Was quick and easy, much better than I was expecting. They kept me informed about when the service started and how it was progressing. The cost of mounting and balancing the tires was half the cost of local tire shops after doing a bunch of research and I got roadside protection for free as a Walmart plus member which is a $10 value per tire. I would definitely use Walmart auto center again for tires. Another plus was the tires I wanted weren't available at local shops but I was able to get them on Walmart, com not only cheaper, $22 per tire saving me $88, but they were at my door in 3 days!

Spent over $700 on tires installed. 3 hours later drivers rear went flat, they had messed up the valve stem. Thirty minutes after putting spare on and getting ten miles up the road the front drivers tire blew due to improperly installed valve stem. Greeneville answer to this, sorry man. So $700 for tires, $125 tow bill...... Ya run run run away from thereService: Tires

I appreciate Dwayne and all the help from the guys at Greeneville Auto Center. I came with a flat tire after work with nowhere else to go. I had to fill up the tire and then drive an hour to get there to have it fixed. When I got there, they told me they were booked until closing and wouldn't be able to get to me. I told them I had nowhere else to go, and they were unbelievably kind and helpful. I waited until closing time, hoping they would be able to fit me in. When he saw me waiting, Dwayne called me over and said he would help me. They chose to stay after closing to make sure I didn't have to drive back home on a flat tire. I so appreciate their help and wanted to give a shout out to Dwayne and his team for the exceptional service!

Short backstory: I had JUST had a tire tear and deflate quite a bit, which I realized as I walked out of Southern Craft. Walmart is only about a mile away, so I thought I could slowly jot down to Walmart and get it sorted it. I should ve known better, but it was after 5, so no other place was open. I pulled up right before 5:30. It s important to note that they close at 7pm, there was no one else waiting, and my right front tire was obviously flat. When the kid (seriously, this guy couldn t have been more than 19, finally came out, he just looked at me and said, We re not taking any more today. and walked away. Like, really??? He didn t even ask what I needed, or even greet me! Worst case scenario, they would ve made a few bucks putting my spare on or even more money selling me an overpriced tire! I m sure he doesn t care, nor does the manager, because it s not their money. Anyone with a touch of compassion would ve at least asked what I needed help with before turning me away an hour and a half before they close! I make it a point to never go to Walmart unless I have to anyway, but I will damn sure never go there again. Not that they care, like I said. But fair warning to anyone else in need: They could not care less.

I was in the auto service center for new tires. All that was good. What was not great was the fact that almost every isle I went do e I had to find my way through a maze of pallets. No matter the department, there were pallets of truck. When I worked in retail as.part of the stocking crew we had to have all pallets oof the sales floor by the time we opened for business.I think you should strive for that again.

I drove 45 miles round trip, showed up at 5:45 to purchase a car battery and auto center was closed. It says open until 7. Is anyone going to reimburse me for gas and time?

It never fails that every time I go there I have problems. I brought my own tire to be changed and there wasn t many people there. But it took 3 hours for 1 tire! Every time I go there they are slow getting you checked in. Other Walmart s are so much faster and more sufficient. If you come here for anything expect to wait 2-5 hours!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

The worst experience! Yesterday my husband and I had to have a tire replaced on our car. When we got there it took about 20 min just for them to get 3 other cars in the system and parked so they could be worked on. So after waiting for that they finally get our car so we go wonder around the store to wait. We were there for 2 and a half hours! Nobody ever called for us to come get our car so we go back there and see our car sitting in the parking lot finished. Sooo we go get in line to pay. We get up there and see our paperwork and our car had been finished 45 min to an hour after we dropped it off and nobody ever called us to let us know it was done. Completely ridiculous! Plus the worst of all, when we got out to the car all doors were unlocked. They really need to get some people back there that can do their job efficiently.

