Chris is incredible. He took time to figure out what our needs were and got us a way better deal than we came in looking for. He literally saved us half the cost AND waited for us to come in last minute. He was live training his employees and helping us without skipping a beat. Incredible customer service and management. He also helped me set up a corporate account for my construction company. Thanks, Chris!

Really appreciate them. Super helpful with my flat tire last summer and even more kind, patient, and knowledgeable this time, even with how crazy busy they were. Aidan and Nathan helped me the most but I saw Tim, as well as Aidan and Nathan, go out of their way to help everyone - in the office and on the phone. See yall next time! :)

I came in with a flat tire today- no appointment, and needed a rare tire for replacement. They didn t have the same tire, but in a stroke of luck, Daniel mentioned an alternative that was in fact in stock. Using my certificates warranty replacement, I was in and back out in about an hour! I cannot thank today s crew enough. They took what easily could have been a HORRIBLE afternoon and turned it into a pleasurable experience. I was cool and comfortable while I waited, and the free bottle of ice cold water was like icing on a cake. Thanks again, Discount Tire!

After waiting almost two hours and my car not being touched, I did not leave with a tire and rotation. I get there are appointments but there were people who came 30 minutes after with me without an appointment that got serviced and not me. I was also told maybe another 10-12 minutes and after over an hour I got fed up. I used to live this place but you need to start being honest about your wait times. Now I have to pay someone to do it. Ridiculous.

I didn't get his name, but will never forget the kindness of the manager who sold me two brand new tires for a very discounted price. I am a single mom and had a flat tire, after Christmas and unable to afford the retail value of new tires, and he saved me.He was our angel and deserves to be acknowledged for helping our family.

this was my first time going here and would definitely go back if i need.i went for an tire pressure check after the snow storm and found out that i had a small leak in a tire. jos� immediately greeted me at the door, inspected the tire, got my information, and took the car back to repair it. he originally quoted me an hour to an hour and a half, but it only took 30 maybe 40 minutes, which is amazing! they repaired the tire for free and i was more than surprised in a good way.as a woman, i have anxiety over being scammed in places like this but my experience here was a 10/10.

Had a nail in my tire. I was told at this store that it was at too much of an angle to plug . Also they said my tires are 15k tread life, how convenient since I m at 14,480. They try selling me tires but I had them fill the low tire and left to get a 2nd opinion.I then went to Newton Nissan where I purchased the vehicle. They plugged the tire for free and assured me it is safe. They also said my tires have a 65k tread life warranty. 50,000 more miles!!! The kid at discount tire is a liar and a thief!!! I drive 30k miles a year and picked up at least a dozen nails over the years, I think discount tire has fixed 1 for free without coercing me to buy new tires. I will never do business with discount tire agin!

This place was great! I had placed an order online for new tires and had an appointment scheduled for after they arrived. I arrived to my appointment about 15 minutes early and 30 minutes later my truck was ready to go! Great customer service by all the guys at the front desk also. I highly recommend this location.

The service was great and they did exactly what they said they would. The tire prices were standard if not below other business. Overall, I had 2 new tires replaced, older tires rotated to the front and new wipers added and it only took about hour. Pretty fasting you ask me.

The manager Chris is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He runs a tight ship and it flows the way it should. I m impressed and that s hard to do with me. Give this guy a raise, he deserves it!

There was a screw in my tire and I took it in to the Main Street location to get the tire patched. After briefly looking at my tire the rep told me a patch wouldn t work and I needed all new tires because my tread was low. Just for clarity, my tread was not nearly at the lowest level AND the screw was right in the middle of the tire between the tread - so I m not sure why he made tread the issue. He wouldn t outright tell me the tire couldn t be patched (even though I directly asked him 4 times) but instead tried to scare me into needing new tires and started pushing the sale. I got my keys back, left, and went down the road to National Tire & Battery where they patched my tire, no problem.

We were caught in a middle of a tornado another day and falling power lines took off windshield wipers of our truck, so we couldn t see anything in front of us with all the rain and wind and falling debris. We pulled off to the side and somehow ended up in discount tire parking lot . They had no power but there were guys inside working in a darkness. We pulled in and they found windshield wipers in a back and installed it on our truck and told us it s free and be safe . We didn t catch the name of the guy who helped us but I wanted to give a huge shout out to employees at this location staying put and helping out stranded ppl like us ! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts !!!

I went to the store the day before Thanksgiving to get a flat repair, but unfortunately the damage was too severe and required a new tire... thankfully I always buy the certificate for tire replacement, and $20 later I was in my way.Once I got on the road I felt my car pulling severely to the left. I went right back to the store, and even though they were swamped they recognized me and I explained the problem, a partially stuck parking brake on the driver's side.They had me pull the car in immediately and Jose came out, put the car on the lift and was able to loosen the parking brake underneath the car and got it to release. A HUGE thank you to this location and especially Jose!

Made an appointment to get tires rotated and balanced. Was in and out in 45 mins. Very pleased with their service. Quite convenient to buy tires at one location and then get the rotation and balance at any location.

Showed up early today for a tire rotation. There were 5 customers outside waiting in line for the doors to open. As soon as they opened the doors five employees streamed out and greeted each customer. This place is very well managed and every employee is friendly and willing to help. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very Impressive.

Went to the store for a screw in the center of my tire. The guys will make up any reason they can to not fix it and sell you a tire. Then you buy one and they try to sneak a warranty in. I have only ever went to discount to buy tires I will not buy my next set here.

Our family purchases all of our tires at Discount Tire. Stopped by last week with a flat, and Nathan and Chris were amazing. Had my 8 month old granddaughter in the car and heat index was 115 degrees. They were slammed but took time out of their busy day to get us back on the road safely. They were so kind and so professional. I highly recommend this store and encourage you to ask for one of these nice gentlemen!

We always come here because the customer service is amazing.We needed some new tires for one of our vehicles as the TPMS sensor was coming on and it was determined that it was not patchable so we replaced some.We spoke with Eric when we came back in and he provided us with some great information that I was unaware of.He stated that our tires were overinflated.I went by what it said on the tire and he stated that is for max load and we should focus on the mfr recommended PSI and showed us where to look.Again we always receive the best customer service.

I ve NEVER been blown away like this before. The service was Immaculate. I can not praise Louis enough with his service and professionalism. When arriving 15 mins early before the location opened there was already a line. Feeling discouraged thinking I was going to have to wait for hours. This was not the case. When the doors opened I felt like I was on a movie! All the service writers immediately scattered and started helping every customer. I honestly did not know they had a football team of associates ready to assist and serve like they did. Luckily I feel like I got the best of the best and Louis was my guy! Again very quick, above and beyond service, and just overall great. Thank you guys for making my Saturday great!

This store has great rating for a reason. What an incredible team! They are always so kind and helpful and quick. What s really cool is they actually seem to be enjoying their job. If you re getting a free service like repairing a flat, don t be cheap, bring cash and give a generous tip.

Discount tires in Hendersonville is so awesome. I had a flat and they took care of it very quickly in the late afternoon. I had a donut on my car, the tech who fixed my tire took out everything in my trunk and placed my spare right back where it was needed to be and put all my tools back neatly. Very kind and professional had a great experience. If you need something fixed quickly and correctly go here. Everyone was so awesome and kind could not recommend them more.
