I did not have high expectations coming into this. You all did way more and went above and beyond what I normally get at the dealer. The staff was very friendly, cordial, and kind I was truly blown away. You earned a lifetime customer today.

The service was extremely slow with no coordination between the workers. They didn't have distinct jobs therefore the service was slow. Also, price was extremely high for oil, just got 5qts of synthetic for 100 dollars without oil filter, I can get 5qts for at the most 50 bucks at auto store.

Our oil light began blinking and I immediately went to JiffyLube. The young man who welcomed me let me know they were out the filter needed to do an oil change but checked mail and found no oil. So he put 2 quarts in and rechecked the oil. So I told him I would come back when the filters come in. He also checked all my tires since 1 looked low and. was so he aired it up for me. He charged me nothing and I will be going back next week for an oil change. Good service and good employee.

Don t go here alone if you re a women they will try to pull one over on you. I got my oil changed and then the next day my dad had to take back my truck because it was leaking and the coolant was not filled as well, even though I was charged for it. On top of this they did not clean my oil pan (part of the things supposed to be done when you get to your oil changed). Finally, they also missed that my battery was corroding, and the terminals needed cleaning. If we had not noticed this my battery we would have probably needed to be replaced in 2 months. This should have been mentioned if they completed the basic car inspection. This very poor service was provided by Matthew and Robert on the 21st.

I ve been to different locations for oil changes and other needs, but this location is the one. There s a guy Sam who works there who always goes above and beyond. He has even helped when I ve stopped by struggling to get a headlight in or just needing an oil top off. Always a pleasure. I gave him a Christmas tip this year because he s so awesome.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Awesome customer service! They're quick to greet you, polite in directing you to the lobby, extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and very patient in answering all your questions. The men were very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with them remembering me because I went to get my lil changed too early and they told me. So I went back when it was due. I will be going back when I m in Nashville. They rocks!!!

I got my synthetic oil change $109 then was quoted to get a new air filter $157 total (about) I didn't pay any attention to my receiptWhen I paid but was charged over $200 for an oil change and 1 air filter

My husband has been taking my car lately but both of us prefer this Jiffy Lube. We live very close to a Valvoline and a Walmart (2-5 minutes). The Jiffy Lube is a little over half an hour away. We both still prefer it. We find them to be very helpful and not overdoing the upselling like other places do. They do try to get us to add extra things from time to time, but it does seem much more reasonable when they do it and it s not every single time we go. Employees there are much more helpful than at other places in my experience. We often use Groupon deals when we go.

The actual experience (speed of service) was fine, however, the prices of everything from the cost of service, additional filters, wipers, etc., that the shop tries to add are 50% to 100% higher than ant competitor, and, make sure if you are willing to overpay you go when it is not cold or hot as there is no heat or air in the waiting area.

I don t like you can t drive your own vehicle in. And it was 136 for a synthetic oil change. Didn t put air in low tire. Tire light was still on.

I enjoy coming to this location, they are always quick, even if there are a lot of vehicles, and the do a great job changing my oil. They always have recommendations if something else like wiper blades or headlights need to be replaced but are not pushy.

They checked my engine fluids and tires and were very honest when they said I didn't have any problems and did not charge me for anything. Wow!!! What an awesome team and place of business! I happened to drive by and saw that there was not a line and I got my oil changed in under 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! My windows were washed, car vacuumed and I was just so impressed by how nice everyone was! They worked as a team and had me in and out in less than 13 Minutes! Forget the dealership I will start coming here for all my oil change and future car servicing needs!!! These guys were amazing!! If I lived closer they would get my business for everything they are able to do. They don t know how grateful we were for all the help they gave us. We were a long ways from home and they got us back on the road in no time!!

After feeling a bit slighted at Midas in Madison (had the feeling I was being upcharged) I went to Jiffy Lube on Cartwright. The staff was beyond kind. I met at least 4 mechanics and they were all great to speak with. The mechanic on my car walked me through what was going on with my brakes precisely, even letting me evaluate the problem myself. The fix was done fast and costed fair price, if not cheaper. 100% I ll be coming back to Jiffy Lube on Cartwright for my car needs.ALSO: if you need to stay longer for a big repair, there s a Starbucks directly in front of them you can work in or relax in while you wait.

I've used many different types of oil change places all over the country the last 20 years and this was the first location that I've ever run across that I was not allowed to pull in my own vehicle or stay in my vehicle while the oil was being changed. I personally did not like that at all, I certainly was not expecting it. That would definitely stop me from ever returning to this location.Service: Oil change

The staff was very friendly and competent in what they were doing. The service was very fast. But paying $111 for an oil change (granted it is synthetic blend oil) including a $15 discount is really expensive! I don t know if I ll go back because of the high price. 112277088 invoice paid for Signature Service, all I got was my oil & filter changed. Had my own oil. Manager stated that they couldn t lubricant my 1997 4x4 pickup, because their grease gun wouldn t latch onto my grease fitting. That is simply amazing to me. Ask to top all fluid levels, didn t happen, thought air pressure in tires was included, didn t happen. I think $55.71 is too much, for 20 min. Worth of work performed Must of the time I preform this service myself. Thought I would give Jiffy lube a chance to earn my future business. Charged me $5.00 for my own oil. JiffyLube shop number #1985 invoice #112277088 and 21443619. NOT A HAPPY JIFFYLUBE CUSTOMER.Service: Oil change

On return trip fromFlorida -oil light kept going on. Pulled into this Jiffy Lube & we were treated as if we were life long customers. Fabulous service, & everyone was so friendly! Even cleaned off the bugs on our windshield!! 5 stars for this place!

Been going to this location for 4+years now. The guys there at the Goodlettsville location provide the best customer service, both interaction and car service. Jiffy Lube... my last review was a few years ago and it wasn't very good. You all.have Def stepped it up and hired some GOOD respectful people to work there. Also super fast now. Very glad of the management chnage...
