Customer service is professional and very welcoming... However, make sure you're doing your research about your vehicle and what you need for it. I came in as a new customer needing assistance with a cosmetic issue (under-shield), and my quote ended up being $575 for a small sheet of metal with screws. Online prices were NO higher than $90, $141 for a full body replacement, ONLINE (no discounts)... I am unsure if they're getting parts at cost or not. (not saying I should receive any product at cost)Bill made it seem like Honda priced my part high (mind you Honda's are cost friendly) and that's all they could do. I told him my other mechanic would replace it for FREE if I brought in the part. After Bill heard that he seemed to rush me off the phone awkwardly... It was a real simple replacement and would take me longer to drive up there than putting the part on itself. I am unsure if they're charging me close to $500 in labor because of inflation or they're pulling a fast one on me for being a female walking in alone, thinking I wouldn't do my own research. I really wanted to give them business but I feel like I got schemed a little. DEFINITELY think about second opinions on major fixes, you never know what the next mechanic will do for you!! We were from our of town. Driving around Atlanta, we started to hear this noise from under the hood. Being the weekend of course everyone was closed.I called them first thing Monday morning and told them the problem. They said bring it in. Well to make a long story short, they found the problem and fixed it right away from practically nothing.If I'm ever in the area again and have car problems, definitely going back. Thanks guys

Recently needed some work done due to my emergency brake light, stabilitrack, and ABS sensors going off. Also a routine oil change and I cannot say enough about the service. Was in the shop a day and so far so good. Drives better than before. They are reasonably priced and definitely reliable. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them for any of their services offered. Highly recommendService: Oil change

So absolutely amazing and professional! I dropped my car off and it needed a lot of work and they completely fixed it in one day! Very respectful employees. They helped me out after I lost my job do to a tornado and helped me get back up with my car running

Finding a mechanic that is trustworthy can be challenging. These folks were professional from the time I scheduled my drop off until the time I picked up my vehicle. The cost was fair and the work resolved my problem with the engine. I will definitely use them again.

My car wouldn't start after picking up groceries at kroger. So, I called AAA. They suggested this business and they had a discount with them. This business was also just down the street a bit. So, I thought I would give them a try. Had my car towed there and called when I got home. Told them the "symptoms" my car was showing. Car wouldn't start, yet gauges went crazy when trying to start. They told me it would be Friday before they could test it and the test cost $129 plus tax. I asked if they thought it would be necessary to do such an expensive test, it just sounded like a battery problem to me but my car being so old I thought it could be something else. So, after doing the $129 test, it ends up being just a weak battery, it could go with a jump. Of course, they told me all the other things that were wrong with my car with a total of $2000 plus dollars. Just reread the paperwork and the $2000was just for 1 of 5he repairs the grand total was around $4000! I haven't worked all year, was evicted for the first time in my life, haven't been able to pay any bills all year long and would be homeless if it weren't for my Mother! Of course, I didn't tell them all that because it would do no good. Before he ran the test, I did however question his decision to run the test if it was just something simple. He ran it anyway and charged me. Even though it was something simple. Oh and the cost to install a new battery was going to be $185.71. Outrageous! I Do Not recommend this business for anyone especially Women! We always get taken by mechanics!Service: Battery

I have been doing business with Matt and Lee Rucks from Christian Brothers automotive for many years, They are always fair, honest and great to work with. This past month, they were extremely instrumental in helping me purchase my sons first car when he turned 16. As a single mom, I had a low budget but wanted to make sure I was buying a safe, reliable car. Matt and his team thoroughly inspected two of the vehicles I considered purchasing and helped me find the perfect car for him. I feel so much better knowing that I did not buy a "lemon" and that my son is driving a safe vehicle. My appointment was for 7:30. I showed up about five minutes early. After a friendly discussion at the counter, I asked if a shuttle was available. Before I could sit down and open an email, the driver was ready to go. It took less than 4 hours for them to complete the work, even having to order parts. My '16 Buick Encore is driving like a dream. The shuttle driver and entire staff were awesome. If you're not going here, and you are local, missing out you are.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. This is a really shady business. They charge for fees they don t tell you about until afterwards. Definitely do not ever recommend anyone to go to this shop. They rip you off with pricing as well. 0/10 stars. Do not do business here.

Idk if it is a franchise or not because I have towed to a few different locations but everyone I spoke with at all locations are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly

Edit: I was issued a prompt refund which I appreciate. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did?-I brought my car in for a coolant leak which I suspected was caused by a failing water pump. Christian Brothers Automotive Hendersonville told me I had oil in my coolant and I needed a $10,000 engine replacement. For reference, the KBB value of my car is between $4,500-$6,000. When I asked if they could quote a flush of the coolant and replace the pump I was told, "No, we can't warranty that."So I took my car to the dealership. They tested the coolant, told me it was old and needed replacing, but that it didn't have oil in it. They quoted me $2,300 to flush the coolant and replace the water pump.So I took it to a locally owned shop and had the work done for $1,400.Obviously technicians aren't perfect and misdiagnose things sometimes but I'd never waste $70 again to find out.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very nice and clean auto repair shop. They did a good job on the repair. Were very upfront about what was going on with my vehicle, the pricing and what I should do next about the problem with my car. My car is still under warranty and they told me as well as took pictures and gave me a copy of all work involved in order to fix my car so I wouldn't be duped at the dealership. I still have to go back to the dealership but now I know that the problem is definitely under warranty. I'm going back to the dealership armed with proof that the problem is drivetrain related. Thanks guys. Very professional!!!

