I would give 0 stars if possible! I will absolutely never be here again! Went in for a tire issue, not realizing there was a nail in my tire. They stated they couldn't patch it and I need a new tire all together. Fine, not a problem. I proceeded to ask if they had the right size tire and they also said yes. Next day rolls around andI have a 5 hour road trip and my car would not go. I press the gas as hard as possible, nothing! I take my car back up to firestone and relay the issue, the lady's words to me were "all we did was change a tire we didn't do anything to your car." When i asked her to at least look at it and just see, she refused and told me that it wasn't their fault. Come to find out, they put the wrong size tire on my car AND LIED about what size tire it was on the report and tried to say it was the right size. If they would've looked at it when i asked, they would've seen their mistake, but their lack of integrity, honesty, and professionalism prevented them from doing so. I will NEVER be back here again! Scumbags!

We were in a pickle with a big bolt with washer buried in the front driver side tire. We called the Firestone around the corner and Jaydeh picked up. She was friendly and professional and immediately told us to come right over. From start to finish the entire team was the best and went out of their way to assure us they could handle and get us back on the road ASAP! And they did! Could not be more pleased with our experience! Also Kudos to the hiring mgr! So glad to see so many female professional technicians on the job! Thank You! JerryL

Staff is friendly and changed my tires without any issues. I got the tires shipped in from Simple Tire. The location is fine, just be wary about the typical upselling. They tried selling me a $90 cabin filter change. My truck *doesn t* have a cabin filter. I do appreciate that the staff members aren t pushy. They re just doing their jobs.Only thing I d improve on is communicating when services are completed. My tire installation had been done for four hours. I was told they had called, but I didn t get any call.

Gene was professional, a great communicator and was able to resolve my tire issue quickly. I am grateful to her and the Firestone team in my neighborhood.

I made an appointment for brake replacement seven days in advance. When I arrived at appointment time, the manager (Jeanne) told me that it would not be honored. She told me to leave the car and they would get to it in the next few hours. I called four hours later (at noon) and was told by Austin that my car would not be serviced until the next day. At 1:00 pm, I returned to the location and asked for a new appointment time so that I could coordinate transportation and work. I explained that I was temporarily disabled and was dependent on others for transportation that day (again, I booked the appointment one week in advance). Austin told me that if I took my car, I could not make another appointment until the next week. I asked to speak to Jeanne (the manager who told me that it would be finished later on the same day). She finally compromised and told me to bring it the next day at 9:00 am and that I could wait inside the store for them to finish. I arrived at 9:00 am. They didn't finish until 3:30 pm. It took them six hours to do a standard rear brake job and I had to wait inside the store all day for them to finish. This location is only good at making excuses and finding ways to bill customers for unrequested repairs. For example, I specifically told Jeanne I did not want a "complete inspection." They did it anyway and when I complained, Jeanne said they don't do free break inspections at "her" store and that they did complete inspections for every vehicle regardless of what service the customer requested. After I kept asking if that was Firestone's policy, she finally removed the fee. That was a complete waste of my time and it caused more unnecessary contentiousness and stress. They also did not have the brakes in stock (again, I booked a week in advance) and after the brakes arrived, Jeanne said it would be a longer wait time because she ordered the wrong breaks. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHERS STAY AWAY AS WELL!!!

This is an edited review, dropping my 4-star rating to 2. While Firestone s best thing is the lifetime wheel alignment, their customer service and integrity level are the worst. Today, I requested a lifetime alignment to my Audi and received a call to inform me that the service had to be done at the dealership. When I returned to pick up my car, the manager tried to charge me for the lifetime service that was partially completed. She told me that they were able to do a little aligning and that I could still keep the lifetime warranty. Yes, you read that right. She thought their attempt to align my vehicle was enough to charge me before referring me to the dealership. After our back and forth, she said I received a free alignment. No, ma am. Your guy dropped the ball and you thought I would be a fool to pay for his mini exploration of the car.To that manager: When repairs deviate from the intended service, you should ring the customer and discuss whether the altered request should be continued. It would have made no sense for me to have them do what they can and have the dealership finish up. They wasted my time and theirs by not informing me immediately when they realized they could not perform the alignment on that vehicle. Whatever their tech did will probably have to be fixed by the dealer s tech; therefore, I would have been a fool to give them any amount of money for looking up under the car and no telling what else. I just hope their tinkering will not cost more than what I am prepared to pay for a proper alignment.

5 Star experience. I had all 4 tires replaced and an alignment. Will go back for other car maintenance/services in the future.

