About a month ago I visited the E Main location in Hendersonville to have my brakes and rotors replaced ( front and back ). The first issue was when I was told the total was an extra $200 over what I was originally told ( I had called twice in advance to solidify the price ). 2 to 3 weeks after the service my brake caliper came off while I was driving ( the bolts to the caliper were not properly torqued which resulted in them backing out, my caliper popped off, I lost my brake pads, the weights on my tires came off and it also tore the caliper piston(?) which caused a decent sized leak of brake fluid. I also ended up having to drive across town with little to no braking system. After calling and speaking to Melissa she attempted to tell me that because I provided my own parts that it was not under warranty, which I was aware of. The issue was not with the parts I supplied, it was with the assembly. After attempting to explain to Melissa that they made a mistake that could have cost me my life, she continued to speak over me in a very condescending tone, as if I was not knowledgeable about my own vehicle, also attempting to say that I was wrong and they did not touch my caliper. I ended up having to called the Glenbrook location in which they took one look at it and fixed the mistake. ( A BIG THANK YOU TO MR. ERIC AND MS. GRACIE ) Melissa was not helpful at all and made my experience way worse than it had to be. Do not go to E Main the management is poor, the Glenbrook location is far more professional and the customer service was great.

Scheduled an appointment to have tires rotated, I showed up 10 minutes early, they said it would take about an hour and a half, I went back almost 2 hours later and vehicle wasn't touched and it appeared that it was just forgotten about. I chose to still have them do the work that day and finally got a call back a little over an hour later, went to pickup vehicle and noticed the left two tires were rotated but not the right two tires, I knew this because I numbered the tires with a pen. The manager brought me to the tech and he said herotated them and she said, "that's all I can go off of is his word" I went showed her the numbers on the tires and how they were initially numbered clockwise from the front left and the right two tires hadn't changed positions. The tech also just threw my security lock lug nut socket into his tool tray and didn't return it with the car. Bythen I didn't want them touching my car and I will not be recommending this shop until they show some competency. (Update) Also, they had the nerve to reply to this review suggesting they 'made things right' I submitted my info through their channels and have not heard anything, so neither the shop manager, their regional management, or their corporate management have done anything to make this right.

They fixed and repaired rims...I have been going to Tire Discounters since 2016. I have never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I went to Hendersonville, TN main street location. A different store manager. I got a brand new set of four tires on my Chevy Impala. I got a friend to pick me up before we finished breakfast they called car was ready. I was so excited went in paid. Got to Rivergate stopped to get gas and noticed a huge big scratch on my rim. I begin to walk around and noticed everyone of my rims were scratched 2 worse than the other. I immediately called hadn't been 15 minutes. Melissa the manager said oh no worries if we did anything we will replace them. I get back there 15 minutes later. Melissa and guys from the shop comes out takes pictures acknowledges they see it. Melissa makes a call and said she has to submit it for investigation. Ok for me no problem yet you told me on the phone it would be replaced. This is a Thursday I call back Friday it's out my hand just wait patiently. I call Monday and Melissa is very impatient with me saying it's Monday. They are probably busy. She begin to get very irritated and basically hung up. September 21st was my day of Service. No one to this day has contacted me. I have waited patiently. After the manager was rude and hung up. I love Tire Discounters I have taken multiple vehicles and have bought 3 sets of tires on different cars. I have sent several of my church members and Realtors friends here. This is unacceptable and I asking from assistance since this is out of Melissa control as the manager. They came back and repaired all my rims

2,000 dollars I've spent here. Only to have the problem not resolved. It shouldn't take 7 days to run a scan on a vehicle, seemed like a scam or more so they didn't know what was going on. The guy up there tried to charge me 1,200 for a sensor, luckily Melissa had my back on that one. 800 for an alternator. Anything else was absurd. If you need oil, brakes, tires changed, than this is it, and only it.

We use to buy our tires here but stopped because the service changed. We tried again but things have not improved. We requested an appointment online and were given a 8am appointment time. When my wife arrived she was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs to get it done. Not a problem with that at all. We'll after 3 hours she had to go to the manager because it was still sitting on the rack without tires. The manager was nice and apologized and got it done. The manager suggested making an appointment next time. We did that 4 days prior and it still took nearly 4 hours. I think it is safe to say we won't be back.

Very horrible experience. Tried to make an appointment day before, told me to come in next day around 8, which I did. Lady who answered phone and was there, was so rude, another customer asked how much longer, she proceeded to talk over him and down to him for over ten minutes in front of lobby of guests, when all he wanted to know was how much longer. The customer service is horrible, she should not be working in customer service. My car also took three hours, but I was scared to even say anything with her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Won t be back

Wanted to have a one stop tire shop to rely on. They did a fine job in the past, but now it's hit or miss with service.Just spent over three hours waiting too get a slow leak repaired and nothing was touched. Another customer said she's been waiting over four hours and she had an appointment.With all of the other shops in town to choose from you would hope at least one can step up with a level of service that makes them stand out.I had high hopes for this company.I hope I find better service at the next one.

Purchased four new Michelin tires. My service went well with no issues although I will say it took seven hours to get my truck back which I feel was a long time for four tires installed with an alignment and oil change. Glad I did not sit there and wait other than that all was positive and I recommend this Tire Disccounters thanks Melisa for your help.

