been going here many years seen a lot of different faces change but some has stayed the same can't say enough about dm Donnie Morgan. his heart is truly in the zone. Philip fross in commercial is top shelf. knows his stuff and all the delivery drivers are currently the best they have had. great store great prices great people.

Everything you need at a fair price. Friendly, helpful with most items in stock. Items not in stock will be there either later that afternoon or the next evening at the latest.

Great parts store. Helpful and easy to get in and out of. Returns are easy and employees are helpful. People think that all employees should have all the answers. If they did i would question it. Remember to let them do there job and things will end better.

I was on a long trip and the sprung a leak in my power steering tube. They recommended buying a few gallons of power steering fluid. You did not hold very long but it was enough to lubricate the power steering pump so I did not have to get a new one.

The lady at the register was really nice but it was obvious she didn't know any details about anything I was shopping for. I was there to get a brake light and she made me go outside to take a photo of my brake light when I knew it was just one of the regular bulbs. I thought that was a little crazy. But I guess better safe than sorry but I just felt like my experience was a little blah. No one went out of their way to help me...they kind of acted like I was annoying.

Every time I have been in this store I am helped by young people who are so very friendly and smile. That is somewhat scarce these days as young people in service positions all to often seem off put that they are supposed to help the costumer. Whoever does the hiring here does a good job.

10 till closing. Pleasant experience. Found a unique flashlight / headlight and bought a new battery for the challenger. Update ;One year later...battery goes bad.They replaced it quickly and without any problem. Ohh $Free of charge$ Thanks Auto Zone.

AutoZone has knowledgeable people in it the person I had spoken with now that I'm old as dirt in my 40s he was running in his mid-twenties knew just enough but did a great job their prices of course are absurd since Rock Auto eBay etc but just watch the quality of parts you get from eBay especially but even though they were packed or a lot of customers the gentleman helped us out very well and with patience I give them an A plus.

Crooks. Was supposed to refund my core charge and then took a extra 150 out of my bank account and say they have no control . Now they are refusing to return my core charge but offered 144 back. Not to mention the manager is short tempered and punched the computer screen. Real professional. Ill go somewhere else for my parts from now on.

June 28, 2022at 2:15 pm,HORRIBLE Customer experience over the last 3 days (EXCEPT FROM CHRISTIAN last week in a separate $700 transaction WHO GETS 5 STARS) as I bought and then returned unused parts I did not need. When I finally asked politely to be helped by someone other than the rude young lady Alexandra, who mumbled, and I politely mentioned several times she spoke too fast and low for this old veteran with a hearing disability, her discourtesy got worse as did her mumbling. I finally sought help from nearby Jess, who had an attitude even worse. I will share my experience with family and friends who shop there and follow the advice from the male "faceless voice" (who hid in the back, despite my request to reveal himself) who yelled "Advance Auto is right down the street"! Yep, they are. Too many auto parts stores both on the internet and down the street to put up with THE HORRIBLE treatment of old veterans at 604 S Roane Street in Harriman, TN. Thank you, "Faceless voice", for YELLING WHILE HIDDEN that "Advance Auto is just down the street"! Yep, they sure are.

Well my grandpa and my dad always use this store. So I started going there. Very helpful and very nice employees. Never had a problem with them

It's Always a good time at AutoZone, no just joking. the people are nice and always trying their best. They seem way understaff ,so except to wait in line. It's not no fast food restaurant, so don't get all mad about. Cause when they get to you, they we'll help you to the best of their ability.

My wife took a friends Lexis land cruiser for windshield wipers and was very efficient and fast installed and out the door in 10 minutes, thanks Frank you were superb

These guys were very friendly, efficient, and quick to get me checked out.The manager was positive and upbeat as was everyone else in the store. He was quick to change my headlight and made sure to check everything worked before I left. I would definitely recommend autozone in harriman to anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

It was Edwards great I mean they were perfect they waited on me they didn't ask too many stupid questions you know after all I am a female but they were they were really good I liked it I'll go back

I really appreciated the employee who took so much time in the cold to put my headlight in. They are always glad to diagnose cars and lend tools, even if it doesn't lead to a sale. Thank you for keeping my 19 year old car on the road!

Their prices were a lot cheaper than our Advance Auto. A whole lot cheaper and even though it was a drive to pick them up I still came out cheaper. This day in time a person has to do what you have to do to save any kind of money.

They always have what I need and if they dont, they don't hesitate to tell me where to go to get it. A few of the employees could use a little bit of a refresher in friendliness, but they are never rude

I'm currently driving from my home in Nashville to Brooklyn, NY, in my 1950 Chevy Sedan Delivery. Just west of Harriman, I lost brake pressure. I limped the car into the lot at this Auto Zone location, bought some tools, and figured out I had a corroded and ruptured brake line to a year wheel. A couple hours later and I'm on the road again thanks to the Sunday morning crew! One fella by the name of Harley even put my tire back on the car after I had exhausted myself and couldn't pick it up any more.Thank you, Auto Zone crew in Harriman, TN for being super helpful and getting me back on the road with minimal delay!

They were four people behind the counter and only one of the people were waiting on the people in line. The others were on the phone, talking to each other, going outside for a smoke. Not the first time this is happened
