I highly recommend Precision Care Tire & Auto Service to anyone looking for auto repairs or new tires. The prices are fair and the turn-around time is always quick. The biggest reason for me to continue giving my business to a shop is trust, which these guys have earned. I have never felt they were trying to overcharge or perform repairs that were unnecessary. They have made me a customer for life! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Mark and Dale were great to work with. I had my car towed to them and what we thought might be a $1300 repair turned into only $250! Appreciate their honesty and quick turnaround time. I have found a new mechanic!

wife did good deed road trip with her mother and was stranded 5 hours from home with a bad wheel bearing. she was due back to work today, so I had her pick up the part on Sunday and go to precision, based on reviews, as we did not know the area. She was there at open (monday) and these guys immediately confirmed the issue and got her right in for repair. She was back on the road in just over an hour. repair cost was very reasonable, especially considering the circumstances and timing. I'll just say that these independent shops don't just treat occasional customers fairly and quickly. Generally speaking, they either do or they don't. THESE GUYS DO. GO HERE FIRST.

Mark has worked on my cars or lawnmowers for nine years. Very honest, dependable, always looks at the car the day I scheduled with him and most of the time, same day repair.

It is really hard to find people you can trust to take care of your vehicle. I have known Marc for almost 2 years. He has been incredible! He is honest, fast and reliable. Prices cannot be beat anywhere else! I highly recommend the fantastic team at Precision Car Care! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!

I have been using Marc and Dale for almost 10 years, and I deeply appreciate their honesty and fairness. Even though I work in Portland now, I will make an exception and drive to Hendersonville for their excellent service. When you find someone you can trust, you stay with them.

One of the first things you look for when you move to a new city is an honest mechanic. I've found mine.These are the nicest people to work with! My car was on its last leg and they did a great job telling me the truth, helping me find new options and giving me solid advice for the future. Their prices are fair and their service is fast and spectacular. Although no one hopes to have car issues, this is the first place I will go when I do. I will be coming back!

My husband has an older model car. Before he bought it, Marc and Dale put it on a lift and checked it out. Today Marc came to our home and put a new battery in the car. If we need other services and can't get to their shop Marc will pick up the car, service it and return to our home the same day. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend Precision Care of Hendersonville because it is a locally owned and operated business. Good people.

I recently moved to Hendersonville and was looking for a mechanic to work on my car. I came to Google, found a lot of great reviews on Precision, and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Marc, the owner, Tuesday evening, dropped off my car early Wednesday morning, had a diagnosis and quote by mid morning, and my car was finished by late afternoon. Marc basically did a full front end brake rebuild, changed the rotors and brake pads on the backend, swapped out an axle bearing, and replaced my serpentine built and tensioner in one day for a very fair price. He did some work on my wife s car as well. Marc is super professional, honest, fair, very nice, and super quick. He s now our go to mechanic. I highly recommend you give him a shot.

My husband and I have made this our go to shop! Every time we have had work done they are fast, very knowledgeable, and fair with their prices. I just had a lot of regular maintenance done to get my car ready for a lot of commuting to and from school and they did a great job! I highly recommend them!

Marc has made several repairs to my truck and he has always been professional and gets my truck in and out as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable of what was wrong and how it could be fixed. His prices are very reasonable and I would not trust my truck in anyone elses hands. Mechanics have a reputation of taking advantage of women but this is something I done have to worry about when I take my truck to Marc. So glad I have a mechanic I can trust with good prices.

I've brought in multiple cars for multiple reasons and have never been disappointed. Mark and his crew always want to make sure the job is done right, whatever it takes. They're honest and fair, which are two traits sorely lacking in the Auto Care industry. They've been very good to me every time I've been.

I called Mark from Precision first thing this morning with my AC out. He told me to come on in and they had it diagnosed and fixed by lunch. I am absolutely thrilled with their service!! The shop is clean and the mechanics knowledgeable. I have found my new mechanic and would highly recommend PAC to anyone who asks for a place to go.

Needed new breaks when car dealer put low-quality ones into my car, and I love how up-front this mechanic was with everything. Explained the process and what was going on, work was quick and well priced. Haven't had another brake problem in two months, definitely a good mechanic that I would trust time and time again. A+!

I found an honest mechanic!! I have an older car and it began to make loud noises especially when it came to steering. I took my car into Precision and Marc took a look at it and gave me honest feedback and a cheaper solution than most and prevented me from having to spend $1500 and the risk of more things breaking in the process. He also showed me how to check my power steering fluid so I can top it off when needed. So with the money I saved, I decided to splurge($40) on an oil change since my car was there anyway. Thank you so much, Marc! I will be back for all my future car needs!

I have always had a wonderful experience at Precision Care Tire and Auto, and have been taking my car here for years. Marc and his team are very honest, and I never feel pressured to have something done that I might not truly need. They provide excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them as an auto service provider.

Wonderful locally owned business. The guys at Precision Care were very polite, courteous, and trust worthy. I will be getting ALL of my family's car service done with Precision Care from now on. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place for you!

Can't say enough good things. Went in for a new "rattle" and Mark diagnosed it in 30 seconds, fixed it in 1 minute and let me go. No charge just spreading the word of good honest service. I am so glad I chose to go here. A little confusing to find at first but definitely worth the extra phone call. If he is this great with small issues, I will be back when a big issue arises! And as a female with limited car smarts, I felt like I was in a safe place!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have worked on a couple of my cars and have been great. Middle of the road pricing but everything is done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended.

I took my truck in for what sounded like a break squeaking and was told i needed to replace every component in my braking system. A 2nd opinion showed that the problem was a wheel bearing, i replaced it and all is well. I was then charged 35 dollars to misdiagnose the issue. Staff was friendly but the troubleshooting was less than worth the 35 bucks.

Dale and Marc are the GREATEST!!! It is very difficult to find an honest auto repair shop anymore and I can always trust they will only fix what is needed and are very patient in answering any questions I may have! As long as I live in the Hendersonville area, I will always trust my car to these guys! :)
