My husband and I needed an oil change and had a horrible experience at the Dickerson pike Walmart( they out the wrong oil in our car ) so we thought we would try this one. It was slightly better, and the manager we met yesterday was lovely. However, it took them an hour and half for an oil change!! With an appointment. It was crazy, and they left oil boot marks on my mat. I honestly don t think it is worth the cheaper oil change. I have never had an issue at a valvoline line or jiffy lube. The wait time is just long y all. The staff also seemed like they were confused. It took the front desk guy 20 minutes to figure out how to add an email to my account.

The wait time for an oil change is too long, around 3 hours for them to even see you. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter to greet me. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to me.

Right after yes to get some new tires, I was told me that they were not able to get my car on the lift, which there's no nothing inothing is fun. The lift lifts the car up. You drag flat. Because I worked in that department. I know how the cars are pulled in how they are lifted on the lift. Everything they said that they couldn't. And and it was. Really sad because because I love Walmart. But here are late. It's like if you ask to get checked out for a soda. Or $600 worth of tires, however. We'll check you out will try. Why did you get out of bed? Just woke up attitude towards me every Time I go to this location. It's went down hill alot since 55/75 % of management managers went two Hendersonville location. So rivergate you go in you watch your surroundings and etc. It's not a Safe place well it's been unsafe shopping area since early 2000 and if you go two the Hendersonville location uts 25 degrees outside so u bundle up b4 leaving g nothing wrong with that. But you go in there you feel safe for a min or second. Then you start seeing ppl in reg cloths at the end caps looking at magazine 12 time seeing that person it makes me feel like I can't relax at any location for a long time know. I put anything on it I don't steal unless it's a French frie. Lol but never if I can't afford it, I will keep myself home so.I do go shopping I feel like the thousands of cameras that every Location have are watching your every move no matter what or how you are tech. SMH I am feeling very uncomfortable like any sec someone is going two Adam Sandler Water Boy me. Or anyone else around me ? And in there reg cloths dozen workers ? There are walking around watching everyone know I have noticed being watch what really upset me was the fact they looking at me like a dog with rabbies foaming. In I'm over there pizza lunch able into my buggy like I'm no fast movements and I will survive this.. and Guess what #everyone I'm doing ok so know Walmart open.up 24hrs okay that's w/e some ous broke ppl like n myself and go there and walk around and think about what I'm going to gt on payday. But like right know I can't do anything active keep I ng heart pumping strong in goof to get out in walk besides beng watching the Simpsons please Walmart no more just woke up attitude and have your reg cloths workers two stear down harder on me. Hopefully it will make that ***( feel bigger bout there self-employed a bag of . A whole bag #Wal-MartSupercenter#695 keep up whatever yall doing. DO NOT USE THIS TIRE CENTER or SUPERCENTER! After ordering tires and setting up an installation appt, getting email confirmation, going to the appointment, no tires. They said they would text to let us know when they would come in. NO TEXT. Called to check, they never answer, called to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 10 minutes 2 separate times a manager never picked up! This store is horrible! Never go back.

Came in at 1030am to get my tire plugged. They told me it would be 3hrs, that even though it could be done in less than 10 minutes, others were already ahead of me. Come to find out I was skipped many times over. they close at 7pm it s now 530pm and my tire is completely flat and I m at the end of the list still waiting. The employee at the counter couldn t care less. If you value your time I highly advise against coming here. Very poor service.

Made an appointment online for 7am for new tires. I arrive at 705am (online states they will hold appointment for 15 minutes). Manager is turning on desk equipment. I'm first customer through the door. He tells me, "I have some bad news. Can't put tires on until at least 10am." Wrong. Walmart will not get another penny of my money moving forward. So sick of ordering/scheduling things online and trusting this company with my TIME only to have everything always cancel. 45 minutes of my life, down the drain. Tons of small places to shop that won't screw you over. I have to learn to stop shopping these corporate giants.

Had my oil changed ,great service . Quick 30 to 40 minutes .I made sure I didn't drive to far so motor was not hot thank you.

Got tire replaced here and caught a flat. Got the warranty. Was told to come early. Was told to come later. For weeks and everytime I come in they tell me they can t replace it. Frustrating and gas consuming. Said they can do oil changes but can t change tires. Would definitely not recommendService: TiresService: Tires

Super rude man working the front desk. He wouldn t listen to my questions and refused to help me figure out my car issues, because he was mad I had mentioned I had come from Jiffy Lube who was unable to help me with an oil leak. He told me he wouldn t help figure out the oil issue and said I needed to go back to Jiffy Lube or find a machinist and didn t care I was stuck here from Indiana and made my child cry.I m not sure what his problem was, but I would NOT go here. He was also yelling at the woman in line before me for asking about her tires.

