I gave them 3 stars and I'm not totally sure they should get that. I walk in there are 3 cashier's. Two are with customers. I walk up and am obviously waiting for help, while the third cashier seems to be helping another then starts chatting with the customer that is getting help, about non store related stuff . I'm still standing there, then a prettier younger female walks up he motions for her to the register and helps her. I then say excuse me I'm standing here waiting and would like to be checked out. If Daryl's had been open I would have been there not at O'Reilly's.

Very friendly employees, eager to give help when needed and take as much time as possible to help the customer fix their vehicle problem or offer to enhance already in working order car or truck. Will certainly return. Excellent customer service, parts well stocked and available, ordered parts arrive very quickly with little to no wait time, very good value for your money. Purchacing made easy and fast. Highly recommended, A+++ in every aspect of this store. Definitely pleased and will be telling others of my very good experience here! And thanks to all you guys working there, keep up the excellent work fellas! I'll be going there again soon... And ONLY there!

Most of the time service is great at this location but this time I went in for a new battery and since O'Reilly's changes them for free I requested this service. The lady employee came out more than willing to do the job but then an older guy employee came out and said 2 grown men cant even change out a battery talking about me and my dad... if the company offers a service they shouldn't question why the customer isn't doing what the employee is paid to do. The guy could not even complete the task himself. He had to go ask another Male employee to come out and do the job because him and the lady employee were both unable to complete.

Most auto part stores, act funny when a female walks in and always to busy to help. Well not the one in Hartsville.. Love it and will be more than happy to recommend them.. Great service guys. Thank you.. Got my car fix today cause y'all listen to me and made sure that I got the right parts for what I needed to fix...

Came here to get shocks for the rock truck I got going on and the little fellow behind the counter took a fine fancy to my sister, they dated for a good several months and I got the best prices on the parts to my rock truck I thought I was just lucky, I didn't know they were seeing each other till a few months later I went to get parts and the same little fella was asking about sis and he told me what I owed for two ujoints and I about turted my britches..... I sure do wish she would take him to the barn.... I need to get this truck running

I prefer them over many competitors however I won't be buying brake pads from here anymore, the quality of the product is poor and they do not offer the same warranty as others unfortunately. The service I receive when I'm there is normally very good and they do price match their competition.

worst parts store ever!! I've spent so much money here and yet I still get constantly treated with complete disrespect; especially when it comes to a return or when they give me the wrong parts.. I have decided to go out of my way to not conduct business here anymore.. I'd rather drive 15 miles to the next town to advance vs dealing with this incompetence.. It may just be one employee that has terrible people skills but I have had enough; in otherwords (deuces)

My daughter went in there and got whatever she needed and then we left friendly people great store been going to the same store for 20 years now and keep on going and until either they're out of business or I am lol

I totally love my Hartsville Tennessee O'Reilly's if they don't have the answer to a question they find out ASAP if they don't have a part they get it to you as quick as they can does guys really take care of you me being a single woman they never make me feel stupid they're always happy to help in and help me with my inquires

These guys are so terrible on customer service I've gotten broken or damaged parts from them multiple times, they wouldn't even stand behind the warranty. They have no respect for their customers they talk to you like you have no sense at all

I love O'Riley's, but I hate the Customer service when you need help, yesterday at the Hartsville store, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, I hollered for help, one employee was outside another one saw me from the backroom but continued to put up stock. After standing at the counter for ten minutes u said in Normal conversation voice "Screw it" left and went to Lebanon. Today I went to buy a fuel filter even said universal wix 1/4" fuel filter, I was told she needed a year make and model, I googled, wix quarter inch universal fuel filter, part number 33001, Google never asked me for a year make or model. Again I went somewhere else to buy from someone who know something about auto parts. O'Reilly's your on notice, I'm not going to try to bring my business to you if I not only have to tell your employees how to do there job ,but now I have to show them too.It's not my job to train your employees to service me as your customer.

This O'Reilly's tends to be on the ball all though I did have a difficult experience there once with a gentleman that seemingly did not understand why I was entitled to get my core back. It was a misunderstanding but it is frustrating to have to explain yourself for 10 minutes. I also will say as a general hole that O'Reilly tends to miss categorize or number their parts as almost always when repairing either one of my vehicles I constantly have to bring Parts back because they are the wrong part for the car despite VIN number and dating validation.

I did not get good service it was about 15 till when I walked in and my injector in my truck was bad I needed a ratchet to get it out and throw my new one on I had everything off I asked him if I could borrow one and Brad said sorry we are about to close we are trying not to get into anything I told him it will only take a minute he changed the subject and started locking down I walked outside to see if I needed anything else and turned around and he locked the door behind me I was left out side hood up I had to walk to my wives work to get her car drive all the way to Lafayette and back and took me 2 minutes to finish but because some one didn't want to handle customer service I wasted over an hour and gas and paid my babysitter overtime so this hartsville store will get a very negative review will not step foot in it again and I will suggest anyone else not to for sure not close to closing

Never have parts in stock. The parts they do have usually are wrong or junk. You can buy better cheaper on eBay or amazon
