By far the best customer service! We had a wheel bearing go out on our trailer and luckily pulled in this truck repair shop. They were covered up but offered to help by ordering parts and having them delivered and allowing us to use any tools needed. Cannot recommend this repair shop enough. Very friendly and a huge lifesaver! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Truck wouldn't start this morning company called they came and serviced the truck with a jump drove to their shop they did a battery test determine the batteries were bad got four new ones was in and out within 35mins there is a one9 across the street which is a plus...

very efficient and fast in its work, prices very good compared with other places similar, very good attention, the owner is a person pleasant, good mechanical .. is the recommend, i came for a problem of sensor of abs and the resolved well fast, them i give 5 stars, parking broad for park 18 wheels

Absolutely awesome guys. Blew out a tire on my wrecker. An they searched an found me a tire & wheel they had at there shop. No one else in the area even wanted to give a effort to help. When these guys did. They went way beyond what they had to to help and having mechanic come to shop on his off day. Very appreciated guys y'all are awesome.

As a mom the scariest thing that can happen is that early morning phone call that your daughter has had a blowout and is barely off the road on Raccoon Valley. I was a long way from where she was, so I gave performance a call Spoke with Alan who was so nice! He sent a young tech named John Byrge who changed my daughter s tire and didn t charge her a dime! So nice to me put mine and my daughters mind at ease I just can t say enough about the kindness of this business. Thank you so much! I hope everyone uses this shop for their needs businesses such as this deserve and have earned the respect of our community.

Terry and his crew are great guys. They do honest work at very honest pricing for their labor. They won't charge you for 8 or 10 hours labor, just because that's what the labor guide book says. They will charge you for the ACTUAL 6 hours that was required to fix your truck.If you are dealing with a limited budget, in an emergency scenario when used parts would be feasible to get you going again, they will do everything they possibly can to accommodate you. Terry tries to hang onto very good used tires and batteries for such occasions.If you need good service without the ripoff pricing that is usually found at the big dealerships, this is THE PLACE to go!!

Forever grateful for the AMAZING SERVICE AND PEOPLE (Especially Alan and his Tech)! I have never met such honest, kind and good hearted gentleman than we did today. They went above above beyond to help us and make sure we were set for a safe road trip. We tried 4 other shops before we found Performance and I only wish we could have come here first. If you need service this is the ONLY PLACE I would recommend and trust.

The service from Performance Truck is amazing. I got the phone number from a clerk at Pilot. After 11pm, they change a busted tire for me and my daughter. He was so patient, we had to move a backseat full of dorm room move-out to access the jack handle and guide for the spare. I m so thankful for his kindness and assistance. Really wanted to give him a hug, but that doesn t meet social distancing guidelines.Service: Tires

Got a flat tire heading down to FL, and they took care of me very quickly and professionally. Couldn t ask for a better experience. Nice to see there are still honest shops out there with good people working for them.

We were traveling on I75 in our diesel pusher RV and started leaking antifreeze 2 gallons per hour, we made it to the reserved campground and found Performance truck on line, they were just 3 minutes away from us! I drove the dingy jeep there when they opened the next day and Terry told he could get us in right away, they diagnosed the water pump was leaking and replaced the pump and belt that was impossible to get to and had us on the road by 2:00, these guys are great!They could have gouged me on price but they were more than fair. Thanks again, Terry and John for the great service!

Needed a new huey pump for rv we lived in full time. Got us up and going asap so we didn't lose our jobs and were helpful despite good sam shenanigans. Huge ty to John for going above and beyond for us and helping us to our hotel for the week

Awesome owner and staff! Had a water pump blow on the way to our vacation destination and even though they just closed for the day, took a look at my SUV. The shop mechanic, Matt came through and saved our vacation by staying over and doing the repair. The owner was friendly and welcoming and Matt was fun and knowledgeable which helped cut my stress from the pump blowing. I couldn t of asked for a better place for this to happen because I don t think I would of received this level of top notch service anywhere else. I am more than grateful because this experience could of turn out to be a nightmare. I highly recommend this shop and its staff!

Had work done on my trailer on 07/27/2021, very happy they did the job correctly and at a fair price and I was out of there quickly, I thought it would be an all day thing but the whole process was only 3 hours. They also treat you with respect! Would definitely go back again!

We were on our way from Michigan to Florida with our 30 ft camper in tow when we had a brake caliper seize up on a Sunday afternoon. The service technician came in after hours and got us back on the road quick. They do good work.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have used this shop several times each time has been a pleasant experience. My problems were diagnosed correctly at a very fair and reasonable price. They give you direct and honest opinions. As we were travelling from Florida to Michigan in May, our truck wouldn't start after getting gas in Tennessee. We were referred to Performance Truck. Although he was busy on Memorial weekend, he referred us to a mobile mechanic who promptly got us going again. Allen was very quick to contact the mechanic and called us back to make sure he arrived and took care of our problem. Nice to have a trustworthy contact when we were out of town.