These folks are almost never at the counter. I'm being serious. And don't even bother trying to call. They actually fixed a problem they had caused when changing my tires, and I attempted to call them to thank them for figuring it out, but no one answered. It's nice to save money. It sucks to be treated like saving money makes you undeserving of decent customer service.

Needed a brake light replaced. Very quick service. Even checked my tire pressure. Local tire shop charged me $30 last time I was in the area. Walmart charged me $9 and even left me one extra bulb for next time.

BE CAREFUL WITH WHERE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR! I went in about a month ago to get my oil changed and left the car because of a 3 hour wait time. After those 3 hours were up I called in to find out it had just sat there and they said it couldn't be worked on due to a skid plate on my vehicle. It was 6 bolts that needed to be removed and there was a hole cutout for the oil to be changed without the skid plate removed but they didn't do it. Went back 3 weeks later after removing the skid plate myself and they changed my oil. Parked the car for a few days and come out to find a leak where my car has been sitting. Call and take it in on Sunday and they say the associate didn't screw on the drain plug so it's been leaking since Wednesday so he tightened it and topped me off with oil. All good right? Wrong! Come out the next morning to another leak in my driveway so I call again and take it in for the guy to show me it was extra oil left in the skid plate that wasn't cleaned off when they tightened the drain plug. The guy also said they were able to take the skid plate off and apologized for whoever told me they couldn't. Didn't mean a lot at this point since I went through the hassle of removing it and putting it back on. He showed me where they had tightened it all up and it was cleaned so it should be ok. I mentioned the 3 large oil stains in my driveway so he offered free cleaner to help get those up. This was a nice gesture but I had made 3 trips and it had taken well over 5 hours of my time total for one simple oil change. Not pleased with this experience and would not recommend to anyone who wants it done right the first time.

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO! They sold us DEFECTIVE tires!! When I left after getting new tires, my van shook a tad. I went back maybe a week later after it persisted, thinking they were unbalanced. We have taken it to a mechanic twice and BOTH said the tires are defective and have bald spots. We have gone back TWICE for them to switch our tires and they keep giving us the run around. They will not switch out our tires despite the noticeable bald spots on the tires that are causing issues when driving. The manager wasn't helpful. We took our van, again, to a mechanic last night and 2 mechanics both said there was nothing wrong with our van, our tires have bald spots, and need to be replaced. I'm going back today to speak with someone. If nothing changes and they will not switch out our tires, I'm contacting corporate, and reporting as fraud. This is not some minuscule issue - this is our tires - tires on our van that transports our babies daily. It is a simple fix - give us new tires that are not damaged. Why would you want to ruin a long term relationship with a loyal customer?This doesn't include that the damaged the coverings that go over the center of my tires, never telling me - only to find them in my van a few days after getting new tires.

Extremely disappointed by the service at this place. Told me it was going to be a 1.5 hour wait on my car so we stayed inside the store that whole time. 2 hours later, we had not gotten any texts. We finally go up there just to hear they have not even started on my car yet and it will be another 2 hours. There were barely other customers here that they were taking care of at the time so we saw no reason at all for it to be taking this long.

My experience with the auto center at this store was exceptional. I went in this morning about 8am had 4 tires installed. The Service Techs and managers there were all attentive to customers needs. I spent no longer here than I would have any other place. Perhaps quicker than some places I have had installed.I went in purchased the tires last week they sent them to Hendersonville, when they arrived i got a call yesturday saying they where there waiting for me. I drove back on the interstate car drove like a dream. I couldnt be more Satisfied with these guys in the auto department. This is my second purchase from them, i first purchased about two years ago. Complete Satisfaction to this point, with my service and the tires.UPDATE:December 2019Purchased 4 good year tires from these guys for my truck couldnt ask for better tires or service. December 13 2019 purchased a new battery. After several test and methods to determine my old battery ha d played out. got a new battery above standards from Here. I have always recieved the besy service and product here at hendersonville. I drive past two madison stores to come here.

