I had the best service today at Jiffy Lube! Justin was the person who assisted me and he was so considerate, and made sure I found the coupons online that I was looking for to help me save some money. I really appreciate people that look out for the best interest of customers. I d def. Recommend this team as they are quick, thorough and very kind!

The employee working was very professional and even working alone was calling out checks and measures. It's actually the first time I saw anyone go by the book on everything. Definitely gives me confidence to return to this location. Give him a raise, don't let him get away. Didn't get his name but I'm sure you have the record.

I tried to find prices online and it never would show so I pulled up and ask how much and it was $101 to start for a synthetic oil change and when I declined they got an attitude through their hands up in the air just turn around and walked off. Everybody's better off just going to the dealership or a reputable shop

There were 2 guys there today. The guy with all the tattoos was super cool and nice, the guy with the big curly hair had something going on. I didn t get a good feeling off him at all

Had an amazing excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube last Saturday morning!!! The whole staff was great they ordered my tires for me at a VERY great price and held them for me as my availability changed!!!! My fluids weren t topped off & I asked and lied to because my same message saying my windshield fluid was low was still on and I wanted to get my headlight replaced & they waited too late to have it delivered so went to get it myself & went to the other jiffy lube in Hendersonville to get it installed & have my windshield guild topped off. They also didn t listen to the type of oil change I wanted so did full synthetic & I advised when I first got there I wanted the blend for $85.99 so then they gave me $25 which I had a coupon for $25 off & charged me the blend rate. The other jifffy lube is better in my opinion. I have a better experience with the jiffy lube beside dominos. IService: Oil change

Not sure what has happened, but all new team at my Jiffylube. Took forever, did not follow normal protocols, put wrong mileage on my new reminder sticker, manager acted like she was working in a bar, not an autocare shop. Very off putting experience, so much so I do not want to return.Only 2 customers, early morning Monday, no reason for such poor service.Service: Oil change

I went in to the Jiffy Lube at 1015 West Main Street, Hendersonville, Tn. to have my oil changed. Much to my surprise Keith A. told me I didn't need an oil change, I still had 2800 hundred miles left on my oil. They could have easily just changed my oil, collect my money and send me on my way but they didn't. They were honest!!. Thank you Keith A.

Brought my car here for the brake service and decided to go ahead with an oil change and spark plugs and wires since my car has been sitting several months after the brakes went out. I had no issues getting it to them for the repairs and it drove fine motor wise but after I picked it up and nearly $1000 later my car runs worse than ever. I called to let them know it wasn't running right and i was told it ran fine for them... so why am I getting a check engine light for a misfire when it was fine before they did any work to it. I was also told my coil packs and wires didn't need replacing as of yet so only the spark plugs were done. Bad spark plugs happen so I wish they would at least attempt to make it right.

The one up the road has turned me away twice. Once because one of their machines was messed up, and the second time was because their tire guy was not there that day.THIS jiffy lube has never turned me away and has given me great service.

Bad experience, I had oil changed Wednesday before my trip to Illinois. Left Tenn , arrived in Illinois Thursday nite. Arrived , and discovered large oil puddle on daughters driveway. Immediately went to another jiffy lube. Oil filter was covered with oil , and almost ready to come off. They had to retighten filter and clean off the whole bottom of car. I was very lucky to make it illinois. Very dscusted and dissatisfied. You should b embarrassed. When I get back to Tenn. I will go back to the station and really let them know how I feel. So disappointing !! What a very irresponsible job they did.Service: Oil change

I avoided hitting a Pot Hole on the Interstate and ended up running over a Cardboard Box. It was hung under car, which eventually came off , but it disconnected my oil pan cover in the process and it was dragging. I stop at three different Places to request Assistance in Repair and they were either too Busy or they were about to Close. I stopped at this location, told them my Problem, and Instantly they took care of me. They checked it out, repaired it, and didn't even charge me. How Fantastic!!! Super Customer Service.... Thank you so very, very, much.

first time customer and i can say i'll be back! I came in for an oil change and i was greeted by a friendly employee who was quick to offer me a range of services. They were not were pushy or overbearing about any service i declined, and my oil change took less than 15 minutes. These people are quick and super friendly. I will return to this location and if you need a quick oil change or tune up give this location a try! I can't say it enough that the staff here were super friendly!

Got my oil changed at the Donelson location, noticed a large puddle of oil under my truck afterwards, called the jiffy lube Donelson and spoke with a female manager who told me I could take it to any jiffy lube and have it took care of. I brought the truck to Hendersonville jiffy lube only to be told they changed the filter but would not top it off with oil. The oil isn't even registering on the dip stick. THANK GOD I checked the oil, who changes a filter and doesn't check the oil level?! Or maybe even worse, they checked the oil level and didn't care enough to top it off or even alert me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB TO CHANGE YOUR OIL!
