Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Had a great experience servicing my Honda Pilot here. Never had a problem! Would recommend them to anyone! They also were able and helped me out when I was stuck and unable to get into my car the night I was due to show up to hospital to be induced to deliver, accidentally locked my keys in!Service: General repairs & maintenance

John and his crew are phenomenal. Let me repeat that and clarify - not good, not great, not okay - Phenomenal! This business absolutely lives up to its name as quick, but it is so more than that. Great experience! It was my first time. They were very nice ,very informative, and very caring. Took time to explain what the issue was and what they recommended to fix the issue. Great guys and great service as well.

I brought my daughter's car to get the clutch fixed... we have had awful experience with another auto repair shops and was afraid we were going to be put off, taken advantage of, or even over charged yet again because of being female. The owner John is very honest, caring and repaired the car quick (as their name states). He even saved me a ton of money as he found out we actually didn't need a whole new clutch like we were told at another repair shop! Other repair shops would have said they fixed it and went ahead and charged what didn't need to be repaired.. I have total faith in the knowledge of this repair shop and am so grateful for the honesty and professionalism! I definitely would go back to them if I need future auto repairs and will definitely refer others to them. A big thanks to John and his other workers.

We are happy with the service we receive from John and his staff. He is very thorough, professional and efficient. Pretty Quick's pricing is highly competitive for the current market. We take all our vehicles to John for services and repairs, and trust him, and his advise implicitly. He has never steered us wrong.

I stopped at this business because I had a squealing brake. They were able to get my car in and fixed within an hour. Fast, friendly and reasonable. I will not hesitate to patronize this business if needed in the future.

Pretty quick worked pretty quick when it came to fixing the car. The only issue is being fast leads to mistakes and sloppy work. I was hardly called or notified of new progress on the vehicle. I told them to fix a part on my car and they said they did and I got it yesterday. I drove it to work and the belt started making a loud noise unlike before. The part that was supposedly fixed was not fixed, so I called back and he said it was and to bring it back. The mechanic lied and kept trying to persuade me the problem was fixed and basically was trying to make himself look good. He said, " next time you bring it back I will just have to take it apart and look at it". What freaking sense does that make when I asked him to fix it in the first place. It sounds to me like he told his lie on himself because apparently he didn't take it apart thus it wasn't looked at and nothing was done. What a horrible experience, a complete waste of time, and a huge money pit. Pretty quick, inaccurate diagnoses, pretty poor customer follow-up, and pretty unreliable and untrustworthy. You better keep driving down the road to another mechanic because you do not want this one I guarantee you.
