I was on a long road trip when I started getting a worrisome vibration (2017 Outback). Ashley, Doug, and the crew fit me right in without an appointment, identified the problem (a tire belt separated), got it fixed and had me back on the road well inside two hours. All the while they kept me informed about the progress. And when I got back home I even found a tank you card from the shop, which was certainly an unexpected and sweet touch. Definitely recommend this place for service.

Sales team was not pushy at all and I got my vehicle for less than what other dealers were asking. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had financing secured and was on the phone with the sales manager. Then after ai told him I wanted to put a deposit down to secure the purchase they let another couple test drive it and sold it after I had already told them I wanted to purchase the truck. It s not who it s easier to sell it to its who wants it first. Learn how to operate a legitimate business and how to conduct ethically. I took a hard credit hit only to find out they had sold the vehicle and wouldn t return my calls and blocked my texts. Bad business. Would not recommend. Shady City baby.

Anytime my Subi needs oil changes, tires or anything at all, I'll go to Earl Duff in Harriman. Staff is awesome and the service is always great.

We were traveling from NM to PA and our Check Engine light began flashing near Harriman TN. We found Earl Duff Pre-Owned Center on line. Talked to Doug Burgess, the Service Manager. He said he would check it out right away. He and his Service Team, Bill and others diagnosed and corrected the problem and had us on our way in about an hour. Great customer service!! Thanks again, Doug and your Team.

I was extremely pleased with my experience here at Earl Duff!!! All of the staff, especially Todd Fink, went out of their ways to make everyone comfortable and we re extremely understanding. The staff were honest, cooperative and exceeded all of my expectations. They genuinely value their customers needs and help you out in so many more ways than one. If you re looking for a reliable car with reliable salesmen, this is 100% the place to go!!!

Friendly staff and service department. We bought our Subaru Outback used from another dealer. When our window motor went out, Earl Duff was happy to help! Fixed window motor under warranty and changed the oil for free! What a great dealership that doesn t pressure you into anything! Buying our next subie here!

I bought my car here a month of so ago and I m still so happy with my car and the customer service I received.
