Broke down right off of the interstate and hitched a ride over to this store location, the team couldn t have been more helpful , Gouge and the team 200% wanted to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. There has never been a better place to break down

If you live, work or play in the greater Harriman area and use a vehicle with four wheels to get you from point a to point b the Advance Auto Parts on 27 is your go to one stop shop to keep your buggy in check. The gentleman behind the counter could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were on a long road trip when we determined the rear breaks of our 1976 Scout II were no longer working. Instead of playing Roulette with our fates on the road, we stopped in to get a rear wheel cylinder. We switched it out in the parking lot where Caleb and team provided unique wrench sizes, shop towels and cardboard for the work. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. They had great hours as this also happened Sunday morning at 7 am!Thanks again Advance Auto Parts!

The employees in this location are always helpful. I was looking for a small mirror for my Jeep and the counter help knew just what I needed. And it worked just right. My wife went in there last year with the same results. She needed a new battery for her Jeep and the employee was helpful without trying to push extra items not needed.

These guys are awesome. We were on the road & stopped to get an inverter & noticed our headlights weren't working so we ended up spending the night in their parking lot. Many thanks to Tim & his crew!!!

I'm traveling for work and I had a part come loose on my truck. I came in asking if I could have some help getting it back in place in order for me to make it safely home. Brent was more than happy to, extremely kind, and his service was fast. overall outstanding. Thank you !

The employee totally ignored me and another customer standing at the front counter while he was laughing and talking on the phone, the conversation was clearly not related to his job. He didn't even bother to acknowledge me or the other customer. I walked out and will not go back. Very poor customer service

I do not recommend this place go somewhere else, seems they pick to help. Twice they screwed up and almost leading to my truck being screwed. Definitely not going here again, ever.

I stopped in on the way home still 5 hrs from home and they helped me get all the parts I needed to get back on the road. Outstanding people to work with they made everything extremely easy for me!

Great service! Went above and beyond! I was on a really long road trip and my maintenance required light came on and they helped me determine my oil was low and they helped me refill it! Super fast and I was quickly back on the road!

They were very polite very Speedy service and did me being in a wheelchair I was unable to change my own windshield wiper blades so the gentleman at the other counter came out and did it for me

After standing there 5 min, not because there was a line but because the employees were standing there talking. Someone finally helps me. I get home and surprise it's the wrong part except now my car is all apart and I have to find a way back only to be told they do not have the actual part I need and it will be the next day before I can get the correct part.

I shop here all the time. Good parts at really good prices and friendly people. This time, I went in to return some stuff and it was really easy. I didn't have any issues, and I was in and out in no time. I will be going back whenever I need more parts.

Staff was not interested in helping me. The guy I encountered was kinda smug and neither guy asked if they could help me out. I came with no headlights at 8:15 pm and they locked the store door at 9pm exactly. Still with no headlights so I sat in my car all night because I could not leave and drive. I figured they would at least ask if I needed help with anything, but nope...I see why AUTO ZONE IS THE PREFERRED AUTO STORE IN MY TOWN. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK TO Advance Auto and I will most definitely tell my friends about my experience.

Already helpful and good pricing. I've had better luck here than I have with another chain auto parts store that is close by. The speed perks rewards system is awesome. Will continue to shop here!

I needed to replace the battery in my car remote. The guy had it replaced and ready to go in a minute. Couldn't ask for anything better

Brent went out of his way to take care of my problem. These guys are not only knowledgeable, but go out of their way to take care of you. Won't go anywhere else for parts in Harriman.

Advance Auto parts in Harriman TN, is close to the main Rd. Hey 27. Can easily be seen on the main Rd. They have a large selection of Auto parts and can order almost any part you need. Competitive prices and friendly faces. They also have delivery

Two guys that apparently either didn't care or had less automotive knowledge than my 10 year old daughter working. Neither were in a hurry to help, and after 10 minutes of waiting to be helped with no acknowledgement of my being there, I sat tye items down I had and left.

Employees clearly hate their jobs, very rude and unhelpful, did the bare minimum to get me out of the store and told me they wont replace wiper blades if its drizzling rain. I went to autozone up the road and was treated like a king in comparison.

Absolutely no help. I came here to see about getting help with changing my transmission fluid. Jason said there should be a yellow dipstick somewhere. Well.. ok.. won't be back.

The less you know about vehicles the more qualified you are for a position here. Don t waste your time go elsewhere like I did.