Came for an air conditioner charge. Left with breaks that don t work but they can fix them for $2,000. Hendersonville people .. stay away. Having to get car towed since breaks decided to completely stop working from the time I drove there to the time I went to waiting room.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

We re fairly new in town and looking for a reliable mechanic. We read great reviews about Christian Brothers Automotive and decided to take my car there when the check engine light came on. They fixed my car quickly and were very transparent about the price. I would feel comfortable going back without my husband.

called and asked them to put in some spark plugs and do an oil change. they wanted $600 just for 6 spark plugs on a 2015 Camaro. spark plugs are only $50 retail price so im getting charged $550 in labor. He reply below me tries to say quality parts...i can buy nice parts like i always have. place right down the road from you, express oil...only charges 450 for what i asked. at the same time we all know its not but a 30-40 minute job to get done what i asked. You just want to charge book time so i can pay all your employees salary for a day

I had been having some problems with my car dealership for some time, suffice it to say it was time to find a new mechanic!I had picked up my coworker when she was dropping her car off to be repaired, so I gave them a shot. Friendly, Knowledgeable, answered all my Many Questions! Straight up pricing, no BS, no sideshow, no let me ask my manager! No surprizes, fast work, even shuttle pickup in hendersonville!So far so good, alls well, I will be going back!!!

My car freaked out this week, and we had it towed to Christian Brothers. They took great care of me and of my car. I felt respected and never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge or being a female. They didn t try to sell me anything extra or scare me into spending more money (like others have in the past). My car is working great, and I appreciate their kindness! They include a 3 year/3,000 mile warranty on the work they did. They even shuttled me to and from my house to get the car. Matt felt like an old friend by the time it was over. Thank you, again!!

These folks are awesome. They were actually there and ready to go when the doors opened at 7am. They were kind, chipper, very friendly. It took 30 mins to put alignment on my car. The lobby has nice leather furniture instead of hard chairs. I was very happy and will tell people about it. Will absolutely be back if my car needs anymore service!!!

Wanted to take a moment and write a quick review of my experience with Christian Brothers and specifically, Jimmy. They have done some work on my 2006 vehicle and when I started experiencing issues with my 2014 vehicle, I called and through the conversation with Jimmy about what was going on with the car, he informed me that my particular year & model car was part of a recall due to excessive oil consumption in the engine. Long story short, my car is at the dealer & I'm getting the engine replaced at no cost to me. That honesty my friends is something that you can't put a price on - I would have never thought to look into a recall on my engine (and when I actually looked at the website for the recall, based on my VIN, it said my car wasn't part of the recall, even though the dealer got it covered since my engine had seized). Christian Brothers may not be the cheapest around but they do quality work and stand behind their work. They have a satisfied continuing customer in me & I will recommend them to anyone.

I will preface this review with the fact that I am new to the Nashville area and moved here from St. Louis, MO about five months ago. With that said, I am utterly SHOCKED at the price this place charges for an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe the prices for auto maintenance in this area are higher but I paid $90 for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The same exact service would have cost about $60 back in St. Louis and included new wiper blades. Even less with the occasional $15 - $20 off coupons and promos for frequent customers.The people at Christian Brothers are super nice and they got our vehicles in and out quickly but man are they EXPENSIVE! They seem very honest and reliable but I just can't justify that price for an oil change. GEEZ Louise!Service: Oil change

Barely realizing that I am having the same incidents as another person on this review. I was charged 710.52 for a replacement of a water pump and a belt, once I drove off of the lot my engine light came on. I dropped her off only TO BE CHARGED AGAIN. Yet my engine light was not on prior to dropping her off and getting her repaired. I was charged an extra 270.36 for another repair. I appreciated the customer service, they were great in fixing the issue third time around.

My wife and I took our wrangler to the Hendersonville location for a smoke test. The appointment was scheduled for 8am. We got there , parked, took the keys in, and took an Uber to the store. Came back 2 hours later and the vehicle is sitting in the same spot. Why require a customer make an appointment if you aren't going to stand behind it. I felt disrespected, I can't imagine you are this way with all your customers.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I dropped my car off having no idea what was in store. Jimmy called me by 7:15 in the morning to explain my options. They then replaced the cam shaft sensor at a reasonable price and in the same day. With fantastic service and price, CB will be my go to for all future car repairs. Great job!! Thank you!
