The staff was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had me out the door with what I needed, at a reasonable price, within a few minutes.

Napa has always been my third choice for auto parts throughout the years, that is up until yesterday. The others couldn't get my parts in til tomorrow. So I checked Napa out. A worker by the name of Kenny went far above and beyond his call to see to it I was totally satisfied with everything I had gotten. It was quite possibly the most perfect visit I could have asked for. Thanks Kenny! And thanks Napa!

Very helpful and friendly people. Impressed with there knowledge. Didn't have what I needed at the time but gave me the part number and was able to find elsewhere. Weren't concerned with making a sale just to get me going ASAP. Great place will be back again.

The alternator was going out on out on our Jeep but luckily we made it to Napa. The guys there were so helpful and although the alternator was smoking and ready to actually start a fire, Derek and Phil helped us to remove the old one and replace it with a new one. They went above and beyond what was required of them and we wouldn t have made it home without them. I can t say enough positive things about this lot and these guys.

This auto parts store as a kid I grew up visiting the local NAPA store in my home town always friendly staff and remembering back we always perchest something even if thay had to order what we wanted. If I need a auto part, tool ,are advise thay have always had are ordered what I needed and fulfilled on are before time given , also most say if thay can are, do not have what I was looking for thay would tell me who I could go to too full fill my needs. I've been in there stores from coast of mertal beach SC, to salt lake city working on the road Heating AC & Refregaration I've had emergency s been broken down, projects I've worked on rebuilding amercon muscle cars of choce NAPA has always answered and pulled me threw some thought times, Thank all of you who work and support Napa auto parts!!! I give creadt where it's due and Suger coat nothing and this is my personal oppenyon. Hop it helps you in making your decision but remember please ask them questions of any thing you would like to now before , duren, are after ordering or/and purchosen.... Once AGEN.. THANKS TO ALL NAPA AUOT PARS WORKERS FOR YOUR HARD WORK .

A little pricey but I think that allows them to carry a larger inventory. Their clearance table is worth going in for.

I honestly don't know how they stay in business. They never have anything I have went in for i hate advance and I still go there before I go here.

I had went to auto zone and advanced auto neither place had people who knew anything about working on cars are what the parts I needed.but the napa guy knew exactly what I needed in and out only took like 3mins

Prices are a little expensive. They usually have parts in stock that other places don't and the service is pretty good.

NAPA priced the trans filter at $53.00 vs ORielles pice of 23.00. Same filter more than double price. Makes NO SENSE
