I highly recommend Double D Tire. I started taking my vehicles to them 6 years ago beginning with my Tahoe to my Jeep Cherokee and now my GMC these guys are amazing and have always been so kind as well honest about what needs to be done OR NOT DONE on any vehicle! I have exclusively used Double D Tire for the last 30 years. The best tire service center in the geological area (southeastern US) without a doubt. I have driven from FL and LA to do business with DD Tire.Any service work that you need on your vehicles tires, suspension, brakes, etc. this is where you need to go! Every customer is truly and genuinely appreciated every time!From the price, the service, the convenience, the owners, the technicians, and especially the way you are taken care of after purchase! I ll never use any other as long as DD Tire is available.

I had a great experience at Double D tire, and they fixed my truck in a timely manner. They had repaired my shocks and struts. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely can recommend this place to go for future auto repair.

I was on my way to sit with my 93 year old mother. My low tire light came on. I stopped my car and checked my tires. . Sure enough, I had a low tire and it was hissing. I stopped by DD tires. They took care of my issue, in less than a hour I was on my way. Very responsible price.

This is my go-to place for any of my tire needs. I just walked in this morning and told them that I needed 2 new tires for my car. I had brought a coffee and a book, expecting to be there for a while. It wasn't even 30 minutes, and they were already finished. It was awesome! Great place. The man who took care of me was so nice and so helpful. I wish that I had gotten his name so that I could give him the praise that he deserves. Thank you for your amazing service!

Double D is the place to be. I just bought my 3rd set of tires from them and nothing but completely satisfied. Excellent customer service and extraordinary employees. Very reasonable and fair pricing excellent products. If you're buying some where else you're making a big mistake .

Very helpful, honest, and kind workers here. This is my preferred tire place since moving to the area. Most of the time, I try to get used tires from here, as that's more within my budget, but if buying new, know you get free rotations, and free repair or replacement if needed. They also carry interstate batteries for a fair price. Alignments are by appt only and rotations are first come first serve but they are quick and good at what they do. I've moved a ways away but that are worth the trip to know what I get done on my vehicle is done right. I highly recommend this place.

When I need a set of new tires for any of my vehicles, I always go to Double D to purchase them. They always take professional care of your cars and you can trust the information they provide. They also provide good customer service even after the sale. Best tire store in Greeneville!

Fantastic place! They have come in clutch for me many times. Even if they didn't have a tire in stock, they have it shipped in by the following morning. They consistently come in cheaper than all the other shops. Great customer service. They do get busy so I recommend you go in the morning for the shortest wait.

These guys are the best!!They will work with you to find the right priced tire that works for you and offer really good follow up service, if needed. They are good neighbors in the business community. They've been taking care of my family for 30 years.

Always get taken care of by Flynt and the guys no matter what the issue is. Dropped in today and 5 minutes later new tires ordered t be delivered tomorrow. Doesn t get any easier.

My mom took her car to them and she bought 2 new tires. They then saw that my mom had money and didn't know anything about cars, so they told her she had to get a alignment so she paid them $80 more for the alignment. But I looked at her receipt and they didn't touch her car because she didn't need a alignment in the first place. So basically I'm saying they like to take advantage of older sick women because they know that they don't know anything about vehicles.

I've dealt with the people at Double D for many years now...probably around 30 and they have always been the kindest and most respectful people I have ever dealt with anywhere. Their service is top notch and their prices are honest and fair. They are just a good ol' home town family owned and operated business and it really shows. I highly recommend them to everyone that wants or expects this level of service. There's none better anywhere!

Absolute terrible place to go for an alignment. They couldn't get the alignment right on my truck. Their second attempt made it worse. One of the brothers who own this place and the alignment tech have serious attitude problems. There's more to the review but for some reason it won't let me post it here. These guys are great. Honestly if the phone line is busy, just walk in. They will get you in and out quickly. Always great service and friendly educated staff

Called 3 times 3 different days and never got an answer. Decided to drive down there and see about getting a tire plugged. Waited 7 minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged. Then I was told it would be well over an hour before anyone could look at it and I would have to leave my keys up with them right then. They do not do appointments. I drove to another business and had it fixed in 15 minutes.

Thank you guys. Once again Double D comes through. We have been using them for years now. Very good customer service Yes, they have busy days and times. I was lucky today as no one was waiting when I came in with a puncture back tire. It had to be replaced so we did a rotation too. In and out in about 20 mins.

My family has used them for tires for years and they ve always done terrific work. Went in yesterday to get my tire pressure looked at and they pumped them up and told me to come back tomorrow so they could inspect them for problems. I came back today and they spent probably 25 minutes with them and found a screw in one of mine. They fixed it no questions asked and without charging me and had a smile on their faces the whole time. Great service.

A couple years ago I decided to buy a battery from this local shop hoping that dealing locally would mean support over the long run. Today, that proved to be a great choice. The battery failed early in our car, and the guys at Double D swapped it out immediately with zero stress or frustration. Fantastic customer service! I will continue to use these guys in the future and I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop in town. I love it when a company stands behind their work and is solid for many years in our community.

My family has been doing business with Double D for more than 30 years. They are always very welcoming and will do anything they can to help with your needs. My son even busted a tire and they helped get it replaced with no questions asked. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest business.

Excellent place to buy tires they stand behind there work they put tire sensors in one went bad an they replaced it for free. They also do alignment an breaks best place to go in Greeneville Tennessee

Had to call a few times to get an answer and unfortunately they didn t have the tires I was looking for. They offered to order them but it was an urgent need. I will try them back again if I ever need to purchase tires again.

Efficient. Stellar Quality. Exceptional Service. Every single time. I was dead in the water with my car battery after Christmas, so I was elated to learn from my husband that DD sold batteries too!
