Working with Max has made our new RV purchase easy and with confidence. Max was great to work with and made the process simple and his inspection was very meticulous. He answered our multiple questions. There was a little hiccup in scheduling the inspection at the dealer. He was patient and understanding as time management with dealer was out of our hands. He completed it within the allotted time and his results were received within 24 hours of the inspection. He assisted us with the installation and adjustment of our Curt WDH and blue tooth electronic brake controller after our trailer sale paperwork was completed. If you are in the Tennessee area call Max.

Hands down best RV service I've experienced. Max has gone above and beyond to help us out every time. He's honest, reliable, and fair; a combination that is tough to come by in the RV industry. Max is very responsive and has excellent knowledge regarding any repairs we have needed. His knowledge has saved us multiple trips back to dealership and the long down times there. Max inspected an RV for us and did a VERY thorough job. He began at 9am and ended at 6pm to ensure everything on his list was checked off. He even took the time to answer every question we had, and was able to add feedback from a technician's perspective. Long story short, we didn't move forward on the RV...glad we had such a thorough inspection. Thanks Max!

This is an easy 5-star review. Max owns a Jayco Seneca, and so when we were looking for an inspector for our new Entegra Accolade (same as a Seneca, just different branding), we knew we found our guy. Max even re-arranged his schedule so that he could could be at the dealer when they wanted him to. His inspection report was top-notch and easy to follow. His communication skills and follow-up are equally good. We very much appreciate Max and highly recommend him!

Max was so great to work with! We are a long distance from the RV we were considering and Max saved us from making a horrible purchase. He also spent time helping us figure out what we really need and we ultimately changed shopping directions. He is honest, fair, and knowledgeable about everything RV. We would use him again in a heartbeat. If I could give him 10 stars on this 5 star scale I would!

We arrived in the Nashville area on a Monday. I called Max and described the issue we were having. He said he had an opening on Wednesday and we set the appointment. At 10PM Monday night my issue became and emergency (Our rig almost burned down!) I text Max at 11:37PM to let him know what happened (I knew it was late, but I wanted the text to be there for him when he got up. I did NOT expect a reply that night) I also did not expect Max to text me at 7AM - but he did. After telling him what happened he rearranged his schedule and arived at our campsite a couple hours later. He had diagnosed the issue over the phone, but still wanted to come out and take a closer look to see if there were any other issues. We had to wait a day for the part otherwise, he would have fixed it on the spot.Max was responsive, knowledgable and very fair with his pricing. Also, very informative about all aspects of our 40ft 5th wheel, and friendly and professional too boot.Max came highly recommended to us, and I share the same sentiment.One more important point - we have an extended warranty. The warranty company gave me a hard time about what they would cover (as usual!) - Max went way above and beyond to call them back, wait on hold for over an hour and get the issue straightened out.Superior service all around.

I can't say enough good things about Max and his awesome RV services!Inspection, repairs, maintenance and usage tips!!! He provides the full package! He even allowed me to take videos of his explanations on how to best use and maintain my trailer.I can't thank you enough! Max replaced our AC Unit about 2 years ago and today replaced our Hotwater Tank. Max did exceptional work. We was very professional, great communication, and highly recommend.

We were traveling through from South Carolina to Colorado with our camper and had a plumbing leak on one of our connections. We seriously thought about turning around and going back home. We found Steadfast RV though Google and called, happened to be near Max's home, and he had us bring the camper to his house. He promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was extremely helpful and provided lots of great advice on travel trailer maintenance issues as well. He was a life saver for us and enabled us to complete our trip as planned. Highly recommended!!!

Having Max inspect�my RV before I purchased it has been the best decision I could have ever made.�Max made the process so�much better and worry free. I used him on both a used and a new RV and he spotted things that not even the RV service department inspection team caught. I was about to purchase a used RV and am so happy I had Max to inspect it as he spotted the original floor was replaced by inexpensive laminate flooring and it wasn't even RViA certified.� He is very thorough and precise and delivers a great detailed report, just like you'd get�an extensive inspection report for your home.� This is my first time buying an RV and I didn't know much about them.� I purchased a class A and after working with Max who went above and beyond facilitating the process and taking time out to educate me I felt confident with the knowledge I gained from him.� I would highly recommend�having an inspection done by�Max before purchasing any camper/RV even if it's brand new, it will save you a lot of headaches and regrets and a lot of money!

You don t know what you don t know. We are new to RVs and I started to assemble my own inspection checklist via many Google searches and came across Max and the NRVIA. Max responded to me within the same afternoon. My experiences continued above expectations; from Max arranging the inspection appointment within 1 day, to tolerating a less than amicable dealer to the worthy thumbs up from Max after inspection. I drove away with confidence we made a sound purchase. The amazingly detailed report (already the same night) was just the cherry on top of it all and gave me a great punch list to make our RV even better. He even connected a couple days later ensuring we made the trip home uneventfully and if I had any questions. Max is listed as a level 1, but his life experiences in servicing RVs and their systems is invaluable. I am so glad our paths crossed. Great experience and great guy.

My inspector, Max Cook, communicated clearly prior to, during, and after, regarding the RV/Trailer inspection. We agreed on a date & time - Max was on time, clean, cordial and well spoken. I liked that during the inspection, Max was focus and didn t engage in random off-subject chitchat. During the inspection, Max keep the work area clean and placed his tools away after their use. He seemed very methodical in his approach to completing the inspection and didn t appear to waist time & energy retracing steps. After the completion of the inspection, Max covered three areas: 1.Life Safety findings - which I had none, 2.Major findings - which I had one , 3.Minor findings - which I had a few of. I fully knew what to expect on the report from his completed inspection. Within a couple of days of the completed inspection I received (email) a detailed (including pictures) report of the inspection. The inspection report is extremely detailed and well worth the investment made with Max and the team (Steadfast RV Service).

Max is outstanding and we highly recommend. We recently looked at a used Tiffin and Max was very thorough in all areas. Although we elected to pass on the purchase, the extensive day-long inspection was well worth the money. We will continue to look for our used Tiffin and call upon Max again for our next inspection.

Max did a great job installing a 2nd A/C on my motorhome. He ran into several issues with getting it wired through the ceiling and into the main breaker box of the coach but he got it done without giving up. I was impressed with his thoroughness and perfectionist attitude as he treated my motorhome like his own. 5-star quality and professionalism, I ll be using Max for his safety inspection service next month.

Max taught our RV School class. He inspected our hitch set up to ensure its was safe. Went to the scales with us to ensure we were not over weight. He taught us how to drive and back the trailer providing us with the much needed confidence to travel the road. Would highly recommend.

We have been rving for 20 years...we now live aboard a lovely Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel, which is our 3rd 5th wheel. We have needed many RV services over the years. Our furnace stopped working. We found out about Max and his services. He diligently searched for the part we needed, ordered it, rec'd it, and came out and spent 4 hours working on our very complex problem. He is determined to solve problems and excellent at doing so. We heartily recommend him for whatever level of RVing you are attempting.

Max very thoroughly inspected the coach we were ready to purchase. He found a significant issue the seller had not disclosed. Without his help we probably would have purchased a problem vehicle. It was money very well spent.

I just finished RV driving school with Max and absolutely loved it!!! He was so encouraging and understanding and made me feel like I could drive my 39' 5th wheel anywhere, ok, maybe not anywhere but I now have the confidence to drive where I need to. He also noticed a brake issue that we didn't realize was an issue and helped us fixed it. I would recommend him to anyone, worth every penny!!! Thanks Max!!
