To who it may concern,My guess the owner. I am still sitting in the parking lot and flabbergasted by the unprofessional services I just experienced.I walked in and he asked me how he could help. I explained to him I had a dent on the front hood of my Toyota Prius. He cut me off mid sentence and said nope.I was confused with the response. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn t even look at it until next week. I told him that s fine but would appreciate putting an eye on it to see if he could fix it.Very unfortunate because I have used him several times in the past.I will not be back. If I could give zero stars I would due to the disrespect.

We took our daughters car there to get repaired after an accident and they did a great job and were real friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife and I brought our vehicle to Central Pike Collision last week. Big mistake. Their website makes promises that they don't back up. For instance, their site says they accept all insurance. Yet when we told the manager that we have State Farm Insurance, he said "State Farm sucks" and said that they don't accept State Farm claims. Not exactly a professional a way to discuss this with a customer. Secondly, their website says they guarantee their work - yet when they left a yellowish-looking strip of paint in the middle of the passenger side door that they repaired, they wanted another $300 to correct their poor paint job. When we went to pick the vehicle up after the work was done, we were also surprised to be told they only accept cash or checks. That should be shared prior to work being performed.

If you live in the Nashville area and ever in need of body work on your car, I highly, highly recommend Central Pike Collision Repair in Hermitage!!They replaced my front bumper in 2 days. I've had my car in here twice and both times I have had an excellent experience. The first time I brought it in the quote they gave me was about 40% less than one I had gotten at another shop.Work was done fast and it looks great. If needed I will bring my care here again. They went above and beyond by fixing a small issue not related to the main work they were doing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called for an estimate, and the person who answered the phone blurted out, "NO" before I finished my question. I understand that my vehicle was too old (1985 Ford Bronco II) to be considered, but the rude, belligerent attitude was poor customer service in my opinion. A horrible attitude.

Brought in my Acura after a slight fender bender for a bumper replacement. While there I had a deep gash in my side skirt repaired. I got the car fixed and it turned out looking brand new. These guys to do a great job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I d like to start by saying that five stars exponentially below the number of stars this business and the two gentlemen who run the place (seemingly on their own). They went absolutely positively above and beyond when it came to the quality, the timeliness, and the customer service they provided. I am a young female that does not know anything about repair work and they were more than fair and, unlike many other shops, did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to repair work. As soon as I pulled in I was astonished at the quality of work I saw, finding not one single blemish or sign of poor quality, even on the places that I had not noticed had been damaged for weeks and didn t even mention upon dropping my vehicle off. They saw every flaw from my accident and returned a vehicle that looked better than my vehicle looked before the accident. They went so far as to clean my vehicle, inside and out, meticulously. I was blown away! If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, you would be doing yourself a blessing of a service to bring your vehicle to Central Pike Collision s family owned business. Palmer and his team at Central Pike Collision went above and beyond for me!! It was my first wreck ever and I was able to get my car back within less than a month of the accident. That is truly amazing considering they were even short staffed. They also gave me a discount, free hub cap (I lost one the day before I brought it in hitting a pothole). I could not recommend their shop more! My camry came back shiny and feels like a new car :) don't hesitate, go see them!Service: Body & Trim

Had some repair work done and the staff was very friendly and timely in their work. they gave me a lifetime warranty on the windshield replacement for leaks and the door dings were corrected and looked good. This seems to be a place that takes pride in their work and will give you a good deal.

They are locally owned and operated. The work they did was perfect and they are very professional .I have brought my other vehicles here before in the past and if I ever need to again , this is where will bring my cars in the future.

Great place for car repair( yes a very much-needed for your auto mobile to recover a wounderful looking finish after a little or big boo boo... Over many years service i can say they are one of the best... Just give these guys a chance and yes you will be pleased...
