There is a difference between fuel line and vacuum line. Fortunately the Rockwood store knows the difference and has no problem selling you vacuum line when you request it. The midtown store takes great offense when you tell them fuel line is different from vacuum line. Needless to say I won t bother trying the midtown store for anything again.

Exceptional service. Eli helped me diagnose the issue with my car. He went above and beyond in helping me with my alternator. I couldn't be more appreciative. Courteous, polite, and very respectful, on top of having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of cars. Thank you again Eli

Tonight I stopped in to get my front headlight bulb replaced and Eli quickly found and explained my various bulb replacement options with costs. He had me rung up and my headlight working again within 10 minutes. He was extremely polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable about his job . Cudos for hiring great employees like Eli. Autozone in Knoxville said it would take them at least 30 to 40 minutes to get me taken care of. Glad I drove home to O'Reilly's.

I was cussed out and was called numerous vulgarities by the manager John when I simply brought back an item to exchange. Did not request a refund, just an exchange and I was more than happy to pay the difference in price as expected. The part did not fit, John did not even check to see if it was the correct part and went straight out to the vehicle to prove to me it was correct. It did not fit.We went back inside and he told an associate to handle this **** idiot while walking back towards the office. I had been calm and collect until the vulgarities started. He began yelling across the store at me and approached me like he was about swing. This has been reported to corporate and will be following up at the highest level. Unbelievably unprofessional. Having employees speak to customers and approach them in such an aggressive manner is a massive liability. If he actually puts his hands on a customer in the future due to mental instability, the Harriman location, or the company as a whole, would have a massive lawsuit on their hands.

If you need to save money or have time to wait order your parts from RockAuto online. If you need parts that day or want to support local business go to ACM auto parts or Napa in Harriman.

This store is the one of two stores I use for auto parts. The other is an online only. But this store has always had what I needed. If they didn't which is rare, they help me find where I can get it. Very friendly employees. Great prices. Great warranties on products.

Had 2 batteries exchanged by Eli at the Harriman location, excellent customer service, he did a great job and was fast! Great attitude! Great service!

A bit overpriced, the two ladies working didn't seem very happy to be there nor very friendly. Also they don't carry the little paper funnels that most auto parts places will give you or atleast ask if you need any when purchasing oil, coolant, or any fluids.

Traveling from Nc to AZ and my engine decided to give out in my Sorento. We came to this store and the workers were so helpful! After trying to find a an Uber for over a hour and a ride to the closet uhaul pickup 30 minutes away, Jon was nice enough and found us a ride to pick one up, helped us load the car and either everything else we needed. He went above and vetoing tj help us with everything during work and even on his break. Wonderful customer service here! Thank you guys!

Anthony was a life saver! My car overheated, but I managed to get it to O Reilly. Anthony fixed it up with a replacement hose and antifreeze. He had a positive attitude even in the horrible heat. I really appreciate him getting me fixed up and back on the road!

The parts-counter woman has a great attitude and gets me the right part every time. Don't know her name but I call her Avalanche since that's what she drives, she calls me Jimmy because that's what I drive

I came to return an alternator that they sold me that wasn t the correct one and even though I have the receipt and records in their computer because I no longer have the original plain cardboard box I cannot return it great service
