I brought my car in with a cooling system issue. They took it in on Monday gave me a ride back to my apartment and then picked me up on Tuesday, brought me back to the shop to pick up the car. I didn't get paid till Wednesday but they trusted me until Friday for the money. Steve's has always been a great asset to the community, does excellent work and is willing to help out when necessary. . if you're looking for honest mechanics who care you can stop looking.

Came in to get an oil pressure switch replaced. They went ahead and also fixed another issue at no extra charge, and even gave me a discount at the end. Great attitude, super easy to deal with and would definitely recommend.

Very honest and communicative mechanics. I didn t feel like they tried to nickel and dime me. They were able to get me in within a couple of days, after dealing with all the snow and tornado aftermath. They were so sweet making sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car, which was done a lot sooner than I thought. Highly recommend!!

I can't praise these guys enough! The excellent customer service started as soon as they picked up the phone. Lance couldn't be more helpful or friendlier and got an appointment set up for me right away. I've had bad experiences in the past with other shops, but he immediately put me at ease. The repair on my car was well done and taken care of in the same day! The prices are more than reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable and honest. Now that I've found these guys, I don't trust my car with anyone else. Will definitely recommend!

There's really just no comparison. Recently came back, and regret ever going anywhere else. When I lived in Sumner Co, this was my go-to spot, and always the most fairly priced and honest service, for years and years. When I moved to Nashville, I started going to other garages closer to home, but no one has ever come close to treating me and my vehicle as well as everyone at Auto Pro. It's beyond worth the 30-min drive, and I won't make the mistake of going anywhere else again.

I ve come to them over the years for a variety of reasons with my vehicle after they were recommended by a friend. They have always been fair and reasonable, honest, and true to the customer. I couldn t recommend them enough.

Incredibly friendly staff, and reasonable prices. One of the parts needed to fix my car had a shipping delay, so they personally drove to the dealership to pick it up. Could not ask for better customer service!! 100% will recommend to everyone!!

Took my explorer 2014 for just spark plugs and service that s never been done before we ve never have had issues we ve had it since 2017. It started to shake at 30 I told lance that and then he calls me and tells me it s the water pump. So I m expecting if thats what it is then he will fix it also we said going ahead and do timing belt also so $4,000 later I pick up my expecting it to drive way better. No! It s driving exactly the same! So I take it back up there the mechanic tells me well we didn t ever say that was going to fix the problem!!! What!! That s why I trusted u to do!!! I m so upset and now my car needs another 4,000 to fix the torque converter that I don t want to put into and now I can t sell it!!! Y all are dishonest and will never go to u again!!!

Reputable auto repair with super friendly staff. They ve worked on my Lexus and Mercedes and even my old Dodge Truck. It s refreshing to have confidence where you bring your vehicles to their prices are fair too.

Been going to Steve's Auto Pro for a few years now. They are honest and friendly and I've been dealing with Lance the whole time. They are a pleasure to work with and do a great job. They won't try to sell you things you don't need and will be real with you about what your car actually needs. Had issues with various warnings showing up all at once. Called Steve s AutoPro and they got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, gave a quote and completed the work within 24 hours. Best service EVER!!! They addressed my concerns without overselling. They fixed my issues in 1 day! They communicated everything proactively. I didn t have to reach out to them, they reached out to me for all updates. They were very honest about repairs, costs, etc. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return!

The team at Steve's is awesome. I had recently purchased an older vehicle. Took it to get an oil change, you know the kind you drive in and stay in your car while they do their work. Well, my new to me yukon needed some extra care. So, I called around and was referred to Steve's. They got my yukon in quickly, and a week later it was ready. Mind you, it had several leaks, and they even had to drop the suspension to fix one particular leak. And when they finished that they made sure to get an alignment done. My yukon is now running like a champ, and I could not be more pleased with the shop. All throughout the repair process Lance kept me informed, and made sure I wasn't going to be surprised by the total when he finished. Thank you! And I'm planning to take my truck there soon.

Rudest people in town. They refuse to use OEM parts and only want to use the aftermarket stuff. I guess they make more money that way. And if you re a female look forward to being called honey and baby.
