It took them 37 days to fix a vehicle that has only been owned 5 months, and warranty service won't honor their contract. $1900 to l fix car. Charged to a poor woman. How pathetic! Don't bother messaging me, or asking me to change this review! You did my mother wrong! Nothing but excuses from them! Don't shop here!

I ve had service work done there to 2 vehicles I own for the past 5 years. I ve had several issues with my car due to sloppy work, the last issue I was charged 218.00labor for a job that would ve taken 5 minutes to repair. On top of that they broke my key fob to my car and only wanted to get the button covers from EBay. NOT going to happen! I ll never go back there again!

The service department was great. The communication was very good. The only issue I had was not being told there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. I would have brought my checkbook to save the 3%, if I had known.

I won't go again unless they take away the 3%, that is, they charge you for paying them, serious lack of respect, no one in my family will go there anymore, I assure you. I am not interested in the contract you have with the collection companies, I do not have to pay that 3%, I am only a consumer, not a business owner, do your job and stop scamming consumers with charges that we have nothing to do with, it's you Those who have to pay that charge, because they don't give discounts or improve the offers, what do you say?

TIM DAVIS is one of the nicest vehicles salesman and leasing consultants you'll ever meet! Although I found my dream car elsewhere, I would recommend him in a heartbeat:) Unlike some car dealers I encountered, Tim was patient, kind, and willing to continue to search for the right vehicle if it came on his lot. I highly recommend him!!

Buyers beware: This dealership will take advantage of you if you let them. My wife and I traded in our current truck for a used truck after speaking with the sales manager BJ & sales rep Tim. We trusted what they told us but come to find out we were told the wrong value of the truck we purchased to convince us to trade in our current truck. After finding out the value we were told was incorrect we confronted the dealership about what they did. We were then told "it was a mistake and they did not mean to quote us the wrong value. Sorry it was an accident My wife and I find this hard to believe that they made a mistake when we are the ones who now owe more money then what the vehicle is worth while the sale reps & dealership made thousands in commission from this deal. It is unfortunate we can no longer trust our local GM dealership here in Greeneville and we will have to travel to Morristown, Kingsport, or Johnson City for now on if we need any future service/help.

Salesman Will took as much time with me as I needed to select the truck/engine combination that best suited my travel requirements. Will and Manager Shaun educated me on the benefits of the Duramax diesel in the 1500 Sierra which I what I selected.

My service rep. Sandi got me in as a walk-in and took care of me, expediting the service. She left me her cell in case I needed to contact her during the service for service needs.

The salesman, Tom Harbin, was very patient answering all our questions and showing us several vehicles. I was very happy with the help Brittany gave us setting up the GMC app. She also did a great job explaining all the buttons on the console and helping to set up the phones, Internet, etc for us.

I've always heard that this dealership were shysters. I don't go by rumors; I want to see for myself. The rumors are true in my opinion. Their slogan, "Were going to save you money" if false and an outright lie. If I were going to buy a Chevrolet or GMC vehicle it wouldn't be here. Any dealership that adds additional fees (adjusted market value or whatever they call it) is just plain ripping off their customers and I refuse to pay it. Imagine that, trying to tell me I have to pay $2,495.00 over MSRP on a truck. Their excuse that GM is on strike is lame. I can get it elsewhere without this and all the other hidden fees that I didn't even get to when I was talking to them (another way to scam people).

Buyer beware. They use very dishonest techniques to try to sell you a vehicle. We got one of those fliers in the mail that you play a game on. Ours said we had won the $2000 cash prize. There was no purchase necessary to get the prize. Being a local dealership we decided to call and see what the catch was. They assured us there was no catch and that we had won the $2000 prize the card stated. I was still skeptical but we decided to drive over just to see. We were greeted by Solomon who assured us it wasn t a scam and that we had in fact won that prize. He sat us down took down our information and then got up to give us our first prize. It was a card that you scratched off and if you matched 6 gold bars you won $30,000 dollars. We didn t win, of course, but there were in fact 6 gold bars but you have to pick all 6 out of 30 or more without scratching anything else. After that he went to our other prize and he comes back with a $5 gift card. We asked him about the $2000 dollars it said on the card and they had verified over the phone and he said the code didn t match. We walked out mad. It s pretty bad that a local dealership would use this strategy to sell a car but to lie over the phone when called and then calling us back the next day to ask what time we would be there to pick up our prize is beyond belief and very deceptive. If they would do this to try and get someone in the door to buy a vehicle and lie over the phone they cannot be trusted. If they were the last dealership on earth I recommend getting a horse. I m definitely making a call to GM tomorrow and letting them know what type of dealership they are allowing in our area. I have owned 3 GM products and if they are going to allow this it will be my last.

