This facility is now under new management. The new management has upped the rent; charged us for insurance when our file clearly showed we already had insurance; started charging ridiculous fees for payments, management, carbon, & facility just to pad the bill. There are better places to store your stuff. Don't give these people your money.

The nice man I spoke with made my move in process so easy. Happy with unit i rented and the security of the facility. Everything is clean, and everything works. Happy they offered insurance and locks as well. I feel my belongings are safe here.UPDATEOne year later...i moved my things out of storage and everything was in the same shape I left it in! No bugs, easy access, no water issues, friendly staff. If you need storage, this is a great place!

I stored my belongings for 9 months in climate control. I didn't have time to check in on my unit like I would have preferred, but when I went to empty it everything was just as I left it. Perfect condition! Definitely recommend. They always answer the phone and are very helpful.

I needed a storage shed at 10pm on a Sunday night. I called, they answered, set me up right away and were very nice about it. the shed was dry, clean and safe and they have been the easiest, most pleasant storage company I have every dealt with. If I need them again I will use them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a mistake. I've set up auto pay three times in the two years I have been a customer. It never works...they love late fees...and don't expect any respect when you call. They'll play the "there's nothing I can do,"card. Everytime. Unless you personally know the owner, I'd go elsewhere.

Very nice folks. We stored some of our belongings in the Greeneville facility while we rented a small house and looked for a home to buy. There were no climate-controlled containers available at the time, so we rented a 10' by 15' and never had any problems. The Greeneville facility is 'unmanned' but there is a kiosk there and security cameras. I would definitely recommend this facility. It is clean, secure and the folks in charge could not be any nicer or more helpful.

I rented a unit for the summer and returned to find horrible water, heat, and mold damage to many of my items. The storage unit was also crawling with cockroaches (which I understand can't be completely controlled, but some sort of repellent would be appreciated). I will definitely not be returning to this company.

I have used the storage facility twice. Both times have been very positive. The place is clean and well lit. I love the 24hr. access. If I need storage in the future I will be going to 24 hr. storage. Thank guys!!!

Newer, well kept, clean facility, gates security doors and units functioned with no problems, interacted with the company several times by phone, found them to be friendly and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Facility was up kept well. But I had multiple issues with my gate number changing without me doing it. In my time with them they raised rates twice (had the unit for around 3 years) and my last letter informed me that I needed insurance on the belongings inside the unit.

I used the Greeneville facility for about a year and a half and never had any problems. Customer service was always nice and even called to let me know that I had forgotten to lock my unit once.

Place is clean easy to get to. Had no problems with the storage unit or the people who runs it. I would go back there when I need a storage unit again
