Called from Jackson because my niece locked my mom s car keys in her car in Henderson. The lady on the phone was absolutely WONDERFUL and so helpful. From phone call to the service guy who showed up was less then 20 minutes all together. The customer service was wonderful and I can t thank y all enough for the help! Will call y all in the future !

On 8/20/23 we were on our way back home to Missouri. We were pulling a trailer of hay and we had one of our wheels come off the truck and left us on the side of the road. We called Hi-way Wrecker to see if they could help us out. These guys went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road. They come highly recommend and will be calling them anytime I need assistance around Henderson TN. Thank you guys so much for the help.

well no one wants 2b in the need of wrecker service, but after an accident, Hi-Way was called by Henderson PDTow truck driver was great did a great job of cleaning up the debris, counter folks also friendly & great

Great, fast service and great customer service.My daughter was locked out of her car and we are several hours from her. I called my insurance company and they were not help. I made a call to Hi-Way Wrecker Service and was met with a person who said they could have someone out there in 10 minutes.Less than ten minutes later, my daughter called that the serviceman was there. He unlocked her car quickly and was able to take payment over the phone.They even sent me a text message receipt for my records. Excellent service.Thank you to Hi-Way Wrecker Service.

We had waited on Triple A for 2.5 hrs to get help with a flat tire. My daughter had worked a double shift it was 3 AM and she s pregnant and could not get any help sent out. I called Hi Way Wrecker Service and they had someone out to her within a few minutes. The serviceman ( Billy) done an awesome job getting her fixed and on the road from a long night! I would highly recommend this company if you needed help quick.

I would like to share my personal experience with Highway Wrecker. March 4 Friday night around 8 PM I was on a service call as I own a local plumbing company ( Elite Plumbing Solutions LLC.) Well as I was leaving customers house I believe the transmission had failed in my GMC sierra truck. I give highway wrecker a call and this nice gentleman is at home he s like yeah man I ll come and get you where are you at. I m way out on Bishop Loop, Off tar Creek Road in finger . He said no problem man I got you. He was there in minutes literally , He had my 6000 pound quad cab truck put on a roll back and put my ball on the back of the rollback to pull my 12 ft enclosed trailer. I wish I could remember the guys name so I can give him a 10 star review but I was such a wreck and stressed out from the fact my bread and butter had failed on me out in the middle of nowhere lol. All I wanna say is this guy is awesome, and if I hope to see him again I got a surprise for him. And if the owners of highway wrecker see this, whoever was on call Friday night, they deserve complete and total recognization for customer service. You guys have a good employee on your hands. Can t say or explain the words of greatness and thankfulness I felt.

I was broke down late at night, I called and they were helpful in getting me off the road and to their shop. The next morning, they proceeded to inspect my truck, order the parts (keeping informed) and got me back on the road. The tow and repair was very reasonable. Oh, they listen to your problems that you are having and willing to help!

Always accommodating. Knowledgeable and courteous employees. They have the right equipment to take care of anything I've had happen. Sometimes, most times, it's best to call a professional with the knowledge and equipment for the situation, as opposed to damaging your equipment or risking injury.
