I called and spoke to Cody about the services offered and he was very kind and informative. The detailing of my husbands truck was a surprise for him and he was thrilled with the results! He drove it around El Paso, TX prior to getting deployed so there was dust/sand everywhere in the doors and under the hood, but it was cleaned up like new. I was also allowed to drop off and pick up the vehicle after hours which was very helpful to me with my work schedule. I recently used Cool Hand Detailing to apply their basic ceramic coating to my year old but totally unprotected truck finish. Previously, it had no shine and would not bead water at all. Now, the shine is fantastic. There was some standing water on the hood from a recent rain and I bumped the truck. The water ran across the hood, down the fender, and landed on my shoe. The person I dealt with was friendly, explained the product fully, and said they would pick it up and return it to my home. Bottom line, I'm very pleased with the purchase and the person I dealt with. I will also use Cool Hand Detailing again!Service: Car waxing
