My truck is the lifeline of my business. I had all of the factory indicators going off, stating my brake pads needed to be replaced. I called up, we were scheduled within the week. Luke showed up on time today to take a look at my truck. Turns out the indicator was faulty and I had plenty of pad left. I chose to go ahead and put on new pads but his level of professionalism was top notch. I highly recommend to anyone that needs great service, great communication, and honesty.

Found Luke through google and I'm very happy he came to save the day! Timely response and was able to fit me in the same day. Great communication and very professional. It s a convenience having a mechanic who can come to you. I d recommend him to others!

Luke has worked on my cars a few times now and his workmanship is solid!!! His prices are more than fair. As a woman I feel that sometimes I get talked over but he has never done that to me. He explains everything to me so I know what I m paying for. Luke was wonderful, responsive, and an honest mechanic. He showed up to my residence on time and replaced my break pads , rotated tires, etc and gave me all my options and let me know if they were just suggestions or requirements to my vehicle, and the cost of everything. I will definitely use them again!!

Luke was very honest in everything he said from start to finish. Did an outstanding job. Both front hubs, one caliper, a set of rotors and a set of brakes. The price beat the competitions and the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. I would recommend Luke and fresh start auto repair to anyone and everyone.

Luke came out and fixed my broken drivers side power window right in my driveway. He was very nice and personable and honest about the pricing and repairs needed- which weren t extensive. He also looked at something on my other car while he was there and fixed a small thing out of the goodness of his heart.He was great. Needed a battery but thought it was more. Luke was honest, fast, helpful and professional. Did we pay more than we should for a battery (including his cost to come to us)? Yes. Was it worth every penny for his service? YES. And diagnosing the problem for us: priceless. We would absolutely use Luke again, any time we are in Nashville and whenever we need repairs - even though we won't always "need" him to come to us. So thankful for Luke to be willing to come out and repair my headlights and brake lights on the weekend! Not only did he show me exactly what was wrong and fixed it swiftly; He also went above and beyond when he pulled up just as I was taking the trash out and the garbage bag ripped, he hopped right out to help throw away what I had accidentally scattered. Luke is the best! My truck brakes went out while driving to work. Luke treated me like family and prioritized my time by coming to me and making an immediate, correct diagnosis.
