Update 3/21/24 if you are going here for the top off be aware that it's 3000 miles or 3 months which ever comes first. They make it sound great as if you are extending the oil life before your next oil change which is not the case. I have been back twice before I hit the 3000 miles and my oil is still "full & clean". I will never receive the "top off". Which is why I started coming here. My car takes 3.7 quarts so I feel as if I should get the remaining quarts. Other than that the customer service is great.

Unfortunately this was not a good visit. I had to remind the guys about stuff they didn t check per their check list (air pressure in tires, fluid level for windshield, dipstick) - they were oily and left grease marks all around the front, sides, door handle and hood of my truck

I d been very pleased with Take 5 and have been going here for my oil changes for quite some time now. However, this last week after my oil change I drove about 3 miles and my check engine light came on and my car wouldn t go once the red light turned green. I was eventually able to pull over on the side of the road and had to sit there for almost an hour waiting for my husband to assist. Turn out there was oil spilled everywhere! To the point that it was dripping under my car and was even on the body of my car that I had just previously washed. My husband followed me to the nearest auto parts store to read the code. I reset the code and it hasn t come on since. It seems as if the oil spill caused a mechanical malfunction. Not cool!!! My husband had to get out of a meeting to come help me and I was in a panic. If they did not use a funnel they should and if oil is spilled all over a customers engine clean it up!!!! Between this and the fact that I had to get the person who checked me out to repeat himself about 5-6 times bc he was difficult to understand - I ll likely go somewhere else from now on. It just wasn t the same good experience I d had all other times.

Fast comprehensive service never need to leave your vehicle knowledgeable representatives and technicians not trying to swindle you out of your money by offering services you don't need but ready to please the customer. My favorite part is their offer to top of fluids between oil changes definitely a wonderful way to keep a customer coming back.

I had a really pleasant experience here! The guys were very nice and helpful! Even got me an on line coupon saving me $15 ! The whole thing was less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change!!

Recently, I had a positive experience at Take 5. During the routine service, the employees discovered an issue underneath my car that I hadn't noticed. They informed me and took the time to explain the problem thoroughly. I thanked them for their help, and I left feeling grateful for their service and attention to detail.

I will not be returning, I was charged for Mobil 1 full synthetic oil, but got the off brand oil. When I confronted the service technician about it, they were pleasant and understood my concern, they then showed me that their system only has one oil in the weight my vehicle needed, which is the Mobil 1 oil, but they did not have that. They only had the off brand oil in the weight I needed. They also explained pleasantly that it was their computers that won t allow them to select the off brand oil. I do not blame the techs at all, it clearly looks like the management/owner is trying to scam people out of extra money buy only suppling a cheaper oil but still charging for the Mobil 1 oil. Extremely shady, who knows what other shady things this location does.The service technicians were great is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

My wife went there for a quick oil change and ended up being there for a while because they drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. I get it, mistakes happen, and they fixed everything, but it was the second time in two tries where we had a less than stellar experience. Also price for an oil change is close to double compared to an oil change at our regular spot. Seeing some of the other reviews on here, and having two pretty bad experiences, I'd steer clear.

I went here a couple of times. The last time I went, my car ran out of oil not even 12hrs after getting it done. My engine locked up and died. I have to replace the motor, 2k or more, to fix it. All for a $50 oil change. For 6mos almost I ve been ignored. Went to the store the other day. The managers at the time of my oil changed had been fired. I had to put myself in more debt to get a car spur of the moment. I wonder if they will make things right.

I am so pleased with the service I received last night on my BMW! The 2 young men that assisted me were so professional & kept a smile on my face. They will forever have me as a customer. And I will only receive service if those 2 young guys are there; period!

The Guys at Take 5 Oil Change in Hendersonville TN were very friendly and professional. I do not think they had ever changed oil in a diesel truck before but they stayed with it and persevered.I would definitely go back to them..

According to my receipt, I was supposed to get my fluids filled with my oil change.. none of that happened. Just a standard economic oil change, for 93.00.To add, they came to my car with a clear jug of what looked like used dark oil. I didn't see any new oil being opened. I've never had this happen to me there.Will most likely not be back.

The staff was very nice. However, they seem to be amateurs with changing oil. Also, my truck does not seem to run smoother since the oil change. No one checked my lights, brake lights, air filter, tire pressure, wipers, nothing. I don t think I will be visiting them again.

Kids are trying to be professional and knowledgeable however, neither are true. Plastic skid plate took 15 min after one person instructed the other which way tightened a bolt. I asked if all my broken clips were replaced and was told yes. Got home to look and atleast 8 are gone. Kid tried also saying all the coolant leaked out of my 20k mi vehicle. Not a huge deal but we won t be back.

3 bays available, 3 bays with cars in them. There were 2 cars in line ahead of me. The first car in the waiting line gave up after an hour of us being in line, moved some cones, and drove away. That left the gentleman in the van in front of me, and myself. 30 minutes later, I am finally in a bay. We wait. And wait. There are 3 employees working, I will not name names here, to avoid public shaming. They are laughing and joking, very inappropriate language. Finally get to my car, took all 3 of them to get under the hood and get going. Everything is going OK, I guess, and then one of the men goes to fill the oil. I watch him spill oil all over my engine, I hear an "oops." The girl working did try to clean some of it off, but I don't know how much actually made it into the correct spot. I'm frustrated at this point, and just want to leave, as I've been there for 2 hours already and had somewhere I needed to be an hour ago. So I left, burning all of the spilled oil until I got to my next destination. Never had a problem there before, but will definitely not go back.

I had a wonderful experience there! It took a little longer than normal because someone was in training They apologized and gave me 50% off my $130 oil change. They certainly did not have to do that, but I am very thankful. I was also impressed that they had me rev up my engine to 3000 RPMs for 3 seconds to make sure there were no leaks. I've never had an oil change place to do that before. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was so friendly!Service: Oil change

Not bad. Relatively quick. But I will say that I did find my line to the windshield wiper fluid was cut after leaving the establishment. Not sure if on purpose or accident

Was some what concerned about the two guys working on 1/26/24. I was one of the two there. Not busy at all. The other person left because of the time it was taking he had been there before me. Not really sure what was going on if they were new and learning or preoccupied with something else Us just don t understand. I just didn t feel like they were professional. Will try again maybe it was just an off day. Thank you.

I really appreciate the great service at Take 5 Oil Change in Hendersonville. They really do a fantastic job. Today I was in first thing in the morning so there was absolutely no wait and the whole crew was incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated Billy s service and expertise. I really like the low pressure environment and how quick and efficient they are. I ll definitely bring my car back for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

I was very pleased. They changed the cabin filter, which is very difficult to reach. I ve been told for seven years there is no cabin filter for my Rogue even by the dealership. I guess because it s so difficult to get to it so I finally quit asking. They knew this wasn t true and replaced it.

Nothing against the two gentlemen that performed my service. The price is just too high. I had $20 off and it was still more than what the Ford service center charges me and twice what I have paid at Walmart for the same service.

Good, except I was offered Mobile 1 full synthetic oil only to find out they didn't have it. Also, there appeared to be 2 bays open but I had to wait anyway.

Been there several times, they never have my filter, I had to go buy it and bring it back, usually I just go somewhere else, other than that the service was good, oh and I had to let them use my washer fluid, they didn't have any
