We had a great experience here! Cheyenne went out of her way to take care of us, particularly when my dad wasn't feeling great during the process. Even after her part of the process was finished she continued to check on us and make us feel welcomed and cared for. I would recommend working with her to anyone. Thank you Cheyenne!

I had a great experience shopping here, I hated going to dealerships in the past, but working with Cheyenne changed my view, Cheyenne went out of her way to help us with anything we needed, and continued to check on us throughout the process and even after the purchase. Overall happy with the experience. They are in the middle of some major facility upgrades so that made it a bit confusing. Always feels weird walking into any sales office, but this one was a bit more laid back with sales guys on their phones, talking between themselves, but they did ask what you needed. Keoni was our sales associate and he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and communicative. If you have a high mileage trade in no matter how immaculate it is be prepared for a very low trade-in. Sell it yourself if it makes sense. It'll be great when their facility upgrade is complete, neat, and clean.

I have had a great experience with Hallmark Hyundai from first contact with Trevor Coulter, even now 2 weeks later. They listen to what I wanted, I drove about 3 or 4 cars a couple twice. It was not your normal dealership experience from the get go. I felt Trevor just wanted me to be happy with whatever car I was going to purchase.There was never that salesmen pressure to buy and when it came down to the time for financing they did pressure me into buying any extended warranty or useless things not needed especially for a brand new car. I am very happy with my purchase and with Hallmark Hyundai. I would refer anyone to them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Trevor, Mike and Joe.

Cheyenne made my buying experience very pleasant from start to finish! Michael was extremely knowledgeable about all the tech in my new 2024 Sonata. The GM and the finance guy were great to work with as well. I would highly recommend Hallmark Hyundai!

I recently purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Hallmark Hyundai. The salesperson, Billie, was wonderful. He knew all about the car and was able to get me the color and model I wanted, which they found and got to me the very next day! He even answered my text messages when I had questions. I have dreaded buying a new car all year, and this was such a seamless process. It was actually a great experience and I would highly recommend Hallmark Hyundai. I had looked at other dealerships but wasn t impressed. Some sales people didn t know much and some were too pushy. Billie was knowledgeable and clearly knew the business. I am very glad I decided to take a look at the cars at this dealership. I love my new car! Thank you, Billie and Hallmark Hyundai!

I had a really great experience with the salesperson at Hallmark Hyundai. Victoria was very nice and knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a car and I m so glad Victoria is the person who helped me. I could tell that she genuinely cared about me getting what I wanted and did not push any sale on me. She went out of her way to try to help me stay in budget and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new Tucson and would recommend Victoria to anyone.

Cheyenne was incredible. She texted me before I went in to get my vehicle serviced to offer me a trade in at an equal value for my current vehicle. Spoke with Trevor today. I Let him know right away that due to my situation with a bankruptcy I wasn't going to buy a car from him but had questions concerning a specific make and model That I seen at a place that specializes with working with people going through what I was going through... Trevor was very courteous, very polite. Took the time to answer all my questions with detailed information. Made me feel like I was his customer and he was giving me honest informative information that would help me in my decision whether or not to purchase the vehicle... Actually after the call I wished he was my salesman. Thank you Trevor. You really helped me. You are number one in car sales ...I do hope everyone that reads this because they are interested in that dealership. Asks for you when they come in

Great experience buying a vehicle from Cheyenne! Drove 6 hours to purchase the vehicle! They had us in and out within a couple hours. We voiced a couple issues with the vehicle we noticed and they fixed both concerns before we drove away with the vehicle!

Josh at Hallmark Hyundai made purchasing our first new family vehicle so easy and fun. Very knowledgeable on the Hyundai lineup, and helped us find the perfect vehicle to raise our family with. We were unsure about buying new vs used - Josh took the time to walk us through several options, was honest and unbiased, and truly helped us make the best choice for us. Cheyenne provided us with a great car buying experience today. Her product knowledge of the Palisade lineup was impressive which led us to make the perfect choice.Steve, the sales manager, joined our conversations and he too did a great job with our trade negotiation and out the door cost. The car detailing was top notch as well as the technology walkthrough by Michael. And lastly the paperwork processing with Joe was more like a conversation with a friend.Our car buying experience with Cheyenne, Steve, Michael and Joe was the best and we highly recommend the team at Hallmark Hyundai.

