Dropped off my Polaris 850 on Dec. 9, 2023. Wouldn't start. Told Josh, "no hurry". Called back Feb 6, 2024, just shy of 2 months. Josh said he couldn't fix it and to pick it up. Also missing a plastic panel. Josh said it wasn't with it when I brought it in. I disagree. Other plastic body parts missing fasteners. Pointed it out to Josh. He said "Have a good day" and walked away.

They had the battery I needed gor wifes 09 honda shadow 750. Not a single other parts place in both cities had it. Well we got a one year warrenty too. Riding on our 31st anniversary priceless. Thank you.Guys customer for life now.Update 8/23/22 got the shadow in for a new tire and oil change. Picked up a new helmet for my unusually large head.

We buy our propane from here for 20lb to 100lb bottles. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are great.

Sign on door says they close at 3pm Saturday. I got three at 2pm, closed. Hard to know if service was good. Please correct the hours online if they have changed.

I needed a part tried a company in ky before they were sending the wrong part. i called motion plus I spoke to the lady in parts she is very very good at getting the right part the first time . I am very pleased with the professionalism of her experience. thank you. i would give her 10 stars if i could. What a great company.

We have been taking jet ski here for 4 years twice a year. Yesterday price is 165 dollars more, ended up being 110 more. When I questioned the price increase, I was informed that because of everything going on we cant offer that special... I said didnt know it was a special... shouldnt someone have said something? The response from service manager was it is not my job to inform customers. Called 2 places in Cookeville and Knoxville and they are much cheaper. I always knew that, but this place has customer service going for it... NO longer. Go somewhere else. They would not even respond to the Better Business Bureau.... ripped off a veteran...

Went into motion plus today looking for an air pump for the shocks on my Harley. When I entered there were two other customers inside besides myself. There was a lady behind the counter writing something, I thought she would only be a minute, but she never looked up or spoke to any of the customers in the store, so after about 10 minutes of this I left the store and will never return.

These guys are great. I broke down at 5pm on I40w during a cross country ride. After getting blown off by a bunch of shops in Knoxville , they came out and picked me up. They stayed late to help a stranded rider, and truly went the extra mile. Andy, Jean, Kevin and Dave are the bomb; this place rocks!

My Seadoo wouldn't start, and I took it to Motion Plus. The mechanic who worked on Seadoos became ill after diagnosing my watercraft, and had to go on extended medical leave. Motion Plus told me the results of the diagnosis, but informed me that they could not complete the repair until their technician completed extensive treatment. They allowed me to take the watercraft to another repair facility and did not charge me for the diagnosis. They are an honest and fair retailer.

I'm sure this review will be censored.I was taken advantage of. I will never use Motion Plus ever again. Tom added things to my bike that I never asked for, then charged me $1800. Then, my bike ran 90 miles and broke down. I called Tom to tow it back. He wouldn't. Said to find me a tow truck. I did, but I didn't tow it back to that snake in the grass. Funny that I get an apology from Motion Plus.. then they proceed to tell me I'm not in their system. Oh, I'm in your system bucko..

This shop is the best around by far. Broght bike here after another shop told me would be over 1000 dollars to fix he got it done for less than half that.Also this is my first bike and they didnt talk to me like i was a big dumb dumb like some other places do which makes me feel like going back these people have the heart of a teacher. They dont only tell you whats wrong they tell you why i will recommend them to anyone.

Spent $800 to have my Yamaha wave runner fixed still doesn t run to this day and we picked it up thinking it was fixed the owner said you ll have to have the starter fluid to get it running !!! Starter fluid doesn t help in our situation dead in the water and we are out a lot of money

High priced and very slow turnaround. 462 dollars and six weeks later to clean a carburetor and you get it home and it still will hardly start and won't idle.
