Use the Amoco up the road.This BP has a very rude owner who does not speak English. Refused to let me use the restroom even after I bought $50 worth of gas.

Turned in some scratchers here. Originally sent my husband in and the woman at the counter asked him how much he won. He said he didn t know. She gave him $10 when we had $20 in winnings. She was a pro and swindling, even had a way to scan them to make it look like it was checked. I went in to get the $10 she shorted us and tried to tell me it was previously claimed then scanned it and acted surprised when it registered as $10 winner. BEWARE. This woman does this often and is a professional.

Good gas price, variety of goods and souvenirs. Bathrooms were horrendous. Someone needs to clean this entire establishment.

Interesting experience and deceiving place. First time knowing that in order to use a restroom at a gas station requires buying something. That s even ok Bcs ppl tend to always need something anyways. However there is no price tag to make the price transparent to customers. Products did come out overpriced. Not to mention soap in restroom is low quality and made hands dry and lack of variety of products choices. And, an intimidating lady at cashier. Avoid if one could

Hello Hurst Fun Foods here. Wow the reviews don't seem to good on this place but I'm not the judge you are the public. However I'm across the street from them and advising them not to start a war with me . I've talk to Newport courthouse have a business license health permit 99 by the way . They keep taking pics and probably losing some sales because of me . But legally I would try anything . Because i know the bosses of all the healthh departments in the eastern TN . So would leave me alone if you don't want a lot of trouble with your food in your restaurant. Thanks and have a nice day Amoco downtown Hartford TN.

Stopped in after a trip to Waterville. Planned on getting coffee and food. I rarely return food when it's not up to par, I usually just eat it. Got 5 tenders, 5 wedges, and 2 small bacon wrapped cheese sticks, a small slush, and 2 small coffees for $21 and some change. Was given no receipt. After taking one bite, the chicken was rubbery and heat lamp dried, and the bacon cheese roll ups tasted rotten and like they had been fried in dirty grease. I didn't want to be a "Karen" just wanted a refund for the two items and to be on my way, but I was greeted with a Karen behind the counter. Even though I never left the premises, only walked out to my car to eat a bite of these things, and back in for the refund, (less than 3 minutes) and was told because I left with it, they would not refund my money. I had to argue with this lady while she picked apart the chicken, asking "What's wrong with it?" Lying to me, saying it was fresh. Not until after I raised my voice and asked, "Are you stealing my money?" Did the aparent owner or manager of this establishment hand her a $10 to hand to me, she put it in my hand and said, "Okay, bye." I then had to argue with them about the dollar they were shorting me on my refund, they eventually gave in and handed it to me. I will absolutely never eat here again and avoid it completely if possible in future visits to this area. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Horrible food.

The worse. False advertising on pre wrapped items. BBQ Chicken was a couple fried chicken tenders with BOTTLED BBQ SAUCE. Gross. Rude service. Dirty outside and inside. Do not go here!

Wish I could leave 0 stars...... Treated terrible because I was sitting at the pump eating my gross tenders I brought from there. It was 5 mins before close and no one was at pumps but the cashier came to car banged on window and said for us to move. He called the police..... Never again

Stopped for fuel, there s a crew painting, didn t realize they did the ceiling and it s dripping so I ve now got white paint on my $62,000 truck, waited for a pump to find a sticker that says pay inside and then the clerk won t turn on the pump without giving her a cash amount I want the pump turned on for instead of taking the card and over riding the authorization which is a single button I left and happily paid a little more for gas next door.

Traveling to Charlotte, NC, my husband (the fried chicken connesseur) got a chicken breast here. I didn't get a picture of it before he ate it up. He doesn't give a 10 rating just willy silly, but he gave it a 10. He described everything about it to me. The taste, crispiness, heat and the non greasiness. All perfection!

Not a good place to go if all you need is a bathroom. The bathroom situation is awkward as one stall door is touching the sink. They also won't let you use the bathroom unless you are buying something.

Hot food is not consistent. Store is more cluttered than the citgo. Good variety of gas stations snacks. Attentive employees.

The teller yelled at my friend for nothing and they seemed very rude. Customers shouldn t be treated like that at all. Not welcoming on Christmas Eve!

Cleaned and well maintained place to get gas, walk your pets, and stretch your legs before you get into the thick of I-40. I love the Smokehouse's food too, the pulled pork sandwich and fries are my favorite.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! Its better if you stop somewhere else a little bit far away ! That women charges more than what its worth it. I SAW ANOTHER REVIEW ABOUT THEN CHARGING A LOT AND SHE DIDNT GIVE ME THE RECEIPT JUST LIKE THE OTHER REVIEW SAID ..SO BEWARE!!!

Dirty restrooms, expensive water. The person that was filling the water fridge didn t wear a mask and when I told the cashier he didn t care about it. Definitely never ever stopping here again.

2.18 for some really watery coffee... I feel robbed. Also the gas station across the road is 1.75 for same size, better brew, same cup.

Poor gas station if you use credit cards, need to go in station to get a prepaid receipt then go back in to get your actual receipt after you pump. Meanwhile you and everyone else are forced to block pumps from being used.
