I had my transmission rebuilt here. All through the process, I felt they genuinely wanted to provide what I needed, and not what they could upsell. I m very happy with their service.

I ve never heard of this shop before needing repair on my 68rfe. Joe and his team 100% know transmissions. They diagnosed the problem in probably a day or so and were done working on it before the week was over. Nicest guy I ve ever met and they were fast. 100% five star rating all around.

Wonderful experience! Cannot speak highly enough of the owner and service done on my vehicle. Work was completed timely and as promised. Owner also took the time to educate me about specifics of my make and model transmission and ways to ensure it s longevity. I will certainly return for future needs!

One of the best transmission shops I've ever used. Jimmy and the rest of the guys are top notch. Prices are great. I hope I don't have anymore issues but if I do , they're the only ones I would call on.

These guys do great work. I had my transmission rebuilt recently and they gave me a fair price plus quality work which is difficult to find in a transmission shop. My rebuild shifts like new. Highly recommend

2015 Nissan Pathfinder - replaced the CVT transmission, in and out in a week, cleared all codes, vehicle shifts flawlessly with no judder. Excellent communication and customer service!

Brought my 2017 Ford Explorer thinking that I was going to have a massive transmission issue and I budgeted for it. Not only were they done super quick, they fixed the issue for three times less than what I was expecting. So impressed by these guys.

Good service at a reasonable price. I had a job quoted by another reputable mechanic and Ralph's had the better price by a considerable about. They did the job in the time frame given and has run great since.

The guys at Ralph's transmission are the best. I took my 98 ram 1500 there after a horrible experience at another local shop. The guys at Ralph's went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the truck was right, including fixing the other shops mess ups and extra work that they noticed needed to be done. I highly reccomend them to any an every one I no. They are professionals who care about there work an I will definitely be taking all my vehicle's there for any transmission troubles for now on.

I had these guys look at my transmission and they were super honest about everything. Unfortunately my tranny could not be saved without a complete rebuild but I was very happy with their honesty and fantastic business practices. Could not be happier with my experience.

I finally found my mechanic! Neat, organized, friendly and professional. I went in because oil was leaking under my transmission. Turns out it was just a loose nut at the shift tower my previous mechanic forgot to tighten when I had a clutch installed. Fortunately for me these guys were honest or it could have been costly!

Took our company truck in for work to be done and they were quick in getting it fixed and back to us. Honest people that kept you informed of what was going on and when it would be ready to be picked up. Hard to find businesses like this anymore. Glad we have one so close!

Malibu transmission (150k miles) wouldn't shift into first gear. Ralph's rebuilt it for nearly half the dealer quote to replace, and now it works like new again. I will take my drivetrain problems to Ralph's from now on!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Nice and helpful, said it wasn't a transmission problem but an exhaust problem. Information received was helpful for muffler shop to fix car.
