So, I don t do reviews often. For me to leave a review the experience has to be either exceptional or terrible. To say RG Diesel is exceptional is almost not sufficient! During my first visit for my 2015 GMC 3500 it was pretty routine. Change some steering components, new ball joints, transmission service, brakes, etc. When I came to pick up the truck my final price was about $1000 LESS than initially quoted. Plus they gave a First Responder/Military discount. Needless to say I was pleased with their work as well as how nice the entire staff is. My second trip today was anything less than routine as my truck had to be towed to their shop . At 3pm they had my truck in the shop and by 3:30 the truck was diagnosed, running and I was on my way. All for the low cost of FREE! Now to be honest, I do have to return for a permanent fix but the temporary fix wasn t just plugging into my OBD port and clearing some random code. There was some minor mechanical work as well. If you are in need of diesel mechanic work and you are reading through reviews trying to decide where you should go and not get taken by shady business practices, stop reading and just go to RG Diesel. They are the only ones who will ever work on my truck here in Greeneville!

One of the best repair/performance shops I have ever used. These people take their work seriously and also do it at a fair price. I would recommend anyone reach out to them for all automotive needs!

I took my 2009 F250 to RG for some preventative maintenance and other repairs, that quickly evolved into a much larger issue to no fault of theirs. I ve had bad experiences with area shops in the past, and was extremely apprehensive to have an unfamiliar shop working on my truck. RG was very fair with pricing and transparent during the entire process, even meeting me on site on a Saturday to explain the issue they found one on one. They remained in communication from start to finish and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. Satisfied with the quality of their repair work as well. Will definitely be using them for any of my future truck repair needs.

No nonsense experts in all things diesel.Was recommended to go here for all my Duramax repairs and upgrades and while not cheap, they're the best in the area and shoot straight.If that ever changes I'll update this review but if you see it as 5 stars then it's still the best place to go.

We would 100% recommended this business! We are from Pennsylvania and we were driving home from Nashville when the hub assembly on my boyfriends truck crapped out. We called them from the side of the interstate on a Friday afternoon and asked if there was anyway they could fit us in that day. They did not hesitate, the lady I spoke with on the phone took all of our information and got the part ordered so that when the tow truck dropped off the truck they would have the part and could get it right in! They had us in and out of the shop in less than an hour and a half! On top of that the tow company had dropped us off down the road so we could get lunch while we were waiting and when the truck was done the shop sent one of their mechanics to come pick us up! This company goes above and beyond! We could not be more thankful for them and we wish that there was a better way for us to show our appreciation! So thank you so much RG diesel for everything you did for us! We are so thankful!

So glad I have found an honest diesel shop that knows what they are doing! Megan called and never gave up to find a computer for my 2500. They spend weeks many tireless hours fixing the damage from another local mechanic. This shop also has a warranty on parts and labor for 2 years yes 2 years parts and labor you read that right! I can t say that about any other mechanic shop! You guys are truly amazing! You have a customer for life! I can t thank you enough!

Great ownership and team at RG. Always took care of my needs in an honest and expedited fashion. I like other shops, they have ALWAYS stood by their work with a no questions attitude.If your looking for a deisel shop and maybe a little more this is the place!Thank you Meghan, Justin, Rob & team for everything you have done for me!

I would say RG is the top auto/diesel repair shop in the area! They care about their customers and they have competitive prices. I highly recommend RG for repairs on any of your vehicles!!

I will not take our truck anywhere anywhere else. I drive 2 hours to get to this shop and I promise it is worth the drive these guys are awesome! They stand behind their work and make things right if not!! I will def recommend to anyone!! Thank you RG Diesel!!

Meghan and crew was super friendly, Very knowledgeable and have very competitive prices. Honest and up front and will inform you of any changes or major issues. I would Highly recommend giving them a call.

Hands down the only diesel shop I would go to. Super friendly people from the front desk and the techs walk you threw step by step of what they do there. Wouldn't go any where else but RG diesel! Awesome work that you guys do!