Was in a small accident in my Sonic and the people here were friendly, quick and informative of the whole process. Fixed my hatchback and back bumper perfectly. I am pleased with the outcome. I recommend everyone in their parts and service departments.

So for starters, I am Active Military and very professional when it comes to business. I will give two sales reps the upmost respect for there time and help with my sale. Tim and Beth were excellent and very professional. The only part was the missing items from the truck I noticed after I got home. Beth was supposed to follow up next day. She never returned my call. I waited until 1000 am. I had to call and ask about the missing pieces that were paid for in the sale. But, they did make it right. The whole process from finance to close was pretty smooth. Great service from Shaun on making things right! As for others who work there be mindful of customers that you do not know! You can easily turn customers away. Especially when you come back to the dealership to pick up things that are missing. Making jokes about the truck they purchased walking in is not a kind of gesture anyone would take nicely. You folks know who you are that were standing out front that evening upon returning on the steps. I will not mention names. Being professional at all times should be considered when you do not know your customers. There are some improvements that can be made with delivery process and to making sure everything is followed up on when you purchase. I would recommend a follow up call the following day to make sure customers are happy with there purchase. Word of mouth travels fast in small areas! I would come back to purchase again!

The wait this past time was a little longer than usual. But the service advisor took care of me & the tech did a good job of checking things over & letting me know of some possible repairs.

Got back my car back so yay ! When I got home I realized why radio stations wasn't picking up ... SOMEONE STOLE MY ANTENNA!!!!! It was recently done simply because the the threads were super shiny. It was parked inside the fenced-in area . I know there's probably a sign saying you're not responsible for stolen items but it's still disheartening knowing it happened in a fenced-in area in the open during the day. My only concern is how often is this type of theft happening and what precautions should customers take to help prevent this. Luckily my catalytic converter is still there and I have all my lug nuts. And only came out with a new small scratch, 1 dent and a missing antenna. So 3.5 out of 5

They took care of everything I asked them to in a professional and timely manner. In their inspection of my truck they found some safety items that needed to be replaced and I was well satisfied with their findings and their workmanship . Bachman Bernard Chevrolet service staff went way above the standard to keep me informed as to the needed repairs and the status of my truck as the day went along. My thanks to them and their professionalism.

The service center is a joke! They claim to be ASE certified... My son's car had to be towed to another mechanic cause they could not get it running!! Then they charged him $2800 definitely would NOT recommend these NOT so certified mechanics.

Sandy did an excellent job working me in and having my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. If it wasn't for her I would probably have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Pulled in to look at a new chevy dually that was sitting out front on the lot. Jonathan came out and introduced himself and told me a little about the truck. He wasn't pushy and was very professional. About two days later, I contacted him about the truck and it was still available. I came back and looked at the truck, drove it, and ended up trading with them.It was a great experience!Being a local business myself (Bigfoot Mobile RV Services), it was nice to see business handled professionally.

We visited the dealership and talked with salesman Wesley Cooper. He took the time to sit down with us and discuss what we were looking for. He agreed to call us when an Equinox became available to test drive. He called us and we test drove the car. Wesley made the process very easy to purchase the car. We would highly recommend this dealership and Wesley.

Everyone was awesome to deal with. Extremely friendly, made me feel welcome and appreciated right from the start. Max was great to work with, and she stayed in contact with me, keeping me updated on the status of our vehicle that was in order. I have never experienced this kind of service when purchasing a vehicle before. She was not pushy at all, there was no pressure from her to make a purchase, she just wanted to be as helpful as possible in helping me decide what I wanted to do as she showed me different vehicles and helped me through the ordering process. Alice in Finance made the paperwork part of the purchase easy and helped me make a decision on which extended warranty would be best for me. Russ, the general manager, remembered who I was, was always a smiling and friendly face, and always made it a point to come over and talk with me. Overall, I made a new friend, got an amazing truck at the best price, and met a lot of great people in the process. Thank you Max, Russ, Alice, BJ, and Shawn for helping us though the process of getting our new truck and making it such a great experience!!

They have a contest that they send in the mail just to get you into there company that way they can sit down with you to fill paperwork about buying a car. So ask this context is no good for one thing you win any prize you should not have to even fill out any paperwork on anything to claim any prize you do win. So in my experience in this is all a Gimmick just to get you to go into this company so they can waste your time about why prize you might have won. It's just like all the rest of the Car Companies they are all Gimmicks period....