Love this location. Adam and Oscar took care of my vehicle and made sure everything was done correctly. They also advised me of a service that needed to be done and helped me put with getting that fixed. This is the main reason why that o keep coming back to this location, they always take care of their customers.

They are a decent place to go and get tires. I had a flat with road hazard. Took a week for them to get a replacement tire in. While I waited I picked up the rim to have it checked and recoated. When I finally picked it up I saw the service tech persistently wiping 2 spots on the wheel while the service writer was standing next to him. When he came back I asked if it had gotten all scratched up again while installing the new tire (like last time) he said no and explained their complicated machine made specifically for low profiles. Thought it was curious that he didn't roll it in there to give it to me. After I paid the tech rolled it out to my car and sure enough, scratched all over again from the machine. Follow up: In their canned response below they asked me to contact them. I did, received an email saying a district manager would contact me in 1-2 business days. That was 2 weeks ago and no word. Demoting to 1 star.

General manager Tyler couldn't have made it a more enjoyable experience. By far the best customer service I have ever received at any mechanic in my adult life. Great communication with me about any issues found, but no pressure to upsale or have any add-ons. I actually felt like I could trust what was being told to me, and that very rarely happens with most mechanics. While waiting for tires to be mounted on my truck, I did notice that the customer service didn't end with me but was also given to everyone there.Facilities were clean and very customer friendly. Seemed like the customer was taken in mind when preparing and laying out the lobby and waiting area. With everything done to my truck, I was there for a couple of hours but was very comfortable waiting.As far as pricing goes, I shopped around with several tire mechanics before choosing tire discounters. They're prices with all of the benefits, specials, and warranties were the best by far compared to the rest of the other business I received quotes from.I live about 45 minutes away, drive a diesel truck and a gas suv. I will only bring my vehicles to them to be serviced. It's worth every penny paid in fuel and the time driving to know I'm in good hands. Couldn't be happier with my relationship with tire discounters of Hendersonville, TN.

I came in today with a flat tire. Paco and his team did an incredible job of getting me fixed up and on my way - for free! They were all professional and so pleasant to work with. I ll definitely be back to this Tire Discounters location in the future! Thank you, team.

Absolutely great experience! I had an early morning nail in my tire which I thought would be an all day event. Adam and has team took great care of me and had me fixed in no time. I will definitely be back!

Long time customer of the other tire place down the road but Adam and his team changed that today. It was a busy Monday morning but Adam had things well in hand and running smoothly. He still had time to be thorough, knowledgeable and patient with elderly customers and young truck tire enthusiasts. Not to be forgotten, the tire price was $125 dollars cheaper than what I was paying per tire down the road!! I ll and the rest of my family will be back!!

I made an appointment days ahead of time. I show up for appointment and the person at the front desk chuckles at me when I say I'm not leaving my car. This is why I made an appointment. He said that it is going to be at least an hour and a half before they will even get to my car. I asked what's the point of making an appointment then? He just chuckled and smiled. Ridiculous. I left and do not recommend this location. The other location in Hendersonville is much better.

The guys here are spectacular; willing to help, are so friendly, and always rocking a smile. Adam in particular is a rockstar! Came out himself to assist me with a small issue I had with my car. If you are looking for tires or repairs, these guys are the best in town!

Came in with a check engine light on. I had ran the diagnostic already and gave them the code it was giving off. Paid over $500 to have part replaced. Check engine light came back on the next day, same problem. These guys are probably great for tires, but I'm done letting them do anything to my vehicles.

Honestly never had a problem until this time around. Poor service and I most likely will not be returning. Not sure what happened to there old staff but they should probably bring them back. I had a 9am appointment and I stayed there for over 2 hours and when asked they didn't even know my car wasn't in yet. Took over 4 hours for an oil change.

Great location. Fast and friendly. Adam, at the front desk, helped me out tremendously with a balance and rotation and also helped me with locating a specific lug nut socket that I've had trouble finding. I will definitely use this service again and again. Thanks again you guys.

This is the second time I've used Tire Discounters for tire issues. They're conveniently located (Main St., in front of Kroger), quick, and courteous. My car recently needed a plug after store hours. So, I dropped it off overnight, and thanks to Adam and the team, I was driving it again before lunch the next day! I'll definitely return again!

My daughter had a nail in her tire,took her car to tirediscounters to get it plugged up. Manager on duty took care of me. He went above and beyond to get tire fixed and back on car. I highly recommend TireDiscounters for any automotive needs. Great service and great attitudes.

Kristin is amazing!!!! This was my third experience with the car pick up service and it was amazing. So pleasant and care free. My car pick up team had wonderful personalities and were very professional. They explained every detail of the process and I received perfect communication. Great!!!

Took 2.5 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. Had i quoted at 110 but wanted to charge me 140 when I got there. Told them I had a nail in my tire but they couldn't find it.

I came in today with a flat tire and they fixed it immediately. These guys are absolutely awesome. I went to Firestone down the street and they charged me triple for tires. Don t even hesitate, come to this tire, discounters location!

This store is outstanding! Such personal care. Adam was so kind taking care my tire situation. Problem solved rapidly and back on the road.. Oscar was great too!Definitely recommend Tire Discounters and the Hendersonville locationTHANKS GUYS!!

Jesse Allen and Theresa are simply amazing. I bought new tires and rims from Tire Discounters in Hendersonville.They had great ideas, and Jesse saved me about $2500.00.
