I bought swingarm extension kit for my gsxr and they did not fit properly. I had to shave parts of the item down in order to fit. I contacted them and was told they never have a problem and they can't help me. I contacted them multiple times and didn't get a response until a week later just to be told they can't do anything about it, and won't accommodate me for my problem, $325 for something that you have to alternate to fit your bike. Everything I said they had an excuse for, bad customer service, don't waste your money

I received the first part of my order within a week the but website is very mis leading in lead times for wheels. I was ok waiting 7-10 business days for the wheel but it took exactly one month to get it. The wheel is beautiful and definitely worth the wait at the end of the day.

Ordered a set of wheels on 8/5,....is this the normal wait time because i'm still waiting? Was told that the wheel was out to chrome almost 2 weeks ago. Im not used to not having any communication with a vendor but I have learned that if you dont call FTD they wont communicate with you. Im still waiting for these wheels and my season is almost over. Not Happy!!!!

FTD Customs Are awesome. I bought a new tire and rim for my 2021 Ultra Limited in Daytona Beach, Fl and there was a problem with the settings on their hub machine, so my rotors were reading ( out of specs) so I rode all the way back to Georgia and call FTD to inform them of what Harley Davison told me about my rotors. I spoke with Ms Christy ( very nice and professional). She didn t hesitate to get new rotors in the mail right away with no issues. Needless to say that the new rotors didn t fix my issue so Blake ( Mike and Christy s Son) said bring it to Nashville and Dad said he will take care of it. When I got to Nashville FTD treated me like family and got me back on the road to Georgia in no time with brand new equipment that rode like a dream. Thank you Mike and the FTD team for standing behind your work and more importantly your Word.

Bought a 21 inch Warlock wheel and tire combo at the Thunder Beach Rally in PCB. They shipped my old wheel to my residence in record time!! I absolutely love the wheel and the service was impeccable!!! All members of the team have a passion for their craft!!! Buy from them!! No disappointment!!!! And, nobody has anything like this wheel near me!!!!

Love this place. Happened in off the street thinking be a store front. To my surprise was more like a factory. They gave me the grand tour and 4me it was cool to see how your wheel was made and where. If I was sold I was happy to be. Also the rims are 1st class.

Met the Team at the Myrtle Beach Fall Rally and was really impressed with them and the Product. Actually purchased front and back wheel set with tires and it has changed the way the Bike looks. Freak n awesome. Will order again if a future Bike needs some help.

Just spent a while on the phone with Mike, bought a set of nightmare wheels with the Pirelli tires, this review is about my customer service experience interacting with the company and not about the product yet. It s pretty early in the morning over here in Washington state, and I m sure pretty early in Mike s shift, but he had all the Time in the world to explain their process to me and talk to me about any thoughts I was having about my purchase and better explain what I was paying for, where it comes from, and what FTD customs is about. Absolutely 100% would deal with these guys again, if there is anything holding you up from spending your money here give these guys a call and let them put your doubts to rest. Way better bang for my buck looking at the competition, and the extras I was able to obtain for the price that other people are charging for one wheel is insane. I will recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for custom parts.

FTD Customs is AWESOME!! I ordered Slasher wheels, polished rotors and Perelli Night Dragon tires for my 2016 Road Glide. Went from 19" to 21" front. Everything keep mounted and ready to install.They also included the brackets and hardware to raise the fender. 2 day delivery was awesome. GREAT GUYS!

I called FTD for the first time on Friday about noon and spoke to Blake about buying Custom Dynamics products to light up my bike.I wanted to make it more easily seen and safer but didn't want junk.Blake helped me figure out what I needed and gave me a great deal.I was shocked that the order was on my front porch in SC when I got home from work (2 days later) on Monday. The lights were well packed and I ve already installed them. The quality is amazing and they look great on my 2011 FLHTCU.I couldn t be more pleased with the advice, service and products from FTDI ll be back.Ray

Not happy....threads in hubs were not cleaned..chrome on bolt threads not cleaned up......resulted in pulling threads and breaking bolt off in hub for rotors...called and was told I could send hub to them to try n get out or I could try n repair myself...but either way I chose to do it...if hub broke or couldn't repair...I would have to pay for new hubs....I done myself and did get repaired. They did say they would send me new mounting hardware for rotors...when they arrived...they were the wrong size

