For being a small town bike shop, Chris has a amazing amount of merchandise. If he doesn't have what you are looking for, he can get it in a couple of days. Prices are comparable to online and in a lot of times are cheaper. Go in and see Chris for all your bike needs, you won't be disappointed.

Wheel Sports/ Chris is very knowledgeable about EBIKES and bicycles; he advised me what the best option was. He assembled the bike without any cost and let me test it and pay through his website on a Saturday afternoon. I was even able to use PAYPAL in monthly installments! What a splendid service!Definitely, I will come back for more accessories and friends that are entering into the Ebike context!

Chris, the owner, is a super nice guy. I took my 30 year old Specialized mountain bike in for new tires, tubes and tune-up and Chris did a great job. I test rode a very nice Salsa Journeyman 700 at the shop and liked it so much I ordered one in my exact size. Wheel Sports is MY local bike shop.

Wheel Sports is a great bike shop. They offer a wide range of bicycles (street, mountain, touring, and comfort), in a price range to fit your wallet. Chris, the owner, is a great mechanic and problem solver. You have a problem,? He can diagnose the problem and get you back on the saddle. As far as bike accessories, he has them at a competitive price.

I was biking through Downtown and my rear tire blew out. Walked into the shop and they had a new set of tubes and tires on my bike in 20 minutes. I noticed they have a huge selection of accessories in inventory. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Below average bikes and poor customer service. I bought a Jamis Trailx A2 from Wheel Sports and the first ride I had on it within 5 minutes the stem twisted and the tire and handlebars were crooked, as though they sold me a bike that wasn't properly put together.THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO BUYERS. After all of this, he would not allow me to return the bike under any circumstance, even though I had the bike for only 2 hours.Buyers beware that the owner is unfriendly, unknowledgeable about any type of bike. You're better off going somewhere that cares about your experience and knows how to help you.

This shop is a joke in several dimensions. Do not do business here. It will be time waisted as he will not fix your bike or even tell you any status while it is in shop. I waited 10 weeks for a common problem. Every time I called the service, It would take the message but never a call back. They will be out of business soon or else they are burning money staying open. Just awful.

In town visiting family and my brakes went out at the top of Hurricane Gap! Chris was a ride and trip saver... Had my XTs up and running again in with a bleed in no time flat, and more importantly was kind to my three year old boy, who was with me when I visited. Knowledgeable and friendly shop. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. And thank you to the kind woman who helped us out, as well.

Loyal bike dealer for those that want service, upgrades and knowledgeable insight. Very friendly and treat you like family. Expanded beyond bikes to other wheeled sports and disc golf. Highly rate for experience. Chris and Mama Louise will be glad to help.

Chris, the owner, is a really nice guy. The store also has a good stock of Disc Golf Discs. If you need discs to to play the new Whirlwind Disc Golf Course here in Greeneville, Chris is your guy!

Great store, great people. Came here looking for a tube which they had. Went home to install and realized I was missing a piece off my bike. Went back and they had that piece too and gave it to me for free. They were super nice and very knowledgable.