I have used this Firestone for years for multiple cars and I am always impressed by the ease of getting scheduled and the service provided. Recently I had an issue with a vehicle that is dealership maintained. The dealer could not get the car in for a diagnostic for at least 5 days but Firestone got me in within hours. The vehicle ended up needing to go to the dealership to get fixed but I went in to pay for the diagnostic and they wouldn t charge because it was something they could not fix. This is a first-class business with great customer service. Do not hesitate to use them.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

After 3 hours of wait for oil change , only to be confused with someone else changing all 4 tires. The receptionist looked adamant and never for once even offer an apology.I advise you guys tell customers the truth in order for them to make an informed decision of waiting, drop off or go elsewhere.

Went in for wheel alignment and tire rotation. They only moved one front tire to the rear and that s it. Now I m wondering if they even did an alignment.

This location went from a traditional 5 star experience to a 1 star experience after their lack of customer service when it mattered most. My 16 year old daughter tried to get an emergency tire repair today and was told she had two options: Make an appointment for 5 days from now or leave it here and they will squeeze it in when possible without any level of commitment. I have had lots of work done at this store on my three vehicles and they have generally been very accommodating but in our biggest time of need, they turned us away. Completely don t understand the thought behind their actions and instead of making a customer for life, they have lost an existing, faithful customer. The saddest thing is it was the manager, Rob, we were dealing with. Just don t understand it and will be taking my business elsewhere due to incomprehensible poor customer experience.

Initially, I was pleased with their service and my new tires. The problem came after the sale. After a few weeks, one of my tires began losing air. I had to fill it up twice a day to get to work and back home. I inspected the tire and found no nails or damage. I suspect the problem was either the valve stem or the bead. I went back to this location, (confident because I had purchased their road hazard warranty), and the clerk advised me that I would have to make an appointment and that it would be a week before they could get to it. He also inspected the tire and found no visible damage. I considered this unfinished business if a newly installed tire has a problem. So, I guess if you have a flat tire, you re just on your own until they can get to you. Their road hazard warranty is a crock, and they will leave you stranded.

Had an appointment early in the morning for 1 tire replacement. Took almost 5 hours and me driving back and forth to check on my cars progress only to be let down several times about how it wasn t ready. Completely incompetent staff and no compensation for the wait and time I wasted FOR ONE TIRE TO BE REPLACED....FOR $170. Go to discount tire or gateway, save yourself time and money. It took 5 hours for one tire here, took 30 minutes to replace all 4 of my tires at discount and I m completely satisfied w the customer service and price range. The guy I spoke to at Firestone the several times I checked in on my car...claimed all his technicians were out due to COVID which leads me to think they probably wernt wearing their mask right in general. Don t blame your employees for your bad service, hire more people. Once again, save your time and money.

Personal experience dealing with the manager from the start with calling to make an appointment. In all my years of going to many firestone locations I ve never been so Disappointed with how someone could let greed cloud ones judgment. The manager attempted to give me the run around and Wanted to void my lifetime warranty in order for me to pay more. Highly dissatisfied with service provided by management. The technicians in the back are amazing and did high quality work however it s like the management doesn t consider the well being of the techs. Manager collects salary while techs collect commission per job so You d think they would want as many customers as possible for the techs to have work but yet that s not the case. Will not be returning to this location.

This location has been our go-to for ALL of our vehicle needs for the past 6 years that we've lived here. We have three cars and have done everything from tires to brake pads to fuel pumps, to AC service and more. Sadly, we will NEVER be returning. Rob, the manager could not have been more rude. Our teenage daughter had a screw in her tire and she could hear air coming out of it. She was scared. When she asked me what she should do, I told her to stay where she was and I drove to her.I drove her car to the firestone and she followed me in my car. When we arrived, there was ONE car in the bay and ONE customer in the waiting room with ONE hour left before close. We asked them to take a look and were told that we'd have to make an appointment for FOUR to SIX DAYS later!!! I questioned Rob on having to make an appointment for a potential flat and his response was that it wasn't fair to those who had made appointments for him to put us ahead of them. While I certainly understand the value of an appointment, does Firestone leave no room for emergency situations? When I told him that I had never heard that before, he said "WHAT?...Someone being honest with you?" To that, I responded, "no, that I would have to make an appointment for 4-6 days from now to have you look at a screw in the tire." He proceeded to get angry and then lectured me on the state of the 'crazy world we are living in right now'. I asked him if he was saying that he couldn't look at my daughters tire because of Covid-19, and he said yes. He then continued to lecture me about how many late hours HE, HIMSELF has had to work because of Covid and the affect it has had on the business at this location. Are you serious? We left and were able to get my daughters car to another place who fixed our tire in less than 20 minutes and with amazing customer service. My advice is that if you think you may have a flat in the next week or month, or year, go ahead and make an appointment if you do business with Firestone.

