Complete lack of human kindness.Disclaimer: Not a customer.Pulled in to see if I could borrow a jack to change a tire. Denied due to insurance. Absolutely understandable.Woman behind the counter: "You don't have 10 min so I can have one of my guys do it? I'll only charge you $10"2 things:1)Time yes money no. Spent the last of my money for the tire!2)$10 for what would have taken maybe 5 minutes?!I'm no math wizard but that's $2 a minute. $120 an hour! Uh, no thanks.Side Note: O.S.H.A. would love to see "your guy" that I saw changing tires in the shorts loose T-shirt and sneakers. No gloves,no safety glasses, no safety shoes.

The guys at Rusty's are awesome! I live over 600 miles away and my car broke down. They stayed late to diagnose the issue and replaced the broken spark plug for me. The car is running fine now and I will be able to make it back home. I am absolutely impressed with the professionalism and service! Thank you so much for making sure I can get home safely!!!

My experience at Rusty s Tire and alignment was great. Friendly mechanics, quick service and a super deal on two trailer tires. I was in a time crunch to travel the 300 miles home and they worked me in to their busy schedule. I was back on the road within 20 mins. Thank you!!

Rusty's Tire really helped us last Thanksgiving when we had a blowout on two tires on our SUV. Lynn Hope Towing helped to get the vehicle to them and Rusty gave us a great price on replacement tires which were hard to find in my vehicles size and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Astounding service and highly recommended! Thank you again to the team at Rusty's!

Would give zero if I could! My son took his truck in to be aligned the tech said our mechanic had put ball joints in wrong. They were adjustable. The tech said he couldn t get it aligned because of the ball joint being in wrong and said it wasn t adjustable. I talked with my mechanic who explained how to adjust the ball joint to me. I went back and had to explained to the tech how to adjust the ball joint. My son was then charged for the adjustment to the ball joint when that should have been part of the alignment to begin with. Not a very honest or reputable business when you take advantage of a kid. Wouldn t recommend using them unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Great service. In about an hour my 4 tires were mounted and balanced and I was on my way at the quoted price. I am very pleased and will not hesitate to use Rusty's in the future.

I took my car in to have oil changed and tires rotated. They found that I had a tie rod about to throw. They replaced that, did an alignment and the stuff I originally went in for and had me done within an hour and a half (granted I did have an appointment for the oil change). What's more is the guys were nice and their prices were far better than any other mechanic I've been to. Definitely a loyal customer now!

Customer for 11 years, but no more. Went in for tire rotation and was told I needed new tires since they were 4 1/2 years old. My husband checked the wear indicators and found 1/8" of wear left so they are good with only 31,000 miles on a tire with a warranty of 65,000. Tires have been rotated with every oil change at 5,000 miles though not always at Rusty's so no record of that.Next was warned about "old" tires dry rotting. It's a garage kept vehicle with no dry rot.Next was told, "there are wires showing". Looked again and found even wear on all tires with no wires showing. Was then told, "well they will be".Next was told, "if you do rotate them, it will need an alignment". We didn't even bother telling them it just had an alignment 6 months ago since the trust was broken and it was clear they were bent on upselling unnecessary tires or service.We were satisfied customers for a long time, but something has changed. So sorry to see that!

Went in today to buy 4 new tires for mitzi's car, lady says after they fix a trailer tire I was next. Says you can wait in the waiting room. 50 minutes later looks at me and says we don't have your tires in stock.

There should be a 5 star plus button! I stopped by Rusty's tire and alignment first thing this morning because my car had a bad oil leak. We were in and out within 2 hours! I thought for sure they would have to keep my car overnight since I didn't have an appointment. These folks are amazing and great prices! I will highly recommend to anyone who ask. Thank you all so much!

My family and i were in town dropping my daughter off at school. My car broke down and as you can imagine we were at our wits end trying to find a mechanic. Daniel and the crew worked us in and fixed my car. Im grateful for the hospitality and fast service. They were friendly, professional, excellent mechanics. If you need a lreliable mechanic, i recommend Rustys.

Took my 2015 Trax in for suspected brake issue. These guys had 3 different people either drive it or check out the brakes. I find this amazing, very thorough bunch of guys! When I picked it up, John explained what he suspected and it made perfect sense to me. I was unaware that my car did exactly what it should! Telling me to slow down on curvy tight turns! Thanks for the education John! You are a credit to Rusty s!!!!

Brought a truck in and I was told it was take an hour or less 1.5 hours later they said well we couldn't even break the bolts loose and still charged 75$ for doing nothing it's a pathetic places who's only concern is swindling money from people

Had my tires ordered and in by the next day. They had me scheduled and done within the hour great service. I did find a tire in the bed of my truck that I paid a disposal on. Problem was resolved quickly and would not hesitate to go back. Great doing business with honost people.

Rusty's is quite the tire shop and service center. They were the only ones in my town of Greenville Tennessee that could repair my air condition to my work truck in a timely fashion and it did not break the bank. Their staff was very knowledgeable polite and courteous I would highly recommend using their services

So impressed with the honesty and integrity of the people working here. They really try to help the customer out. If they think you need to go somewhere else for a specialty repair they will tell you. They have done repairs on all three of our cars. They have stood behind their work and have done a great job. Our family trusts the work they do.

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this place. The people were really nice but they either didn't do what they said they would do or they didn't catch it. My son hit a patch of ice, hit the ditch and popped both his passenger side tires. We called a tow and they suggested we take it to Rusty's. We talked to them on Monday, since it was on the weekend when he had his accident, and they were going to put tires on his truck and look up underneath it to make sure nothing was messed up. We go to pick it up on Wednesday and they put new tires on it and set everything was fine. My son drives it home and he's not 10 miles down the road when he realizes something is wrong. We get it back to Kingsport and take it to Goodyear in Kingsport, and they find that he's bent the u-joint , the brakes are tore up because one of the pads may have come out when he had the wreck, and the springs are bent. It was very unsafe for my son to be driving this all the way from Greenville to Kingsport and very disappointed that they didn't tell us this or that they were just unable to catch it. Now this is an older truck, so I get it, it's going to have a lot of problems. But the point is they were supposed to look up underneath it and make sure it was okay, and they didn't.

Friendly & Fast. They've always gotten me in at the last minute. I tried 4 separate times to have a tire changed at a different shop, and I dont know why I didnt just call Rusty's first. Lesson learned. This crew has been great to me both times that I've needed a last minute tire change. Next time, they're going to be the first folks I call.

Their automotive repairs surpasses expectations and provides satisfying experiences seldom observed from other automotive repair centers, inclusive auto dealers repairs center. My motto, " got a car problem? See the experts at Rusty's Tire and don't go to other places, othetwise you will be sorry!"

I have never had a problem getting my tires changed, patched, plugged, or rotated when I use Rusty's. Often I stop by with no appointment because of some unforseen incident leaving me with a deflated or flat tire. They have never had a problem getting my car worked on with very little delay and always give me all of my options before they start fixing anything.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here ever they have a long history of dishonest business. First off a couple of years ago they left parts loose on my dad's car and around the same time did crappy work on my neighbors car as well and refused to fix their mistakes or give a refund. Then this past week I made the mistake of giving them another chance, thinking that maybe they just had a couple bad employees and since it had been a couple years surely they would have sorted out any employees providing bad service by now. Also their prices were the most reasonable out of the other places in town but I definitely just learned my lesson on you get what you pay for. The lower prices in no way at all compensate for the crappy work they will do on your vehicle. This time they broke two wheel studs off and left other lug nuts loose. Completely unprofessional and completely unsafe to give someone their vehicle back with half finished work smh never again.
