendly too. I m happy I chose to go there, especially after this morning's incident with a competitor, which led me to switch. I ll be sticking with Jiffy Lube from now on.

I pulled up when they opened at 10 am and there was one other person in front of me and the attendant stated it would be 45 minutes before they would even service my vehicle. I asked why he stayed because it was only him and one other person working. I said that s fine I will wait. It really was only about 20 minutes before they got to my car. Then the attendant came in and said we only gave synthetic oil which was about 40 dollars more than my usual because I use conventional. I really was in a crunch because my oilLight was on so I said that s fine we will have to use the more expensive one. It would have been nice to know that information when I first arrived. Then I had a coupon that I got from the website for 15 dollars off, he tried to type it in manually and he stated oh well doesn t work . In the past the employee has always had a coupon waiting for me to use I never had to look it up anyway. The customer service was severely lacking which stood out the most to me. I have been to this location numerous times it s where I prefer to go because of the great customer service and this experience makes me not want to return.

They did an amazing job. I got to go right in and I didn t even have to wait very long For them to get done and they even broke it down and explained to me what needed to be fixed how far past due it was and all of that. I will definitely be going back!!

Had fun waiting on a very hot day with 2 power outages. Staff was nice & a bit funny too. Not too busy, but they worked thru lunch to take care of people who lined up outside.

They did not check any thing like lights, washer fluid, windshield wipers, tire pressure, battery. Nothing. Perhaps you no longer do that. If that is the case I will no longer be coming to Jiffy Lube.Update..Management did contact me and apologized and stated they still do all the things that were not performed. Said she would send a gift coupon. She took all my info and said she would send out that day. Never received it. No big deal as I was not expecting anything but did solidify my opinion of that store. Will not go back.

5 Star experience! Rex and the rest of the team treated me like I was a family member. Kind, went the extra mile, professional. Turned my day around. Came in for an oil change but got much more!

This location and the Donaldson location dont know how to greet their customers plus this location didn t vacuum the vehicle or clean the windshield plus i dont think they even did a checklist survey of vehicle and price was way to high for service received. Probably will go back to doing it myself after years of letting jiffy lube do all of our vehicles.This has been the worst year of service.Service: Oil change

Great service and always friendly. I've been going for over a year and they've always have me in and out. Red is one cool guy and treats people like he wants to be treated. Love this store.

These people were awesome. I came right a closing and had a flat. They were very helpful. The regional manager even left to go get the materials needed to patch my tire. You don't get service like this anymore. I'm very thankful and would 10/10 recommend this place

I didn t get anyone s name that day specifically but I did stop at the location around 1-2pm central standard time two men were both very nice, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. I also want to thank them for going over and Beyond best service I ve ever received.

The tire balancing machine wasn't calibrated, the person who answered the phone said they could do all of the things we asked them to do which was incorrect, they were understaffed which led to waiting at the front counter for about 25 min. I ended up leaving without getting any work done since they could only do the oil change and I was fed up by that point, so I cannot comment on their expertise.

Red today gave over and above care that I had to brag a little. He serviced my car and showed me how to read the tire pressure and what to look for in my car over the winter to keep it in top shape. I WILL be returning!!!

I took my Jeep to Jiffy Lube for a synthetic oil change and filter, as well as a tire rotation. The price was reasonable, the service was clear and concise, the wait was short, and there were no surprises. The customer service was also very good. Always prompt service, improved software program that shows you what services you need for vehicle but you aren't oversold on items. All employees friendly and efficient. Employees went over all services provided and even told me about every 500 miles free preventive check without me asking. My family has come to this location in Hermitage, TN for over 20 years. Highly recommended.

I have to be practecally doxed in order to leave this review. I will leave an honest review but I don't think they will post it publicly because of this, my first statement. Ok that out of the way. I will give the workers a good grade because of my observation. They exceed my expectations in just about all areas. They were kind and easy to talk to. They listened to what I had asked and gave honest answers. They were all very qualified, knowlegeable, and experianced on all areas of vehicle maintence and repair. And not just oil changes. The last thing i can say that i believe everyone wants know is they, atleast in my case were very quick and efficiant to get the job done in no time. One more thing, this is a real honest review from someone who has no ventured interest in this company or establishment.Service: Oil change

Since frequenting this area since March 2021, I have used this location for service to both my vehicles. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I feel confident when traveling that my car is in good shape. They have always been quick with references to places for the things they couldn t do.