I bought a front wheel combo from sturgis a couples years back, as far as service and quality product it was great! That s how they get 1star! After the first year the rotors were warped no big deal they replaced them! Then a year later they re warped again! Local Harley Davidson shop digs into them and finds the rotors can t mount square to the rim due to the machining of the rim, I understand every once and a while there s going to be a lemon product that sneaks by I can understand that!only 1 star comes from the poor customer service that came next! 2 weeks of phone calls and emails and not one returned phone call and finally a return label is made so I can ship the faulty wheel back! I don t feel it should ever take that long to get ahold of somebody for warranty! When I finally did get a hold of somebody and talked to them about the poor service, that person on the phone didn t seem to even care! All they kept saying was they have a fast turn around time! If you add the 2 weeks it took to begin with they re fast turn around time isn t very fast in my opinion! Very disappointed!!

I paid for a rim and tire on 4/10/19I was told it would be ready in 3 weeks.Tomorrow makes 4. No response to emails until I filed a dispute with my credit card company today. The response stated that the rim was still in chrome and that my order will be refunded.. Wow. If I could leave zero stars I would. Definitely would not deal with again.

I purchased a 23 in wheel kit and rear wheel from them with installation, rode horrible, wobble and fishtailing, was scared to ride it over 85 mph. I guess they got tired of me wanting it to ride safely, and stopped answering my calls. After probably 20 calls with no answer I decided to call from another number, low and behold call was answered on the first ring. Wouldn't take any of my bikes there ever again. Luckily another shop worked on and got me fixed. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

FTD Customs is awesome. Bought some swingarm extensions and they work amazing. Lost a piece at the shop and Mike @FTD came to the rescue and shipped me a replacement. Customer service is great, when you call you get a person not a automated system

I am going to edit my last review today . I was finally able to reach Mike and he was very pleasant and helpful. My wheel is in the way and I am very excited. I would only suggest they get a secretary as they seem extremely busy and someone to deal with customers like me with such strong personalities and no non sense way of thinking may take a lot off them. THANK YOU MIKE

I have purchased five wheels from these folks. One front wheel for my 2007 street glide, another front wheel for my 2017 road glide special, and a full set for my wife's 2015 freewheeler trike. Mike and Christie are awesome to deal with. They treat you like family. Actually better than my family treats me! they have a great product at a great price with great customer service.

This Friggin company. Let me tell you about these clowns here. I ordered an extension kit for my Honda CBR 1000 at about 3 pm on a Tuesday. I showed up at my house the next day after work at about 2 pm and there on my doorstep is a package. Less than 24 hour delivery?! Seriously?!Insanity. That's what that is. Pure insanity. You have ruined my shopping expectations from EVERYWHERE ELSE! LolIn all seriousness, easy ordering process. Apparently I'll have no complaints about shipping times. Will gladly order from this company again. Great stuff.

Amazing shop brought a swing are extension accidentally order the wrong one. The got back to me the same day and they got me the right extension to me really quickly.

Great group of guys. Ran In to mechanical issues with 2 bikes 5 hours from home in Panama city. Not only did they loan us tools and helped get us back riding they refused to let us pay them. Couldn't ask for better people thanks again!

Lied about my product being shipped. Then when I actually called the guy was rude and said he missed it. I asked how much longer since it had already been 3 weeks. He got mad and refused to send me what I d payed for.DO NOT USE THEM! Absolutely a joke of a business

Could not be more satisfied. I purchased a 30" wheel and bolt on rake kit from FTD. The guys custom designed, machined and shipped the wheel on time and at a competive price. Hats off to Adam and the FTF crew.

Bought a Kuryakyn part on ebay. It had a manufacture flaw. Kuryakyn states 1 year warranty, but when I called Kuryakyn they tell me the warranty has to be done through the place I purchased at which was FTD. FTD wouldnt respond to my emails and I had to buy another elsewhere to resolve.

They sold me the wrong brake eliminater for my motorcycle. I called 10 time the day i got the brake eliminater then the next day i called 5 times an still no answer to resolve my problem. Bad customer service
