I came in an hour before closing time in a crunch needing an oil change for my wife's car before we went on a Thanksgiving road trip. They didn't have anyone at the time currently doing oil changes but thankfully Patrick heard my concern, stepped up to the plate, and helped me out big-time getting the oil changed and ready to go in no time. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

As always, the crew at Eddie s saves the day. Shaun was so good at clearly communicating, researching, and giving me an accurate and fair quote for the work my car needed. They were efficient and finished quicker than expected. When I came to pick up the car, Claire took the time to walk me(ever so patiently) through some processes and was a pure delight.Just when I thought this team couldn t be more wonderful, they keep proving themselves better with each visit. We sure appreciated Justin fitting us in to grab our truck to tow off the mountain, particularly after the crazy big snow storm. What a weight lifted from our shoulders. Highly recommend Eddie s Towing.

Had a flat tire and couldn t get the lugnuts loose. Called him at 2:15AM and he was available on the spot! He had to deal with our stupid insurance but was still kind and helpful even tho anybody else would have been ready to kick us to the curb! Was a little on the high end in cost but This guy was a life saver!

Amazing, prompt, and dependable service!! Justin took care of us in the wee hours of the morning at 4am after we tried several other companies as well as one completely ghosting us!! We also got to see him save at least one life if not multiple by stopping to guide traffic after a woman hit a deer on the interstate. Out of all my roadside assistance experiences, this one is for the charts! Definitely recommend and would definitely use if I was from around here!!

I was traveling home on I-40 and hit a pothole when I was about 2hrs away from home and caught a flat tire. After my insurance company gave me the run around for nearly 3hrs and left me stranded, I decided to call Eddie s Towing Service myself and deal with the insurance company later. Justin Rubin (Towing Manager) was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to keep me at ease. He called to provide an ETA to reassure help was on the way. Soon as he got my car hooked up, we were on the way and he got me home safely. I will forever be grateful for Justin, THANK YOU!!!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Truck broke down on the interstate as we were starting our vacation at 2 am. Justin and Buster came out, towed the truck, and drove all 5 of us 45 minutes home as we were fighting with roadside assistance to get transportation. Super nice guys and extremely helpful! I recently bought the car through Furrow Auction Company in Ten Miles, TN. I called a few towing companies, but they were the only ones who were able to take the car out of the field, started it for me so that I can pull it out from his storage. They did a great a job and were very responsive, highly recommend.Justin helped me out with the tow. Treated me well, thank you guys for all your help.

On time and professional! When you need a tow truck you need someone who can 1. Get there and 2. Get it done! Justin did both and wasted no time. He arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, and worked fast! He was also polite and his equipment was clean and well maintained. Honestly this is as good as it gets!

Had an accident today on a tractor Ended up, rolled over in a ravine. Thankfully, I am OK, but getting the tractor out was very complicated. Justin and his crew showed up quickly and showed a ton of expertise in dealing with this difficult situation. The driver went beyond what he had to do by towing me first to the auto parts store, but then to a dry spot to change my battery because it was pouring rain. He also helped me change my battery. Listen y all! I have to brag on Justin Rubin!! I was not even a customer and he had an incredibly helpful attitude and helped me get a camper set securely back on my work truck. In a nightmare he was such a great light!! Highly recommend!!! Great people

At the end of February, my family and I had an issue with a 26ft UHaul being stuck in our yard/mud after a heavy rain. My dad tried multiple times to get the UHaul unstuck but just wasn t successful. He called Eddie s and Justin and his crew came out quickly to help. They were here for a couple of hours trying to help us get this issue resolved. They were wonderful!! Not only did they get the UHaul unstuck, they managed traffic so we could get the UHaul pulled to a better area. I can t thank them enough for all their help!! They were amazing!!!!

Our truck broke down on I40 we called this tow company and Justin was there to tow us off the side of the busy interstate within 20 mins just like he said he would be He also helped us get in touch with another driver that could make an out of state tow He even called later that evening to make sure we made it home safely
