The owner of A1 towing went out of his way to help me out! I was on a back road with little service in a rural area that I did not know. The passenger side of my vehicle was stuck a small creek and the wheels were trapped deep in mud. The closest marker was a pig pen. They were able to locate me and skillfully remove my car with no damage. The price was very reasonable and payment was easy with tap to pay. The owner was even nice enough to help me drive my vehicle back to the nearest four lane road. Very appreciative of him and his crew!

The two gentlemen of A1 Towing and Recovery came to change a tire on my horse trailer at a rest area on I-81 near Greeneville TN. They arrived quickly and didn t just change my almost flat tire. They diagnosed what the problem was (a likely bent axle), greased the bearings and called a local tire shop to arrange a new spare tire deal for me to continue traveling home safely 300 more miles. They were friendly, competent, professional and genuinely cared about my safety. The best!

Super fast and friendly! My roadside assistance sent them out to put my spare on to replace a blown tire. They arrived within 30 minutes and were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Used them a few times and can't complain. Always quick and easy. My mechanic uncle recommended A1 to me because he uses them frequently to bring disabled cars to his place for repair.

Ryan was awesome to work with. We called him at the last minute to help us perform an offload of a cargo trailer loaded with household furnishing that had to be transported on an extendable lowboy trailer. The operation went as smooth as silk, and Ryan was quick to help us in a pinch and did a great job. All of us involved, the customer, lowboy driver and I appreciated the guidance he gave about the local roads and where our driver should and should not attempt to go based on the hills and curves of TN. We appreciate your Ryan!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! Ryan, thank you for restoring my hope in humanity! God bless you! My husband and I had our camper and truck towed and could not afford to get them out because we had no way to get to work. We are a family really struggling right now, I am grateful to have met this man! My husband and I have felt like we have lost everything we own and have watched our children cry because they miss their toys, bikes, and their clothes. We just want our kids to have their things and us to have our clothing and shoes and my husband's tools so he can work. So I am beyond grateful to A1 for allowing us to get our personal items! It has been a hard road for us, it is so refreshing to see that there are still good people in this world. For Ryan to allow us to get our things is a great blessing! Ryan, of A-1, really took great care of us. After we were stuck at the Tennessee Welcome Center on 26W overnight, Ryan came out and made sure that we were fully understanding everything he was going to do.We have a 22 year old, 40' diesel pusher RV weighing in around 17 tons. It does not have a standard truck frame and can't be lifted by the frame. He immediately set us up for a wheel lift. And, since our suspension is air bags, he connected his truck up to our pneumatic system to make sure that it would be properly supported for the 38 mile tow. The drive train also had to be disconnected, which was done without me even mentioning it.Even though he's not a mechanic, he told us what he thought was taking place. He was spot on with his 5-minute diagnosis. Unfortunately, the truck repair facility we went to took almost 24 hours to tell us the same thing. (That will be another review - certainly not 5-star.)Of special note regarding Ryan: When I was on the road about 45 minutes from my destination - more than 30 hours after he dropped us off - he gave me a call to see if we had been able to get on the road and if we were OK. If I'm ever stuck in that area again, A-1 has my business hands down.Thank you Ryan for great service and for your caring attitude. You, sir, are an example of southern hospitality.

Ryan couldn t have been nicer nor more apologetic for any delay or inconvenience (none of which had to do with A-1)! He came as soon after they got the call and had the tire ordered and at the shop by the time he towed the car in. Mounting, balancing and everything done right there and finished within a few minutes. Personal note, it may be faster to skip the call for roadside service and just call directly! The delay was getting through to the correct AAA club and dealing with other entities in between. Would have been much faster to call directly if we knew then what we know now!Services: Car towing, Tire change

My family and I have called Ryan several times over the past few years for various reasons. He has towed my son s truck, helped my parents get their keys out of their locked car, changed out my car battery, and put tires on several vehicles. He has always been knowledgeable, professional, and timely. The customer service you ll receive at A-1 is second to none. Was broke down on the side of i81 south with a bad wheel bearing after driving 14 hours from Connecticut back home to Tennessee. I order the part online from O Reilly s and called and asked if they would deliver the part out to me on the side of the interstate and they came through. Service was awesome and extremely fast to respond to the rescue. Thanks to the crew for helping out. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Very respectable and reliable! I ve used a couple towing services in Greenville but A1 is definitely the best I ve used. The only tow company that was available, because they are called as a last resort. Price Gouged people during bad weather conditions. Charged double what other companies were charging.