This business is way beyond awesome! .My husband and I had a blow-out on our truck and and axle break on our trailer. The owner came out on Sunday to help us get things back up and going. If you live in the Knoxville area we highly recommend them to service your vehicle or if your coming thru having car trouble..they are the ones you want to call. They go above and beyond to help. I cannot say enough good things about the service that we received tonight. We overheated on the expressway and was leaking coolant. We arrived and they had already closed. They diagnosed our issue as a busted water pump and Matt agreed to stay and fix it. They went out and got the part and had us rolling in a couple of hours or less. We could not be more greatful for the service and the willingness to get us back on the road especially since we were 4 hours from home and 2 hours away from our destination. Thank you all for the amazing work we are truly thankful!!

Can not say enough about Allen, Terry, Camron, even Matt and the new guy. BEST bunch of guys in the area. There is a very good reason some have chosen to wait till morning. 1st class service at a fair price. I walked into this shop to let them know I m in the same business, new to the area and introduce myself, they not only were friendly but they were happy to help me get my foot in the door so to speak. How many shops out there are willing to work together to make sure a company can get their loads where they need to go? I can assure you this is a shop willing to go that extra mile and will not let you down. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!

We had to TSMP light come on while driving though Knoxvile . We stopped at the raccoon Valley exit Pilot s there air compressor was out of order.My Son notice the performance track shop across the street .We took a chance and stop to see if they could allow us to use their air compressor.They were super friendly and immediately assisted and took care of airing up and checking all the tires for us.They was super friendly and helpful.The issues was address immediately and had us on the way .It was such a sweet good Samaritan act. WOW , as a resident of FL having a vehicle transported up north , and it failing in Heiskell Ten. This truck repair shop (at closing time on Friday 8-21-20) stayed there to address my vehicles failure. We were hoping it was just a sensor , but after ordering and replacing (all within 35 minutes) the sensor , it was determined that the engine had spun a bearing on the crank. The repair it self (even after hours on a Friday night) was very honest , and reasonable (again I'm a FL. resident traveling through Ten.) . I have had to leave my vehicle with Performance Truck Inc. while I set up a transport service to pick it up. The owner has been very caring and understanding to my situation , and his Staff were very helpful when my vehicle first arrived. As a business owner for over 27 years myself , it was very nice to come across another stand up , and honest business owner. If I lived in Ten. I would use this repair shop for all my needs. Repair shops like this one are very hard to come by , If someone is looking for honest service for their vehicle Performance Truck Inc. is the one to call !

Very Thankful to Terry and Jacob and the whole team who rescued us from the Pilot station across the street from their shop after our DEF sensor failed on our Winnebago Tour. They helped us to their shop, located a new sensor and had a taxi deliver it to them. They got us back on the road in 3-hours. Friendly, professional group of folks and I have nothing hut high praise.

The place is fantastic. I broke down on I 75 and checked found this business. The owner answered after hours (awesome) and responded to me an aging person stranded on interstate and got me back on road. I had a brake chamber leak on my Volvo VNL while camping nearby so I went to this shop for a new one. They changed it quickly, for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, it wasn't done properly and I had to pay another shop almost $600.00 to correct the problem. I was not a happy camper, so my initial rating was only one star, with a Not Recommended rating, since I was hundreds of miles away and couldn't return to that shop.EDIT.... Allan from Performance Truck, Inc is amazing! After seeing my review, he contacted me to remind me there was a warrantee. I sent my documentation into him and after review, he paid for my ENTIRE repair bill, to the tune of $567.75! Plus, they were friendly and civil about it! My review is changed to five star and Highly Recommended!

These guys are the best. The owner himself, Allen Roberts came out on a Sunday afternoon to help my family and I off of the side of the road in the pouring rain and get us back on our way! I can not say enough nice things about this company. Thank you so much Allen and Performance Truck!

We stopped here after a long trip from WI to TN after having some vehicle trouble and Allen was so gracious and willing to help and the staff was very nice and respect! They are hardworking and friendly and fixed the issues we had and also recommended places to visit while we are traveling through. I wish I can put 0 stars for these scamers,One of our trucks broke down close to these so called ''mechanics'' so we googled the nearest mechanic,and unfortunately was performance truck inc.they send a "technician" to steal money from us he was there for 2 hours doing nothing but wasting time to make the bill larger . Finally he couldn't figure out what wrong with the truck . Not only that,he charged $460 for his failure to diagnose the problem with the truck.and when our driver asked him why he charged that much they were trying to call the cops for him.so to avoid putting our driver in that situation we payed $460 for that lazy mechanic for nothing.Next day we send another driver to help deliver the load.guess what he could easily fix a small problem in the truck and drove it back to Chicago.BE AWARE GUYS those are scamers,just blame yourself if you call them.See invoice in attachment.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Bought a new (to me) ford f350 about a month ago so I could tow a brand new very large 40' 5th wheel camper...Driving down the freeway we lost power and couldn't get over 35mpg! We limped to the next exit, and into his shop parking lot. We pulled in around 10 pm on a Saturday, I called the number on his sign to let him know we were there, and to ask if he could put me in his schedule for Monday morning.He talked to me on the phone, diagnosed my problem, pointed out it was actually not that hard to fix, walked me through how to fix it myself and got me back on the road!Really nice guy, and was a huge help!I wish i hadn't broke down at all, but I'm thankful that i ended up in his driveway!
