Do not buy a car here they say they are about good running cars thats a lie bought one and u drive it shimmy like crazy they use that shop beaise them to say nothing wrong qith car so they dont have to fix it crooka at gateway

My wife and I had a great experience with Gateway Auto Center. We had been looking for a older truck with lower mileage, and thanks to Craig, he was able to locate us one, which we felt was a really nice truck and a good deal. Thanks Craig and Larry too, for being pet friendly when our black lab, Sam visited! It was really nice to meet you folks!

Great dealership!! Great salesmen and saleswomen!! I recently purchased a truck from them. Glenn and Charlotte was amazing and helpful. During the test drive the check engine light came on and they instantly had it fixed for me I will definitely buy another car from them.

It s nice to not be pressured to buy a certain vehicle when you arrive to a car lot. Just the right amount of assistance to make a comfortable car buying experience when you shop at Gateway auto. Friendly people who care about what you want, and help you get it. Miss Charlotte is one of the most caring and hard workers that are there. She helped me be able to get my first car. She had faith in me leaving with a vehicle, even when I didn't. I'm so happy she was there for me!

Gateway Used Auto Center is an amazing place to shop for used cars. They want to keep car buying within our community and does whatever it takes to get you in a nice, reliable used car. If you need assistance ask for Brook Ricker. She is honest, knowledgeable, and cares about her customers! No haggling, No lies. Will definitely use Brook and Gateway for future car purchases.

Giving 4 stars because of Craig. He was very friendly and helpful in helping a friend find a vehicles. I'd give 5 if it hadn't been for the grouchy older man.

Manager was dismissive on an overpriced 18 year old car. Fair market value with EVERY facet of the car under consideration was 3,000 less than asking price. He wasn't even willing to entertain a negotiation and Ibwas talking cash- no payments. I recommend taking your business elsewhere- he said, "that's just the way the model is set up here". Poor business model indeed!

I think they have good vehicles, but I personally hate it when your actually interested in a vehicle and they look at you like your poor when you ask to test drive something. Yeah I guess I am poor but I could put the money together to come up with a down payment and set up monthly payments, which is what they want more than anything im sure, because you pay them more in interest and if you stop paying they get the vehicle back and can sale it again. Good vehicles tho. Some are pricey imo though

I went to gateway in Greeneville looking for a good used car. I must say that the salesman, whose name is Sawyer was so polite and helpful. He answered all my questions. I will definitely ask for him when i go back to purchase my car. Thank u.

Very good experience. Was in and out within a couple hours, got a reasonable payment plan on a very nice ford expedition. Will definitely come back when I need another vehicle.

Used Pre-owned vehicles. Vehicles are home thru service for safety and maintenance that may need done to the vehicle.Very friendly staffThey offer BHPH and Retail Bank Finance.

I think it is the best place to purchase a vehicle. My daughter and I have purchased at least 3 from them.. they are very helpful.
