These guys are EXCELLENT!!! They were quick and thorough and every one of them was happy to help with my oil change. They (Nick and the whole team today) were all very friendly and excited about helping me and each customer I saw there. I am so happy to have become a new customer of these fabulous people. I intend to refer everyone I can to them. They did an amazing job and delivered the best customer service I have experienced in years! Thank you, Quick Lube of Greeneville! You are wonderful!

They preformed complete service on our vehicle and done an excellent job plus we bought wiper blades there and they installed them.

I would STRONGLY advise you not to take your vehicle here for an oil change. They overfilled the oil in my grandfather's truck by almost a quart and a half. They also overfilled the transmission fluid. The oil drain plug was so tight that when I went to drain the oil out of the truck I had to use a mid torque impact wrench to get it off. The people working here are incompetent. Since the oil was overfilled by so much all of the seals/gaskets look like they're leaking. Stay far away from this place unless you want the same thing to happen to your vehicle.

I am wanting to know how they are on oil change prices. I've been there before awhile back for something else and I'm wanting to know about oil changes.I got my oil change here and they're by far the best I've been too. They are really nice and are clean. They wipe down the vehicle after they get done. I will reccomend these guys and I will return for service.

I have used them in the past and had no issues. Went to have my oil changed on 8/12 for my 2004 Tundra @ at a cost of $73. I Got home and oil had spilled all over the skid plate from the filter removal. I had to take the skid plate off and clean it. Noticed oil drip from the filter it was loose. I tightened it and could never stop it from leaking. After driving only 100 miles I started noticing a weird miss un the engine. Checked the oil level it was over filled by about a quart. So I went and bought a new filter and oil on 8/15 @ cost if $55. I changed the oil filter and oil noticed that the oil looked like coffee and I removed 8 quarts from the engine and the fill capacity is 6.6 quarts. Based on the color of the oil after 100 miles and the amount that I drained. My conclusion is they didn't allow all the old oil to completely drain out of the engine before putting new 6.6 quarts back into the engine. After I got the correct amount of oil and new filter installed the weird engine miss is gone and the oil filter leak is also gone.. I will never go back there again. I have driven my truck for 17 years and I knew something wasnt right. I glad I listened to my gut and checked the oil level and changed it after 100 miles. Probably saved my engine from failure.Service: Oil change

Didn't actually go here called for a price check on an oil change got transferred to 3 different people finally got an answer. Valvoline was 20 dollars cheaper for full service so I went there. Valvoline really took good care of me very professional place.

I have home here for a long time always had good service until today they waited on the car behind me instead of me then the other bay was full of people just hanging out like a good ole boy shop so today sadly was my last day now at greeneville tire and who was glad to get the business

They left my oil cap off and oil went all over my hood and engine. I had to take my car back and they had to clean the oil cap and hood of my car. The smell was horrible.
