Best body shop around!! Michael will take good care of you and your vehicle. My family and best friend s family have gone to him for years. He is someone you can count on to be honest and never try to rip you off. The results are always spectacular and often you can t tell any damage ever even happened. 5 stars!!

This is the best auto shop I ve ever been to! Michael could not have been more courteous. I had hydroplaned and destroyed the bumper on my car, and he fixed it to where it actually looks brand new (better than when I first bought it used)! He even waxed and repainted the car to make sure everything was even. Absolutely above and beyond my expectations! If I ever have any car issues again, I will happily take my car here. By far the most superior body shop in Middle Tennessee. I have had Michael fix everything from minor fender benders to two horrendous rear endings. The work is always flawless and looks fresh from the factory. Their communication is excellent and they have completely dealt with my insurance (State Farm) both times. I have never spoken to the claims adjuster. They just deal with it all. Can t recommend them enough.Service: Painting

Dean's Automotive Center in Goodlettsville, TN is hands down the best place to have your car repaired! John did a super job repairing my truck when it quit running just as I was trying to leave town and travel back home to GA. He was efficient and got me back on the road in time to get home the same day. The pricing was spot on, and I didn't experience any issues on my drive home. My husband checked on the pricing from home while the repair was being done, and also agreed with everything John was telling me. I loved that John immediately wanted to show me the old parts and why they needed replacing; I could see for myself that he was right. There is a reason my cousins all use this repair shop and now I can personally recommend it, too!

We were traveling, stopped in due to having a car issue. Even though he is a auto body, he still went above and beyond to help us. Very grateful.

Highest quality of work around. Surpasses work done at dealerships. High standard of business practices. I live in Kentucky and would not take my car anywhere else. They go above and beyond the rest. Best body work, paint and mechanics in the business.everyone I know take their vehicles there.

They were awesome imcluded more things than i initially asked for in service to make sure my car was up to standard and didn't charge me a dime more than quoted. Learned a bunch from them upon leaving. Would definitely recommend them for all your car needs!!!!

just left Deans, i will be back for sure!Dean Stayed there extra time, on a holiday weekend, to repair our van, (we have a special needs child and this is his only transport vehicle) and had it done in no time... one darn rusty screw... but he beat that too. Thank you Mr Dean! SO grateful for your time, experience, and kindness of heart!!!!!!

John and Michael are wonderful they fixed our car and we had a great conversation while they did it they explained what was wrong with our car and showed us they have gained 2 new customers!!! Will def be back very soon!!!!!

Dean's personable, fast, and trustworthy auto repair service is something good in Goodlettsville. Nice to leave a mechanic with relief instead of the usual resentment. Lols.
