Had to have car towed yesterday. The tow driver was extremely helpful. When he was stuck in traffic he called to let me know even though they have an app to track the truck's progress. He even helped me push the car into the garage since I do my own mechanic work. Could not be more pleased with the service.

This is the company to call!! I recently experienced waiting 4 hours for a different tow company to arrive and give me the run around. This business came within 15 minutes, gave me a courtesy call to say the vehicle had been picked up, confirmed the drop off location, was kind and professional. Having car issues is stressful enough but they gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good care!!

Hit a deer in my 2017 Kia Soul. took about a month to get the car back from date of accident. Not their fault. Parts supply was being slow. But the work they did... Man.. looks like a new car. It's the little things.. like redoing the entire pen stripe on the sides.. not just the replaced parts.. the tow cap for the front bumper.. replaced wheel well liners that werent even on damaged side just cause they came as a pair.REALLY excellent work. I am seriously surprised how well the car looks now. 5 stars all the way. - Christopher Swilley

I bought a new vehicle today and had to have it towed back to my house as I had no one available to drive it for me. James Auto Body was both quicker to return communication and was a lot cheaper than another local competitor. I really liked how I received a text message stating the ETA and another when the truck arrived. Driver was very friendly and handled my vehicle with care, arrived without issue or drama.Service: Special vehicle towing

My girlfriends car was towed here. Was running fine. Somebody removed her ignition fuse so the car wouldn't start. Had to have it towed to my father's house in gallatin. This happened over 2 weeks ago. Now the car is at Honda in gallatin getting fixed. All because somebody removed a fuse

Best body shop in Nashville by FAR. They have been extremely helpful through the entire process, took my car in immediately, and got my car done when they said it would be done. Never made me feel like I was pestering them when I called. My car looked brand new when it left there, I would highly recommend them for any and all body work. Fantastic shop

Fabulous!!! My service technician Allen Cox was soooo lovely helpful went beyond the extra mile to make me feel hopeful positive and not in despair about my car having to be towed away -even tried to check for possible things wrong with it!He took great care to get car on lift from the street and when it looked like it wouldn t go with the tires he took extra time to get it situated and pulled it up carefully.He allayed all my fears drove it to the car repair and sent me a picture of my car He was the best part of my very hard couple of days!! We had a great and easy experience with Allen, a tow truck driver at James auto body. He was able to easily navigate my some what hazardous driveway. We had another driver From another company come to tow and he wouldn't even attempt backing into my driveway. Allen got it done in 5 minutes or less. He was very nice and highly recommend!

Quick service. Good communication. Very polite, neat, clean. He was knowledgeable and demonstrated genuine care. Extremely grateful to have found this shop. Moved from Florida and was referred by a friend. They were kind, fast, and very polite in person and over the phone. We re very honest and did a great job on my car. It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics and these people earn it. Big 5 stars to them!!

I used JT for towing services 2 days ago. I liked their customer service on the phone and in person. It seemed very professional. If I need a tow in the future, I will be using them. The only problem I ran into was that the tow ahead of me took longer than expected. Jason, the guy who towed my car, explained it to me so I knew it wasn't HIS fault. But aside from that, I think it's a pretty decent tow company. Oh, and their pricing was one of the cheapest. So that helped a lot too!

The distributor belt broke on my Toyota t100 pickup, stranding me at a Thornton gas station in Gallatin. I called State Farm for a tow to Murfreesboro ($149/0 - I'll be canceling State Farm this afternoon..). The tow driver, Allen, was efficient, courteous, totally professional. The hour-long ride to zMurfreesboro went by quickly, given our pleasant conversation. Allen (Alan?,,) is to see commended for his efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. My vehicle had a mechanical breakdown on a Friday night and James Towing was dispatched by my insurance company through their roadside assistance program. They arrived with 45 minutes and Skylar was very polite and professional. He was careful when hooking the chains and wench cable under the SUV so it wouldn t scratch anything. He was also careful to take his dirty gloves off before getting into the vehicle to turn the steering wheel and place in neutral. He then transported the vehicle to my mechanic s parking lot. Although unfortunate, my situation was made better by James Towing. Thanks for the great service. I appreciate it!

This man charged my sister 380 dollars to fix a bearing and cv axel and after she got the car back she noticed a bolt was missing along with a lot of other problems it didn t have before now the man won t answer the phone fix his mistakes or offer a refund. Use this service at your own risk we could have been killed driving down the road after his work.

Said they would come help myself and seven year old daughter who had a flat tire on the side of the road. Left us waiting for over two hours and then ghosted me. Not a phone call or anything. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

We were headed to Alabama from Michigan when car trouble made us call for a tow. Frank from James Autobody came within 20 min and towed the car to the dealer. Professional, friendly and skilled. Couldn't ask for a better response on a stressful day. Employee of the year in our book!

The tow truck driver was a rude old man who didn t say one word to me. He acted like he was on a repo mission. I m actually getting my truck repaired. I stood there while he loaded my truck to see if he needed anything and he got in his truck and left acting like he didn t see me. Wow! Rude! Never again! If I had known this I would have used someone else.

If I could rate in the negatives I would. My fathers truck was here and my father and I were going to pick the car up on New Year's Day. My dad died around 6 am on New Years morning. I called and explained the situation that I had a power of attorney over the vehicle( my dad had given me prior to the incident for personal reasons) and the gentleman pretty much told me I was lying. He told me that a poa meant nothing and that I will have to prove his death certificate with the poa in court. So my fianc� had her sister call and he said that he was done dealing with us and hung up. So I got the police involved and needless to say the man had no issue giving me the car. As I was giving him his $1325.00 bill that my dad owed his words were "great now my phone will stop ringing". This company is garbage. They are very disrespectful and did not try to understand my situation at all. I know that they are seeing this so I want you to know that I will be reporting you guys to bbb as well. Thank you for being extremely rude and disrespectful during a time of grief. I am a gm of a location in Franklin and I would have terminated the employee immediately. Evaluate your employees who represent your company.

Nothing good to say. There customer service is pathetic. I don't care what the situation is, no business should speak to a customer with such disrespect and volger language, nor should they ever cuss out a customer. Bob the poor old guy is probably just miserable with his life, usually it's the elderly teaching the young generations respect, but I guess sometimes it's the other way around. After he did nothing but continue to be rude and tell me I needed to go outside to give him some space when I was sitting in the waiting room for a phone call about my car. He quoted me $75 to tow my vehicle to my house which was pretty far, when I asked him how much it would be to tow it to my machanic that was at least half the distance. He said it was the same price. Then i jokingly said I didn't feel like I was getting a good deal anymore. He got very angry and unprofessional and said " ya know what I'm tired of looking at your face. I've done everything to help you but stroke your cock for you." (Even though he hadn't done anything to help but rudely tell me what he thought I should do, which I had already done) not to mention all that was in front of other customers. I just laughed at him and said I'd rather take my money else where before I gave anymore to yall. I'd advise anyone else to do the same. I left and went to Hendersonville wrecker service and they went and got my car and took it to my machanic for $50 bucks and were very nice and professional!
