Terry was very professional, knowledgeable, and courtesy Perry. I had an appointment for 1 o clock I was taking care of right away. It was done in a timely manner. The waiting area was very pleasant and clean. Again, thank you very much Terry and I will definitely come back.

I visited this location for a simple wheel alignment and all seemed well until a few miles down the road when my check engine light came on. My car is 2 years old, meticulously cared for, and has less than 50k miles. I stopped right down the road to have the code read/mechanic consult, and was told the problem most likely occurred during my realignment. Hearing this, I returned to Midas and was met with employees that were immediately defensive and rude. The staff is careless and unprofessional. Unless you want additional car problems, choose another business for your services.

Jackson and the guys here at Midas were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and got my vehicle serviced immediately (I did set an appointment).Overall I m very satisfied with their service and the financing option that was available to me!Huge thanks to the Midas Team!

Jackson and his crew always take good care of me and my vehicles. Whether I show up for a walk-in oil change, or make an appointment ahead of time, I always get fast, quality service on every visit. Will continue bringing my vehicles here just as I have for the past 2+ years.

Waiting area was a dirty mess. Nothing at all resembling the photos on their site. I had front brakes and rotors installed and a brake fluid swap out. With a $75 off coupon total charge came to $533.48. I feel this is too much for the amount of work. Brakes are good though.

Save time and money and go somewhere else with better trained, more professional staff! The employees damaged my husband s car and were very rude and unconcerned when he returned to address the issue. The damage 100% occurred at this store and now we are stuck with a pricey repair.

Jackson was awesome! I walked in at almost 4:30 on Saturday needing a stud for my wheel thinking I would have to make an appt for the following Saturday because they were all working on other cars and he said he'd see if one of the guys would stay late. One of them did and he fixed it and got me on my way that night. They did a great job. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back for other services.

First,let me start by saying that Kia is very particular about their warranties. I was told at the dealership that if I used anything other than Kua parts i.e. oil filters,air filters etc., my warranty would be void. Secondly,I made my appointment at this particular Midas online. Having just done an oil change about a month or so at the dealership, I knew I didn't need one.i went there bc I needed one of my tires checked. I did NOT check the box for an oil change. When I went in,the manager asked me how could he help. I told him my problem and he said,"we can certainly do that,." That is ALL I wanted. Imagine my surprise when I found out they did an oil change. They claimed that the website stated that I was in there for an oil change. Even my email notification said I was there for the tire only. Wasn't gonna win that argument. I asked for some kind of compensation since they had now effectively voided my warranty. His solution was for me to buy a filter from Kia and that they would put it in for free. I shouldn't have to pay for ANYTHING. Not the filter. Not the oil change. Nothing. It was their mistake, not mine.In all fairness, they have been great in the past. This time,they dropped the ball big time.Oh,and they didn't find anything wrong with the tire. Go figure.

They were wonderful! After doin excellent work and fixing am oil leak they even test drove my car before I left to make sure it was good. Definitely recommend using them.

Came in for an full synthetic oil change. They thoroughly checked out my car to make sure there weren't any other issues. They were nice, quick and fast. I will return to this location.

I've been going there for approximately 3 years and never had an issue with showing an oil change coupon and it not getting honored. But yesterday the clear coupon I received for a 49.99 for full synthetic didn't get honored because I was told I get 6 qts instead of 5. The new manager blamed the last mgr for that, however it was this way with all 3 of the last managers who gave excellent customer service. Not one manager ever told me it took 6 qts so it will be more expensive. They just honored the coupon brought in by the customer and because of that, I would add more services like an air filter and help them make more money. The new mgr is a super nice guy, but didn't honor the customer for something that wasn't the customer's issue.

Personal was nice offered great customer service. Went in with brake light sensor, had all four pads replaced. Left the service station with two sensor lights. Brake and ABS warning light. They could not figure it out. Sensor lights are still on the costs was $679.

We just moved to the area and wanted to find a reliable local mechanic. They have great customer service and get the job done quick. Prices are reasonable and they notice and appreciate returning customers. We will continue to bring our vehicles here. Thanks Midas!

The Manger Jason have great customer service, they took they time to install my catalytic converter, I will recommend him to anyone, he gone make sure you leave happy, great technicians. Fair price too. Well done Jason.

Jason and Drew took great care of me. I recently brought 1991 Honda CRX in for some work and they were able to get me a great deal and labor and parts as well as being able to find all the parts I needed for my car which are getting increasingly harder to source. I will definitely be going back here and recommending them to my friends and family. It s hard to find an honest mechanic that will work with you these days. I appreciate y all so much!

New management has made such a difference here! If you've had a less-than-stellar experience at this shop in the last couple of years, I would try again. Jason and his team are friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to diagnose and fix issues with our 2007 Honda as inexpensively as possible It's great to have an honest shop in town again! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

I always go to our local Midas for oil change and other car issues. Jason is super friendly and always very helpful. The wait is not too bad and there are seats inside where customers wait. You can also drop your car off and pick up later.

Worst experience ever! they messed up my transmission, try to blame it on me, bent the frame of my door, and never fixed my power steering leak. I have already paid almost a 1,000.00 for a car that is not working! On top of that, they sent me to Toyota to get my transmission looked at and stiffed me with the diagnostic fee! They keep giving me the runaround at the store and customer relations! I have been dealing with this since may 6th! This company has no integrity and operate like crooks! This is a horrible place to do business with!

Service was great and the cheapest oil change I have had in a long time. Jason at the Hendersonville, TN location is great! Greatest customer service, nicest and most honest guy I've met. I would definitely recommend for any car needs.

Needed a new battery. Showed them the one I had chosen from the auto zone next door. $179 plus the core deposit of $22 for a total of $201. $22 to be refunded with return of the old battery. They kept the refund as explained by the manager, as mark-up for their profit. Seems sketchy but 2 stars for the work being done correctly.

Brought my car to Midas becauseI've had great service here in the past and wanted a second opinion after being told by another shop that the rear brake cylinders were leaking and needed replaced. Midas checked the cylinders. They were not leaking and did not need replaced. I asked them to check the other brakes and they all checked fine. Love that they were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