I had a very great experience shopping at Hallmark Hyundai. Cheyenne is very hardworking, patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. She was not pushy and respected my time and all requests I had regarding finding the right car for me. Cheyenne deserves a raise! She went above and beyond to work with me during and after work hours on her own time to get me the best financing deal with great insurance. She provides excellent customer service and is persistent in her marketing skills as a sales representative/consultant. For Cheyenne it is more than just a job. I had a great experience at Hallmark Hyundai buying their first 2024 Santa Fe Caligraphy! Josh alerted me of the incoming Caligraphy that fit my needs ASAP and was an excellent communicator! Purchase day was easy peasy, and I was even able to go get lunch with a friend while they prepped my paperwork so I could come back and sign in a timely manner. There were no unexpected hidden fees like you often dread at a car dealership, everything seemed fair and straightforward. Josh even helped me get acclimated to my car before I took it home and has been available for follow-up tech questions during my first days as an owner! I would recommend purchasing at Hallmark Hyundai to any of my friends!

I have only amazing things to say about Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville. Cheyenne made my (first solo) car buying process much easier than what I feel like it could ve/should ve been. Cheyenne and her manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to walk away with a new, reliable vehicle. They were meticulous with the process and accommodated all my needs with the car and my future payments. I felt respected and appreciated, unlike other dealerships I had been to in the past. EDIT: Mark contacted me today, turns out there were THREE cross-threaded bolts (not the 1 they told me over the phone originally after I asked "are the other 4 bolts attached"). "Out of concern for my safety" said he'd do the repair for $200, maybe less...THEY LET ME DRIVE HOME ON 2 OUT OF 5 BOLTS! THEY CROSS THREADED THE BOLTS IN THE FIRST PLACE! And giving me a market price repair is the best they could do? (AFTER letting me drive home and AFTER me leaving a 1 star review)Attached images is what the tire looked like in the morning...judge for yourself. If you care about you & your loved ones' safety DON'T GO HEREORIGINAL REVIEW: Got my tires rotated there 2 years ago. Tried to get them rotated again and said a bolt was stripped. They were the last people to take that tire off, they had to be the ones who cross-threaded. Wouldn't replace it for free because it was "too long ago". Fine, they screwed up but whatever.Quoted me $430(!!) to replace a single tire bolt! Got quoted under half that at other repair shops. I asked for a fair price and they wouldn't budge an inch. Its one thing to not take responsibility. but its another to bend me over on the price on top of it, unbelievably disrespectful.Never buying a Hyundai again. Would love to never visit the dealer again either but knowing this company there will be another mandatory recall in 6 months...

I never leave reviews but they fully deserve it. Robert and Steve made my wife and I customers for life. After multiple phone calls and texts exchanges over several weeks they got my wife into her beautiful new Palisade. We live over an hour away and had never stepped foot on their lot and they still treated us as a priority. I pride myself on always finding the best deals on vehicles and there was no haggling to be made. No markups. No addendums. It truly felt like family. Best car buying experience we have ever had. The Hyundai dealership in our town tried to sell us a lower trim model for thousands more than our calligraphy night edition we purchased. Don t second guess or hesitate. You won t regret it.

Cheyenne was great to work with. When she found out from the service department that I was looking for a new vehicle she reached out to me directly. She texted me information before I arrived and we worked together to set a time and kept the communication going. When I arrived she has several selections to choose from to help me make a choice. She new alot about each model and worked with me throught trade and finance process. By the way Hyundai Finance had a great rate. I have a great experience for in a stressful situation of purchasing a new vehicle.

Cheyenne was great, she was kind and helpful from the start. She identified what we wanted and searched until she found the vehicle. Her fast response and attitude brought us to the dealership. Steve, the sales manager, was upfront from the start and did not hide the ball. He told us their best price and worked with us to get the deal done. The ultimate train wreck. They have literally been working on their service center for a year and a half. Looks like a bomb went off , no parking lot . Have you ever went past an area and you re like wow how did they build that so fast? well this is the polar opposite of that. I think they must have two or three people that they find on the street to work on this service center . Takes four weeks to get an appointment there for your car to be serviced and then when you get there at 9:30am for your appointment time they tell you they re already running at least an hour and a half behind . Then since I m going out to Chattanooga that day, anyways just stop by in the Chattanooga service area for hyundai and they re willing to take you that day they look at the car and realize that the last time I got my oil change at Hallmark they just never reset the computer so I didn t even need an oil change .
