This place sent me a mismatched set of brake pads and refuses to make it right. I ve opened up a dispute with my bank, but the whole experience has been a nightmare and lasted almost two months now. If only I had taken the time to read the reviews before making this purchase.Save yourself a massive amount of time and headache, and buy from a company that cares about their customers. It s unbelievable that this place is even in business. Seems like they re selectively scamming people.I ll update if and when they make it right, but I m not holding my breath at this point.

Shady company - they will sweet-talk you even though the part may be out of stock: no worries, they contact the "warehouse" and the manager who of course approves the purchase and lo and behold there is a full charge on your credit card. Then no word from them, no calls, no emails. What a sham.

Very horrible customer service. I ordered my part about a week ago and I have not gotten any tracking info or anything regarding my order just the receipt that my money went through. I call them and they say we ve contacted the warehouse but we haven t heard anything back yet what do you mean? Now i have to spend more money else where for the same part when I didn t have too. I entrusted that it was going to be a smooth process but I was wrong now I have to wait longer for another part. PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS

We have purchased the pulley set and timing belt for Mercedes gl450. The INA idler pulley was bad and we have asked the warranty coverage and they told us to buy another one to replace the defective. Then send them for defective pulley for warranty coverage and on top of that they force us to go mechanic to get the report that idler pulley is bad. We have paid the shipping charges of new pulley, we have purchased the new pulley and now they are asking to pay shipping to return the bad pulley. The new one also makes sound, it is not that bad but it is not good either. The manufacturing tolerances of it are not good so it makes a sound when installed

Ordered parts from these guys, it was shipped to the wrong address. Gave it 2 weeks to resolve the situation. Called 5 times finally someone answered and said the parts were delivered to my house. The house in the picture is not my house. Called FedEx they told me the seller has to contact them. Seller refuses to do anything. These guys are scammers do not order from them. Look at the reviews! No parts no refund.

Ordered and paid for a part and received a tracking number. Days pass and tracking still showed waiting for the item. I get an email asking for the VIN# so they can verify fitment. Provided the requested information and they replied saying the item I ordered is out of stock so they canceled the order. I checked their site and the price more than doubled and is still in stock. They outright lied. Never ordering from these clowns again. Stay away and go somewhere else like Pelican Parts or FCP Euro, even if the price is a few dollars more. On top of all of this, I had to request a refund!

Crazy that you can't give zero stars to a company. Just look at the other negative reviews, they're not lying. This company is terrible. Pray that you don't have a problem with your purchase because that's where customer service ends. They'll ignore your call, jerk you around, ignore your emails, all to make you give up on returning a defective product. Best bet with people that run a business like this is to open a complaint with the BBB.

Wish I can give them Zero stars!!!!Worst customer service I ever experienced!! They will give you tracking number and hold your parts for weeks!!! They have NO return policy as well!! Going to file a dispute with my CC company!!!

My company has attempted 3 different orders with this company. First they claimed was in stock. 10 days after not receiving the item I had to call to find out they didn t have it in stock and got refunded, now the job is 10 days behind and I have to order from a new vendor. Second order same exact issue, not in stock again and their excuse is we have so many listings and Parts it s hard to keep track of figure it out every other online vendor seems to have it nailed down. Third order I called to avoid this. They SWORE it would ship out almost immediately. 8 days later nothing not even an order confirmation. I call to find out they hadn t even shipped it yet. They knew they messed up because I received it 3 days later with 2 day air written on it. Needless to say I m returning it to buy from someone who actually cares about the money my company spends and it won t be with these clowns ever again

Very bad customer service I ordered a part that they website said it will fits my car 5 days later I got that part but did not fits my car I call customer service and a nice �frican Lady told me I need to Talk with the manager she transfer me to hin and when to the voicemail nobody call me Back and still waiting basically I lost my money.

I ordered a pair of tail light carriers for my car, they arrived in plastic bags in the shipping packaging, but one of the bags was already cut open. I pulled one out and saw immediately that they didn't fit. This was due to a mid-year change the automaker made when my car was built that I didnt know about. I returned them (I had to pay shipping) and eeuroparts claimed that one of the carriers was damaged. They didn't provide anything beyond one email saying this, and they refunded less than half of what I paid.They ve refused to answer my emails and all of my calls over the last 3 weeks. At this point, it's obvious that they scammed me out of my money. What's to stop them from doing it to you?

Worst customer service!!! Sent wrong parts and their return policy is trash!!!Save your money and time and go somewhere else! and by the way all they do is drop ship orders! Nothing in stock!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

All parts were delivered promptly and correctly. Great customer service, Alex! You make the replacement process most painless and stress free.I got parts for my Saab three times and never disappointed. I'll definitely buy parts from this company every time.

I had ordered rotors and pads for me entire car. I gave them my vin year make and model. They sent me parts for a BMW. Which is NOT what I drive. I asked them to give me a refund they only allowed store credit. I use the store credit to buy the actual parts after having them picked out for me again. 7 months later and I have just only now received my refund. I did not get a refund for the shipping costs associated with the order. They handled it, but not well, and they added a lot of chaos to a very painful period of time.

Absolutely the best place to get your parts fast and at the best prices. Unfortunately, other customers ruined a portion of the experience which resulted in time changes and no weekend pickups. It was great because I live 5 minutes away and now I can't order on the fly. Doesn't make sense to ship it to my house if I'm "next door" so to speak. Other than that, you won't get a better customer service anywhere else. S/o to the guy with the e46 that's getting the headers. He makes the experience better. Stay Awesome!

The price for my part was competitive, ,but the item shipped 2 plus days after aI placed the order and was shipped USPS First Class Parcel so did not arrive until a week after my order traveling from TN to VA. Their shipping cost is reasonable, but if you need the part by a specific date I suggest a supplier that offers date certain shipping options.

Just a very bad experience. I got an email stating a date that my order would ship. I called in the morning four days later and was told that the order never shipped for some unknown reason. Hectar told me that he would find out why and call me and email me with his findings. I waited all day for a response and didn't get one so I called back. The first person put me on hold for twenty minutes and I finally hung up. The next time I called, after explaining why I was calling, transferred me to someone else who never answered the phone. The next time that I called someone picked up the phone and then just hung up. The next time I called I talked to David, explained everything to him, he put me on hold then came back to finally give me an update on my order only to tell me that he had no idea what happened with the original order and that another order was put in today and that I should get the part in a week (which will by then be two weeks after I ordered.) I should have had the part already and based on my experience already at this place, I may not get the part next week either. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, David simply, arrogantly, condescendingly, said well that s just part of doing business ?????? Are you kidding? But oh no, he wasn t. No apologies, no rush to get me the part, no explanation of what went wrong. Well, I told him at the start of that conversation that I would be leaving a review that would either be bad or good. And he definitely made sure that it was going to be this one star review. Buy parts from a more reputable and respectable place than this. Ican think of a handful just off of the top of my head. They ve lost me as a customer. Someone who buys a lot of parts online. They don t seem to care, so I ll just never buy anything from this company again.
