I've been going to Julio and Grande for YEARS. Always honest, fair and get the job done with care. I refer all my friends and co workers to bring their vehicles to them because they go the extra mile. I'm so appreciative to have a shop like this in the community that I know I can trust. They go as far as diagnosing extra issues that I never even asked about. Just pointing it out to me and letting me see for myself. They never use scare tactics they always have the customers best interest. I've tried over 10 different shops in the area which do a decent job but hands down I always try to get into JC Auto. I can't say enough positive things. Just

Absolutely love these guys. They have always been so helpful and helped me right away any time I need something. Prices are so good and they are so fast and efficient. No one can EVER balance my tires and they did it PERFECT on the first try. I was impressed! Go see them, you won't be disappointed!! They are always out there working so hard!!

3 jacks holding up a Hummer... No jack stands in sight. Employees need to learn how to properly lift a car off the ground.

Great shop! Got my 05 Honda Odyssey motor mounts done a fair price. Can't go wrong with these guys!

I had a screw in my tire that needed to be patched. I went to four other places in Nashville to have it fixed. They all said drop it off for four hours. This place got to it right away. had the tire off had to screw out and had me gone in less than an hour.I will be using them in the future .Thank you JC tire shop

This statement WILL NOT BE POSITIVE..My son in law has had his car there twice for the same thing..supposed to be a fuel pump, had to pay a tow truck twice only to again have him take his hard earned money and the car..WAS NEVER FIXED...NOR WORKED ON.. I take him to pick up his car around noon today only to have it break down again before he gets home..another tow bill out of pocket. They refuse to give him a receipt..so I see why...now what I'ma do ...because they have taken advantage of him..is help him take them to court..my advice for JC auto repairs in Hermitage..is make sure your paperwork and liscense are in order.. thieves...if I could give you a negative-10 it would be to good for you!!!

I've had 4 different vehicles worked on over the past 3 years at this shop. They have always taken care of me. I'm going in today to get my brakes done and a new tire rod. Thanks guys!
