My all the time parts house. Great placeUpdate:4 years later and still going here to get my parts. Especially if I need them right now. If it's something I can wait a day or so on then I'll order it.

This place is always packed when enough staff is there you have at least decent customer service certain employees are cool but not all I can meet this place half way.

They have the most helpful and kind associates. They work to find the beat price for you and take care of all the details. If you are lucky enough to be in there when Victoria D is working you will have the best experience.

I am thoroughly impressed with how wonderful this AutoZone was. I asked for the headlight for my car which they had and got it for me. Then Terry was extremely awesome because he changed it for me and then helped me to get a bracket for my battery since it was loose. He even put that on as well. He was friendly and very informative. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. They try their absolute best to accommodate what you need.

The lady that helped me here was great! I had just purchased a used car and the wiper blades needed to be replaced. She helped me locate the blades that I needed and then came out and put them on the car for me. Very nice customer service!

I have had nothing, but the best service here with these amazing people every single time I come in. They are always so friendly and eager to help. I hope management sees this and more than considers giving these people a raise or helping them in any way possible because it is very hard to find people like this in any industry nowadays. And this is coming from a business owner himself.

Went in tonight for a driver's side headlight that was out. Walked in the the Auto zone on my way home from work. Asked for help, Andrew was cleaning the floor at the entrance and stopped to help me. Not only did he seem very personable but he offered to change my light while I was there so I didn't get a ticket on the way home. Totally was way more than I expected. He also told me about the bulb grease (I think that's what it was called) that I should buy for $1 to help the longevity of the bulb and reminded me to save my receipt Incase I had any problems in the next 30 days, I could bring it back and they would make it right. My experience was very positive and Andrew went above and beyond what his "job" was to do. The only thing I had to do was pop my car hood and he literally did everything else for me. Thanks for the great experience. I will definitely think of Auto Zone the next time I need something for my vehicle.

Normally I have great service when I shop at this store.Today I went in to pickup or order a part. The guy was not much help told me I needed a part number. No dummy you are to help me find the part for me. It is customer service.I will just order it from the internet.Not sure if I will shop at this location again.Good luck!

I used to get great service here. Hire people that have experience with cars and customer service.First bad experience here was a few months back with a woman who really didn't care, didn't know return policy, told me opposite of what AutoZone has ALWAYS done. I know of two AutoZones that have very competent women working there.I don't know if this employee is normally at this store, only saw her once. There are other things this store needs to correct.I will try back again.

Both team members were fantastic! They helped me find the right wipers and were even enthusiastic about installing them for me without me even asking. Couldn t ask for better service!

Helped find the right wipers for my car, did not offer to assist install. Might be because they didn't want me to feel that my manhood was attacked, but customer service should make it a standard to ask.

I received the WORST customer service from this Autozone EVER. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I felt very unwelcomed from the moment I stepped foot into the store. I would rather drive to another location far from my house or buy my autocare needs from O'Reilly's than to EVER step foot into this location again. I am disabled and needed assistance which neither one of the two people working there cared to offer me. They were not HELPFUL at all. The lady acted like she had a problem helping me. She was RUDE, SMART and SHORT with me. I went in to buy screws for my license plate. I was told where they were not assisted like I normally would be at other Autozones. A matter a fact I wasn't even greeted like other Autozones does. The guy was on the phone but seem like he had a problem as well. Whenever I asked a question she would be smart and tell me they don't help like that because customers like me complain and they are not to do that. I was offended like what does that mean. I was thinking like was it because I am a black woman so was she referring to this or all customers complains. I had already bought the screws and asked could I borrow a screw driver. She put it down on the counter instead of handing it to me. Once I got out to my car and realized they were the wrong ones went back in requested a refund. The guy rolled his eyes and blew at me because he was still on the phone. He never once said I will right with you or anything. He just looked at me and stepped to the side and looked in the direction where the lady was. I was like I never received service like this ever before from an Autozone normally they are very helpful and kind. If I could have not given a star I would've, but they seemed to have a variety of other stuff. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone at all. They for sure has lost me as a customer.

Went there to get a few parts I needed for my car. While I was there I decided to look at the car audio section because I was having trouble getting my stereo working. Andrew offered to take a look at it to see what was wrong. He figured out why it wasn't working and fixed it for me. Yeah! Thank you Andrew for all your help. I'm definitely recommending you guys to everyone I know.

I have been working a night shift 7 hours from Home. Sprang a transmission leak on the last day here and wanted to fill back up before the ride home. I got off at 6 drove 2 miles down the road and waited till 6:55 to knock on the door. A man walked out from the back looked right at me through the window in Disgust waved as the to say get out of here. The worst display of Professionalism I've seen in a while

Was looking for a repair book for VW Beetle. They did not have any books that I could see. I walked around whole store 3 times. No one who was working in store approached me to see if I needed help.

Couldn t even charge a battery how unprofessional their workers really are. They are dumb that don t know anything about cars. Go down the street to advance auto parts they help me right away once I pulled up to the parking lot. Sorry AutoZone but you re a big joke if you re workers don t know what to do right away like advance auto parts did

My fiance and I went to AutoZone in Goodlettsville, TN 37072 to purchase new headlights & window wipers for his 2018 mitsubishi outlander & were helped by Andrew OD a sales associate at AutoZone. Andrew was super friendly & extremely knowledgeable while assisting us with making the decision on which parts to buy. After we made our final purchase Andrew even came out and installed both headlight bulbs & the rear window wiper. Easy 5 stars for the stellar level of customer service!

It's 50 50 if you get someone that knows anything about cars went in to get a part for my truck and the guy said we don't sale that he couldn't find anything I had to literally pull the autozone website on my phone so he could look it up

PK is always helpful and has never given me bad advice. She even gave me advice to fix an issue that would have cost about 300 bucks but only cost 20!
