*FANTASTIC* I searched for a new dual sport motorcycle for months, went to different places and just did NOT get any help with an appraisal on my trade in. Everyone said they would call me back and I never received a call. I was referred to mountain motorsports by a close friend. And apon arrival, the atmosphere was amazing and I got an appraisal on my trade nearly instantly. These guys know their products and how to treat people like family. Yall go see "Bronson Carter" hes the man. He made it the easiest buying experience I've ever had. 10 outta 10. I WIll ONLY be doing business here from now on. I went with the 2023 suzuki V-Strom800DE and I'm EXTREMLY satisfied.

Bought a pre-owned ninja 650 a couple months ago. The sales guy Bronson made the test ride and the buying process very easy and without hassle. And the financial guy worked hard with the bank to make sure I could take the bike home that day. My bike was clearly serviced well before I bought it. Much thanks to everyone at this location!

I bought a used quad from Bronson he made the buying process super easy with no hassling. They stayed true to their word and held the 4wheeler for me for 4 days till I could pick it up and got me the deal I was wanting, would recommend this dealer to anyone!

Bought a used Harley Road Glide from this store - I had been searching for quite some time and these guys beat out the local Tri-Cities HD dealerships by a long shot. Kinda wish they outfitted the bike with a new set of tires as the ones on the bike were about 5 years old, but I'll blame that on me for not making a bigger deal about it during negotiations.I even had to register the vehicle in a different state (Florida) and they worked with me on getting it figured out.Sales experience was good (shout out to Josh) - they even have a Harley tech on staff that knows his stuff and was able to clarify quite a few things on the bike. The test ride experience was good as well, I didn't have to follow some pre-determined loop which was nice.The bike is currently in the service department for some routine maintenance, so I can't comment just yet about that, but Mike seems like a good dude and won't do me wrong!If I need a side by side or a metric bike sometime in the future I'll be working with these guys again.

I bought a new Sur Ron X LightBee from Josh in sales. I had been texting another guy in sales about the Sur Ron prior to purchasing. Great price and sales experience.Hayden and Bronson helped me assemble a trailer hitch rack and get loaded up after hours.Would definitely recommend these guys!

The best service department! After you buy your Side by Side just know they have a great team in the service department. The service manager Michael Grove has been great at answering and addressing any issues I have.

Our salesman was Bronson Carter, and he was awesome! We live about an hour and 45 mins from their store and he was able to go over all the bikes I was interested in over the phone. Was very good with communication! He had our bike ready and serviced when we picked it up Saturday! Highly recommend him!

Stopped in to get my 2014 Polaris Ranger serviced as it was making a new noise. The service department was fast and quoted me a fair price on get it repaired. Decided to talk with my friend Bronson Carter to see what the trade in value was on my 10 year old rig being we were already in the showroom.. Not only did they give me double what I thought it was worth but they had our new rig ready and waiting when we came back the next morning. I highly recommend dealing with Bronson Carter and the rest of the staff here at MMS in Greeneville if youre shopping around. You cant go wrong dealing with these guys.

Bought my 2024 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT 1000LE here. They had the best price by far in my area. Everyone I met during the process was first rate, sales, parts and business office. No pressure, honest answers, helped every way they could. Josh Nicholson was my sales contact and steered me right towards what I needed. Picked up some accessories and got what I needed without any upselling. Just an overall great experience.

We purchased this 2024 Polaris RZR just recently and were extremely pleased with the sales experience and customer service we received at Mountain Motorsports Greeneville. Our salesman, Jolin, was fantastic to work with on this purchase. Very personable to talk with and very knowledgeable about the RZR (and I am sure all other inventory as well). We were very impressed at the amount of time he spent with us showing us the side x side and all the many features of the RZR Ultimate package. Kyle was incredibly helpful and patient while me and my husband decided which toy we wanted. We had such a great experience buying my husband s Can-Am Spyder, there was no question that we would be back to see Kyle when it was time to buy mine. Recently bought a Kawasaki mule from our salesman Josh. We had already done the research to know which side by side we wanted so that made it easier with the sales process. However, even when we stepped into the building we weren t bombarded with sales tactics. Josh showed us the vehicle, answered a few of our questions, introduced us to parts and services. He brought a few sales options but wasn t pushy which was nice. Even dealing with financial process was easy. We did have questions about the final numbers on the paperwork which was explained and everything was kosher. It was nice not to have the run around, or pushy sales men that we ve run into when purchasing vehicles. We just received a follow up call from our salesman checking on us and the UTV to make sure everything was going well.We appreciate Josh and his help. I recommend working with him for your purchase.

Great customer service. Salesman Sam Ward has to be one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I wanted a can am that was so new there wasn t one in the area, so Sam himself drove to Georgia to pick up the only one we could find from another dealer. That is true customer service and shows how much the Greeneville dealership cares about its customers. Before I went to the Greeneville dealership I wanted to see what the Kodak store offered, and it wasn t such a good experience there with customer service. If you don t see what you want in Greenville then just ask. They will find one and get it there however they have to.

I purchased a new Defender Max Limited from Sam at the Greeneville location and it was a great experience. These models are in high demand and although I had to wait a bit for my machine to come in, Sam was great at keeping me informed and answering all my questions along the way. I drove 5+ hours, one way, from NC to get this one because there is such a shortage. I also commend Mountain Motorsports for not price gouging during this shortage like MANY other places are. I definitely recommend these guys for anyone in the market!!

Had to take my SeaDoo there multiple times for different issues, and Mike in service was super helpful the entire time. The crew was quick to diagnose the issues and get repairs done right away. Mike always kept me in the loop with phone calls and follow up emails, and he was always there for me when I needed anything. He picked up the phone first or second ring and sounded happy to help me! I did paperwork in advance and had an appointment to come in the following day to finish the transaction. Had a text conversation with the salesman prior to arrival to be sure we could get the deal done and get out in a timely manner, and I asked him if we are still good for the specified appointment time and he said yes. After arriving, he proceeded to make us wait for HOURS while his attention went to anyone and everyone except for us, and never once even acknowledged that we had an appointed time in the first place. It appeared very much as if we kept getting shuffled to the "back of the line" every time someone was interested in more expensive products than ours. We had to wait it out because the machines we wanted to buy were not available elsewhere at the time, but if there had been another option I certainly would not have purchased them here. It was my one and only time doing business here. Never again.

We had a great experience working with Sam at Mountain Motorsports in Greeneville. Sam is extremely knowledgeable on the various makes and models and is very personable and easy to work with!We were looking for a UTV in a specific price range and Sam pointed us to the perfect model for us! He explained the features of the various UTVs we looked at so we could make the right decision on which one to buy. He took us through the warranty and service plans available, walked us through the service schedule, and showed us all of the UTV s features again when it was delivered. All in all, it was a great experience!Thanks so much Sam!

Had a great experience with Bronson and all the staff. Bronson was able to answer all my questions and was there to help me make a decision that was best for me and my needs and didn t try to push me into a machine that was nowhere near what I needed. I would definitely recommend going to see their team if in the market for a side by side
