I called Jack Morris for a new windshield. The lady working told me she would have to contact vendor and would return my call. 3 weeks later, no return call. I then called a second time and spoke with another lady. I was told the previous lady was NLE. She proceeded to take down all of my info/request again and stated she would get back with me. One week later, still no return call. Perhaps others have had great experiences, but not me!

Had a big crack in my wife's Mazda CX-3. Andy L showed up with a bright personality. The man chatted with me the whole time and managed to never stop moving. Had the job done with incredible speed and precision. Always nice to see a master at work. Really couldn't of had a better experience.

Outstanding and professional experience from beginning to end. The scheduler called and put me on the schedule for the best day for me, told me how it was going to go on the day scheduled, and then made sure I had everything I needed. On the day of the install, Alex from JMAG, contacted me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived and had everything set up for my windshield replacement, explained how it was going to happen, and provided me a few details about a piece of molding on my windshield. In about 30 minutes, the new windshield is installed and looks great. Alex gave me some last minute instructions and was on his way. Total pro! Finally, I called the office to pay the deductible and that was a great and professional experience. This was as easy as it gets and the job was completed perfectly. I highly recommend Jack Morris!

Don t let these people work on your vehicle. Damaged mine twice and have done everything they can to keep from fixing it. You d be better off watching a YouTube video and figuring it out yourself.

Went to Jack Morris auto glass this morning on a recommendation for my insurance agent. I have a new policy, new car and got a crack within less than a couple weeks of owning the vehicle. Chris at Jack Morris auto glass was super professional and helpful. He let me know that it was an exterior pain of glass that was cracked and there was no structural damage. It was simply cosmetic. He was honest, which is something that you don t see very often nowadays. He has completely earn my business based on this interaction and anything that I need further I will definitely be going to Jack Morris auto glass simply based on honesty.

I happened to be in Hendersonville for one night only. On my drive there, something flew up from the road and put a huge smash in my windshield larger than my hand. They had my windshield in stock, and even called my insurance company to file the glass claim (which, FYI, most auto insurance policies have it with a $0 deductible... I had no idea until they suggested I check)! So glad I chose Jack Morris as my random stop! They had my back on the road in under an hour. Totally saved my trip! And, as a full-time traveler, I have the piece of mind of nationwide warranty coverage! I couldn't be happier!

Got 2 quotes before Jack Morris. When their quote came back almost half of what the competitors priced, I knew something was wrong. Once the job was complete, the total was exactly what was quoted. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! This company installed my windshield and they left it with a leak in the seal. Every time it rained my car interior got water in it. Mold, mildew, and nasty smells took over my car. Took it back to them, they replaced the windshield... after telling me there wasnt a leak in the seal, "but we replaced it anyways." How odd, that since the second replacement the car miraculously stayed dry?! They offered to cover the cost of cleaning the car. I took it to a detailer. Unbeknownst to me the detailer doesn't take credit cards and this window company ONLY pays with credit cards. Rather than try to work with me to find a way for them to pay for this service caused by their ineptitude they continually repeat "We only pay by credit card." They wouldnt even reimburse me, they said they would only pay the detail company by credit card. So, I now GET TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. $300 to clean THEIR MESS!!I'LL NEVER LET MY INSURANCE COMPANY SEND ME TO THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AGAIN. And since they installed the windshield and it leaked all the time, it has shorted out my stereo and it no longer works. So now I have a clean car, but no stereo. If they'd done the work right the FIRST TIME, this wouldn't have happened. Save your money or insurance deductible for a better, more ethically minded company. Called yesterday, and they let me come in right as they opened the next day to have my windshield repaired. Took about 20 minutes for about a nickel sized ding. Everyone was super nice and I was in and out with my windshield fixed and looking a lot better! I can hardly notice the hole anymore. I had a great experience with Jack Morris. They had the lowest rate, they came out to my home to replace my windshield and the tech was in and out in less than an hour. They also set a time frame and arrived during that time frame. My only minor complaint would be that I didn't get the exact time frame until the day of. Prepare to be a little flexible in your schedule, but it was well worth it for me.

I stopped in at this location for same day service to fix a small rock chip after a road trip. Fixed in less than 15min and I was on my way. Super friendly, fast, and excellent work!

Ok so I have had many windshields put in at the Nashville location but this time I went to Hendersonville. The tech somehow got the mastic all over my console and down the front of my driver's seat this was very noticeable since I have light grey leather and it was black 3x4 on the console and down the front of the seat which I did not notice until I was home and sit in it ruining a pair of shorts. I was able to clean it off the console and seat but this was not a good experience also my wiper arms weren't installed correctly and scrub aross the drivers pillar this isn't a huge problem for me and I can correct it but I believe I will use another glass company from here on out.

Pam was very helpful in the office, and Chris did a nice job installing my back glass. He even cleaned out all the broken glass from the back of my Xterra. Professional, fast, and good quality work. Highly recommended.

Two installs and a repair from this location. Recommended installer by my insurance which was concern in a way, but very happy with quality of work so went right to them when I needed auto glass for my s2k. Most recent install was about six months ago, nothing changed. No leaking, respected the vehicle, made sure it was right, friendly tech..... Thanks a zillion!

Great service!... they setup an appointment with me to install a new windshield, they came to me and got it done very quickly. My tech Andy was very professional and answered any questions I had. This will be my go to company again if I have any other glass issues..thanks again!

It was easy to get an appointment at the Hendersonville location, and the young man who prepared the windshield, came out promptly, did the work and I was on my way in less than a half hour.

I write almost that this workshop is not responsible for the work and I advise you to come here for help. I pre-ordered the glass for my car, arrived for the appointed time and I was informed that the glass is in a different workshop! I lost a lot of time and was very angry so I do not recommend this place!
