We had a great experience with Gerber Collision! The car looks brand new and all the employees I interacted with were knowledgeable and very friendly. We were shocked at how quick they got us back in our vehicle!Also, communication throughout the process was great!Thank you!

I was rear-ended and took my vehicle to Gerber to have it repaired. They did an excellent job. I was worried about the paint since it s red and would be hard to match. They matched it perfectly. Well done. If I ever have a wreck again, I will definitely use them. They communicated well with me throughout the whole process. They constantly updated me. Even though there s a worker strike with the union group, they had my vehicle repaired within four weeks.

This Gerber location is terrible and needs more training! Terrible customer service and instead of them calling the customer, the customer has to constantly call them to get updates on their vehicle; oh and that s if they return your call at all! I had an insurance repair and they failed to add a small part back to my door latch and this happened back in August!!!! Taz told me he would mail it No part, no phone call nothing!! Just terrible.

* DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE* Had an appointment booked with them back in May after I was rear ended. Called a week prior to confirm the appointment, and was advised that the appointment was confirmed. I show up today to get my vehicle fixed (after missing time at work and securing a rental car) and was told sorry, we re overbooked. But we can book you in October. Horrible way to run a business. I would have given 0 stars if it was even an option. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They confirmed my appointment and then a few days before I was told I don't have one said I had to wait over a month for another appointment. Then they never update you on your vehicle I never received one call before my vehicle was done about any type of update. They tell you it will take 1/2/3 weeks to finish that turns into a month.

Hit a deer going 65 mph and completely tore up my car. Gerber had my car for only 9 days and did an AMAZING JOB!!! So happy!

Waste of time. Joke of a business. Had an appointment a month out. (CALLED THE MORNING OF AND WAS CONFIRMED) Showed up a few minutes before appointment only to be told by their finest employee that I had no appointment. Terribly run office. Joke of a place. Don t trust them with your car let alone time.

Scheduled my appointment in August and there were no appointments available until November, which is fine. But it then took me 3 months to get my car back from the shop and it was just put in for simple skid plate and horn repair. When I got my car back, they did not fix the horn like it had said on the invoice. I have been trying since January to get my horn fixed and they keep saying they will call me. It is now March 22 and I still have not gotten a call saying it was in and there are no updates or estimated time for it to arrive. I would 100% take my car to another shop if this wasn't claimed on my insurance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very kind! I appreciate how up-to-date they were and the constant contact with the service of my car. I had hit a brick mailbox and messed up the undercarriage, having been denied service somewhere else. I went here and they were kind and very quick to work on my car! They finished a week before the projected date too, so it was nice. Thank you so much! I m so happy to have my car back.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The entire process has been so unorganized. I had an appointment set to get repairs done on July 5th. I was told it would be about a week, so I moved my work schedule and other appointments around to accommodate. 4 days after my vehicle was dropped off I still don t have an update, so I reach out and come to find out they hadn t even started. 3 more days pass and I finally get told my car will be done at 10:30 July 21st. So again. I move my schedule to accommodate. Around 9am I get an update saying it won t be done till 4pm. I call and ask why. They tell me the windshield is the only thing left to do and they re just waiting on someone to come replace it. Around 2 pm I receive another update saying my vehicle will now not be done until Monday! They were so unprofessional when I called and should not have quoted me a date if they couldn t stick to it. Now I m without a vehicle for another 4 days.

First off I've had to call 50 times in a day to get you all to answer your phone... no matter the time or day.. thats very unprofessional.And then when we get on the phone Chrystal was Very rude. I understand places are busy but its their job to provide good customer service, not have an attitude and not have any definite answers. Gave me two estimates on dates my vehicle would be finished then was appaled I called to check on my vehicle those dates to see if they were done... very rude on the phone. Said they didn't know why the other employee gave me a close estimate of completion when my car is "in clean up". I dont understand why they've have my car for almost a month. At first they were waiting for my parts to come in now for a week my car is in "clean up"?? I want my car back!Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

Unprofessional at every step of the process. Rude employees. Delayed vehicle being done for over 4 months and had excuses everyday about missing parts or why work wasn t being done correctly or in a timely manner. Showed no sense of urgency. Whoever they have answering the phone doesn t have an iota of customer service skill. Would never recommend anyone use this company to repair their vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It was going to take over a week to get just my car's repair estimate done. I decided that if Gerber was that busy, then it might take months to get my car repaired, so I took it to Hoffman's in Portland, TN. They did the estimate the same day and promised to get it repaired within 10 days.

My insurance sent them my information that I needed repairs from the hail storm last week. So someone from Gerber called me, set me up an appointment to get it repaired, told me where to leave my car and when, and where to put my key and said I was all set. So I left my car exactly as they told me, left it for the day, and went to pick my car up at the time that we discussed. My car hadn t been touched. They didn t have my appointment schedule. They never called me to ask about my car. Nothing. And if you try to call the office number, it takes you to a customer service center instead of the local location. Then the manager came out to tell me they don t even fix glass (you should probably change your name) and that they outsource to get it done. They then take photos to get me a quote (they were never even going to fix it the day my appointment was made in the first place, they were just going to get a quote but didn t tell me that). Then they proceed to tell my insurance that my damage was not from hail so they won t cover it.This experience was so unorganized and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent. USAA set us up with this company after an accident. Very easy to deal with. Communication was great all the way thru the process and such an ease of mind after a vehicle accident.

My car was totaled here, I live states away and my plates were supposed to be shipped to me.. yes, we can ship those out tomorrow. Takes weeks for them to get you in and then I called four minutes after my appointment time to double check what time I came in and they told me I d have to reschedule because I already missed it. I m having a multi day repair done through insurance and I have to wait another 3-4 weeks Bc I was going to be 20 minutes late?? Clowns.Update: the manager has not been trying to contact me. They just send out an automated response to make it look like they care.

Gerber is the preferred body shop of our insurance and now I see why. From the minute we arrived it was clear that they represented the insurance company rather than the interest of the consumer who s car had been damaged. Couple that with the fact that both visits the estimator didn t even greet us or say a word before he began looking at the car and it was one of the worst customer experiences we have had. Further, upon initial inspection they completely missed several parts including an entire inner fender that had been ripped out in the accident. When we took it back for our repair appointment two weeks later, they said that since it had previously been in a minor front end collision (which was fully repaired), they were unwilling to complete the work which was already agreed upon and quoted. The company as a whole may do good work, but this office was an awful experience and we are now starting from scratch again a month later. Would not recommend using this shop.

The service there is outstanding!! I was beyond well taken care of. I was dealing with complications of another company, and Tony and the gerber team made it a smooth experience for me. They kept me informed the entire time with daily text messages and phone calls. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Consistent with other reviews, the body shop didn't bother to answer the phone at 11 am on a Monday morning. I guess I'll call someone else. It does seem strange that they are the highest rated according to the big insurance company.

Not very professional, its very difficult to even schedule an appointment, would not let us drop our car off, and we called twice to try and set up an appointment this afternoon.