There is a bolt missing in the front passenger wheel of my car. It is a recall for my particular vehicle and I plan to have it replaced later this week. The reason why I brought my car in however, was because there was a hole in the wall of the back passenger tire. When I dropped it off, they said it would be about 45 minutes, so I started getting some shopping done. About ten minutes later, they called but immediately hung up, so I figured it must have been a mistake. 30 minutes later I got called back to the tire center. I was told they could not replace the tire because there was a bolt missing. I was pretty surprised. I said, "on the back tire?" He said, "if there's a bolt missing we're not allowed to take the tire off." I said, "I understand but I don't see how a bolt missing on the front would keep you from being able to replace the back tire." He then said, "let me check and see if I wrote it up wrong" and went to the back. I immediately went outside to check my car, where as I was sure, the back tire had all of the bolts. I waited for about 10 minutes for him to come back and answer a phone call before he told me they were going to pull it back on the rack and double check on it. I tried to tell him that I had just gone out to check and all of the bolts were definitely on the tire that needed to be replaced, but he started talking over me saying the the guys in the back just saw the missing bolt on the front and immediately took it off the rack. I started to say, "well no, it's the back one that needs to be replaced." But he started talking over me again saying , "I know I just wanted to make sure I didn't write it up wrong." I sat down with my groceries for a few minutes then got back up and he said, "they're about to pull it back." I told him, "I know. I just watched them do it; I was just wondering how long this is going to take because I have meat in my cart and I don't want it to go bad." He told me it would be another 30 to 45 minutes.I am very unhappy with he service I have received here. They did call me, but it immediately hung up before I could answer it. Why did they not call again? They called me over the loud speaker, but they waited like 30 minutes to do it. Why didn't they say anything sooner? And the man at the counter was so concerned with making sure he hadn't made a mistake that he wouldn't even listen to me. Dude, I'm well aware you didn't write it up wrong. I was there with you when you did it. What I don't appreciate is the disinterest in listening to your customer. Did I mention it took this man a good 15 minutes just to FIND the tire for my car? He apparently walked passed it three times before he saw it. I know this because he told me. I honestly wasn't upset about this at first, but that was before I had to wait in Walmart for 2 hours. The thing that pisses me off the most is the idiots in the back who didn't even pay attention to the invoice which said it was the back passenger tire, but instead took one look and the broken bolt on the front passenger tire and said, "oh well we can't do anything to this." And just took it right back off. Didn't even double check to see it they were wrong.I got here at 8am, there was only ONE car in front of me. I did not leave until 10:23. I was going to be nice and check out up front so this middle aged man wouldn't have to ring up the sexy lingerie that I decided to purchase. But not after that. I even made him ring it up separately. Ordinarily, I would not be upset with him. It's not his fault he has idiots working for him. But I do not appreciate the condescension. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I am inept when it comes to cars.Who knows. If you are a man, maybe you'll have better customer service. But if you're a woman, and don't feel like being mansplained to, then I'd suggest going somewhere else. Though I doubt your genitalia will matter either way when it comes to actually getting your car fixed, as those people seriously need to get their sh** together. Only gave this two stars because the man sincerely apologized...

the customer service is bad very bad, they changed the tires on my car and there was a very loud noise and after the change nobody knew anything the manager does not have good attention, the waits are long very long there are no comfortable chairs the worst service! ! never bring your car here

These guys never left me a message that they couldn t change my oil because they didn t have a key. Not enough to leave a negative review but then when I go to retrieve my car, they didn t even lock my doors. Not professional.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Too bad Google does not allow 0 stars. My 6 Monty pregnant wife with my 2-yrar old daughter took her car to have the oil change and air filter change. Called ahead to ensure they worked on the car and had all the parts. They told her all the work was complete. I reviewed the bill. They charged extra for the filter which was also included in the oil change price and did not change the air filter. The grease monkey also damaged the headliner and ramsacked the glove box. To say the least, I have called MULTIPLE times and Jeff the store manager and BJ thr automotive manager have refused to communicate.DO NOT GO HERE. They are EXPENSIVE and try to take advantage of women. Disgusting Wal-Mart you should CLOSE this store or CLEAN HOUSE.

This is the last out change I will get at Walmart! The usual wait is two hours which is crazy! I was told one hour on the phone, twenty five minutes later when I got there it had jumped to four hours .think they give long wait times to discourage people,less business for Walmart!! &30 oil changes, I'll pay a little more and get a 15 minute oil change in the Future. Without the attitude...

Went there and got two new tires and had them plug another, they tried to charge me over double of what it was supposed to be waited almost an hour for them to come out and say they couldnt get my tire from the trunk (all they had to do was unlock the car) i reminded them to plug one of my front tires since i payed for it turns out they never did the screw was still in it if you're thinking of going there just dont its not worth it.Service: Tires
