Bigfoot mobile rv service has been a great company to work with! Our awning was ripped off during a storm on a brand new camperRoger and his team arrived to install the new one, professionally and fast. Super grateful to have had this company do the install. I highly recommend to anyone needing camper work!

NRVTA/RVTAA certified work.Called and left message, they called/text me back the next day and had me on the schedule for the next week.Tho after dark and beyond our appointment time. They kept in touch and after a long day of repair after repair they said, "we'll be there." And they were!!!That's customer service you just don't see anymore, my wife and I are so thankful.Quick fix to our hot water heater.We recommend Bigfoot Mobile RV for any and all of your RV repair needs.

Bigfoot Mobile RV Services did a great job replacing my water-damaged toy hauler ramp door. Roger and his crew were professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the process. There was a minor scheduling miscommunication initially, but they arrived within their window and got right to work. We worked together efficiently and safely, getting the job done without issue. The price was fair, and I'd definitely use them again.

My husband was working out of town when we called Roger with Bigfoot Mobile RV Services. He fit us in, responded quickly and was kind and friendly. I felt completely safe with Roger and he explained things thoroughly. He even ordered the required parts before leaving the driveway. What a relief our hot water heater should be replaced in no time!

My husband and I went on our maiden voyage with "Miss Betty" to TN. While on trip we were in need of RV service. We googled for service in our area and new to "RVing" we diddnt know what to excpect. We called on Mr. Malone with Bigfoot Mobile RV Serice and he came out to help us. Roger was so kind, patient and helpful to us newbies. We also had a issuse with our door lock and he suggested a fantastic solution. He installed the new part and we are so happy with his suggestion and installation. Myself being in a manager in a service driven industry, it was so refreshing to have a business owner that has such great customer service, knowledge and pride in workmanship. Thank you Roger we learned so much from you...your the best!!! Excellent service, quick to respond and great work!! Highly recommend!! Had a leaky shower drain, and even though I tried to fix it (and made it worse) they quickly figured out the issue and repaired it.

I was so disappointed with their service. It took 3 trips cost $900 to figure out why our Toilet was stopped up. They sent a new guy out the last time and his first question is did the other guy check this problem which he did not. He said he should have checked that first thing. When he checked it that was the problem he fixed it cleared it out and we were ready to go and have had no problems now in about 2 weeks. The company however did not offer us any type of discount said they didn't guarantee their work.

I called yesterday and Roger came out to our camper to check something's out. And fix a water leak in the compartment where the city water connects..And they did a check on the roof for our warranty I'd give 10 stars if I could. They treated us great and even went and got the part we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Roger GREAT SERVICE Thanks guys

Well day 2! My outdoor shower handle blew off don t know how or why but it did! So who did I call Bigfoot RV Repair he answered and I told him what had happened he told me what to do until he could come. These two men know what to do to help out an old lady that knows diddly about a camper! My husband passed 10 months ago, he always took care of the camper! I don t and didn t know anything about taking care of a camper! But Hallelujah and Amen for these 2 men. By God s grace they finished early on their previous job and came and took care of the problem! They are more than 5 star! I highly recommend Bigfoot RV Repair! Thank you Roger and Richard! You are a blessing!

Roger helped us replace a defective Thetford toilet in our Class C motorhome. The water valve had failed and it flooded the floor three times! Since we were traveling, we had no address to ship the replacement, Dometic toilet. Roger let us ship it to his address in Greeneville, TN. and then he brought the part out to our campground in Limestone, TN and installed it.As it turned out, my wife and I ordered a toilet that did not fit the existing space in our coach, so Roger had to cut into the service box to make space for the new toilet and the extra shut-off valve we requested in case we have any future issues. The carpentry and custom plumbing took 2.5 hours of engineering on the fly, and Roger stuck with it until the job was complete. He also innovated a creative way to replace the original trim so the end result looked very close to the original Thor Chateau design. He did all this with a very positive attitude and friendly customer service.In April of 2023 the Service Call charge was $100 and his hourly rate was $150. We supplied most of the parts.I highly recommend Roger and Bigfoot Mobile RV Services to anyone who wants RV repair expertise coupled with creative problem-solving, a "can do" attitude, and great customer service>

I'm not a customer of Big Foot Mobile RV Services but I can say Roger has been extremely helpful in assisting me with issues. I started my mobile RV business in Florida about 1 year ago after being certified (I strongly recommend that you use a "Certified" RV Technician if you ever need service) and would lean on Roger at Big Foot RV for suggestions/guidance if I was in a challenging situation. Being certified doesn't mean that you know everything but it shows that you have a strong commitment to give your best to the customer. Just a big "Thank You" to Big Foot Mobile RV Services and the respect that Roger shows to his customers.

Roger and Richard were super fast to arrive and get started. They sorted out the problem with my A/C units quickly and professionally. Job was done in under an hour and at the agreed upon price. One of a kind RV Repair service! Knowledgeable, returns calls promptly, fair prices and so easy to work with. Had our heater up and going in no time, fixed a water leak under the RV, installed new lighting, replaced the door blind & made sure our door would close good and tight and helped us troubleshoot our tankless water heater. Roger was on vacation when I got his phone number but he cam to my location to just to see what was going on. He told me first thing was to check my batteries. He recommended where to get the batteries. He offered to put them in at no charge because it was close to Christmas. Problem solved. I highly recommend Big Foot Rv repair. Was able to get some technical help from Roger while he was out of town and on the road when I called needing some assistance on a holiday. He was very helpful and took time out of his day to answer some questions and offer to talk me through a couple of things even though he couldn't physically be there. Met up with Rodger from Bigfoot Mobile RV Repair today to get an estimate on some repair work on windows, overhead hatches, air conditioner, and my hot water heater. Great guy came within minutes of my call and worked out all the details to get everything fixed! Could not be happier, GREAT GUY! Called for appointment to fix water leak in my RV. Showed up on time and problem was fixed quickly. With the constant rain lately, the ground was soaked and we didn t want to try moving RV and get stuck. Almost didn t call due to the out of area phone number but glad I did. They ARE local. Great service!