Rude tried to charge me for a battery I was trying to return , then gave a diagnosis of my vehicle without even looking at it ,the problem was the battery would not charge on my 2005 vehicle it has a good alternator it has 14 to 13.5 volts when running. It is a agm battery less than one year old ,was not trying to get money back, just wanted to exchange it for a cheaper wet battery which was cheaper, didn't want anything else they said they had to put on their charger, it could take 3 minutes or hours they would call,me phone has not rung yet. Luckily a women behind me who unfortunately had witnessed what happened told me to get my recite off the counter I almost left it there she could see the incorrect way to handle a loyal customer, It depends what they do next I may take them to small claims court over this. I would recommend to avoid the auto center here, Till management does some correction there I am not the only person with a complaint about their abilities and total lack of customer tack .

great tire price until ...they will charge $22 per tire to mount and balance, plus taxes, plus tire disposal fees...then (with an 8 bay shop) they let you know it will be at least 2 1/2 hours before they can do the job?in other words;a simple job turns into an all day affair and they make up the price of the tire in fees and labor, as well as waste your day.do yourself a favor and go to your local tire dealer and get a better tire for the same amount or lessand keep the better part of your day for something you want to do

I have always gotten my totes for all of my vehicles at Walmart but maybe I should go somewhere else. Come on a Sunday at 5:30pm because I have 2 tires losing air and one of them showing metal and they re closing time online says 7pm so I get here at 5:30pm and they say that the lady that writes up my purchase already left and they re closing up because they close at 6pm and can t help me. Hope I make it home then be able to make it to work in the morning and be able to go somewhere else on my lunch break.

I think they're not doing what they say on paper. Just marking everything ok and it's not. My headlight was out but they marked everything was good.

Backed up appointments and staff had no desire to try to give me a future one. Offered to wait or return but not a care given. Waited a good amount of time before discovering this too, so inconvenient for sure...

It was a joke. As usual. Went there to get oil changed, and when I was paying they made me sign a piece of paper saying my oil was low, but they didn't change it cause they couldn't read oil level cause dipsticktube has come out of oil pan. Really? How did they know it was low then? But they still sold me a battery even though mine tested good. And then charged me a core charge. Amazing

I needed some help with my battery. A technician who said his name was Tony Bacon was more than willing to help me check my battery. He discovered that my battery was a little low on water. He filled it up and I've not had any trouble since. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

We went on a Sunday evening; apparently the busiest time to utilize the auto center, and was told the wait would be about an hour. My husband went inside to ask how much the service we needed done would be and was told only $3.00. We needed a valve stem replaced on a tire we'd gotten put on late Saturday before the used tire store closed on my way to get my sick son to the ER. By the time we'd gotten to the ER the tire was flat. I spent another $1.75 getting air to get home that evening and the next day to drive to Wal-Mart to get the valve stem replaced. When I was called up to get my vehicle I was charged another $15.00 for servicing a drive in flat tire. My tire wasn't flat when I pulled up in my car and was drivable to the bay to be fixed, a manager (whose name I didn't get) was able to get the extra $15.00 charge taken off. Thank God because I would've never used Wal-Mart service center again otherwise. I still am a little flabbergasted that I was almost charged $18.00 for something the tire shop would've and should've done when the tire was first replaced for free. In fact one needed replaced on a tire I'd gotten at Guaranteed Tires and it was done for free.

Just needing an oil change for a second time they have up charged me 15$ for a filter because seemingly every-time the female 18 year old college student drops of her v6 camaro with a standard oil filter like everyone other standard American built car, they run out of them...It honestly makes me laugh how they go above and beyond to get the extra buck out of my pocket. ABSOLUTELY will never take my car back to the greenvillians. And the manager wouldn t even accommodate to charge for a normal priced because THEY RAN OUT. Awful awful awful.

I bought tires there after the front end had been fixed and aligned mechanic friend. After 4 weeks the front tires were already showing the steel radial. They refused to replace the tires under warranty unless I purchased the road hazard fee. I was in a bind so I bought the road hazard fee and they agreed to replace the tires. Four weeks later the replacement tires were showing the same wear. They refused to replace the tires and I have to get new ones somewhere else. Cheap tires and unethical employees.

My experience with me so mad I could spit nails! My 64 year old mother went to buy a battery for her van. I went with her. The man who helped her with so rude and disrespectful to her. I don't know if it was her age or because she's a woman. My mother wouldn't let me say anything to the man but I wanted to so bad. We ended up not getting a battery because the man told her they did not make a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country and because of this he couldn't sell her a battery. He told her this is Walmart's policy. Well if this is how your people are going to treat older adults you should be ashamed. That's okay because AutoZone was glad to help my mother and she got her new battery. The man who put the new battery on was very respectful to her and very helpful. Unlike you're rude employees who refused to sell her a battery. It will be AutoZone for us from now on

Beware!!!Don't come here for oil change! I marked my oil filter before I took it there and wouldn't you know it never got changed and it says on my receipt I was a quart low. So they basically charged me $37.76 for 1 quart of oil.