I typically never leave reviews but Rob was an amazing help. Usually Firestone employees just get your reason for your visit and take your keys and you wait for services and sent on you way after they explain what they did and their recommendations.Rob made me feel like I was a regular and made my visit very inviting and interesting.

Took my car in with damaged tire(nail). Took it there because I purchased the tire there and had Firestone tire protection plan. Was told they couldn t even take the car as they were to busy. Even said to take it to a competitor when asked what I was supposed to do. What good is a protection plan if they will not honor it. Did get another Firestone to take my car and repair the tire.

If you hate spending your money with rude people make sure you avoid this location and avoid ever talking to Robert. I walked in today for an appointment to witness him having to apologize to.a customer for talking so rudely. Shortly after that I experienced the same rudeness from him and when I brought it to his attention he became very irate and stormed off like a child throwing a temper tantrum. When I decided to write a review I notice that must 3 days ago someone else had wrote a review about Roberts tone of voice and behavior and as I continued to read through the reviews I noticed that it was so many bad reviews with his name/manager which is further confirmation that Robert's Customer Service and Attitude is horrible. Well after coming to Firestone for over 20 years today will be my last time coming. I'll rather spend my money with a company that knows how to talk and treat customers.

Tires are great, but don't go there to get a flat fixed. It will never happen as they want sell you a tire. I left my car there at 7:30 AM for a 2:00 pm appointment and still not looked at, at 6:30 PM. Left at 7:30 pm with no fixed leaking flat tire.

avoid this place at all costs, i was portering a trade in vehicle for a family owned dealership on an f150. i spent over 3 hours the first time to get a front end alignment when it should not have taken that long. the manager claims he rushed me in and even after doing all that it takes 3 hours? right after i left they never bothered to realign my steering wheel and i would have to pull the steering wheel slightly to the left inorder for the truck to drive straight; not something you enjoy seeing for $112. i came in the next day to tell them about it and they took it in again and they barley adjusted the steering wheel to center that i would still need to pull the steering wheel at a certain angle for it to drive straight. if you take your hand 1 second off the steering wheel it automatically causes the truck to drive to the right. in response to making 2 trips from byhalia ms i requested they compensate my time with a tire rotation. the service advisor was hesitant at first but then agreed. so after 2 alignment trips i go in a 3rd time and my truck was NOT aligned and it cost me $112 and ontop of that they did not want to give us our commercial tax exempt discount. on the 3rd trip goes icing on the cake, the service advisor was standing by their work and saying their could be more issues on the steering or something with the suspension of the truck causing it not to be aligned, this is not the case and it does not take a rocket scientist to know a steering wheel is curved 40 degrees to the right and thats why the truck is not aligned because once you center your steering wheel when driving (as you're suppose to) the truck starts driving to the right.to add a 6th grader temper tantrum whom ever worked on our companies truck stripped the absolute sh#t out of the steel lugnuts on the truck. not only could they not manage to preform a basic front end alignment that costed me $112 the trigger happy technician destroyed the lugnuts on our vehicle. i wont be going here again. we took our truck in to a mechanic shop and they confirmed that the alignment was done improperly and that the suspension and steering is working fine on the truck. if only they centered my steering wheel on the 2nd trip from 60 to 0(center) instead of 40 , we would never have this issue.to show you how much the service advisors are clueless i witnessed the service advisor telling an elderly woman the reason her vehicles power steering was not functioning properly was due to a bad battery, if only they knew that the power steering is ran off a belt and that if your vehicle is running than you should have power steering regardless of your battery. you can even manage to start and drive a vehicle with a bad battery. even if the power steering on ones vehicle is electric than the alternator should be able to run the car, as long as the engine is running. If the battery was good enough to start the car, its good enough to run electric power steering.wont be returning to this scam shop again.

I needed to get 2 replaced and called before I went up there. They told me that they would squeeze me in and get it done by 6. I called at 5:30 to check on it, and was informed that they were running late. I needed my truck that night so they said they would stay late to finish it about 6:30. While it was not ready when I showed up, they still told me it would be finished that night. I made other arrangements until I could get back to pick it up. I arrived at 9 and it was finished, locked up out front and ready to go.Rob and Wally do a great job with this store. Even through it didnt get finished on time, they did kdo what it took to make it as right as possible to get it done that night. Thank you guys!

This is too costly, and no courtesy. No more visit to this store. For oil change and back brake pad replacement they charged $630, at end I just asked for my wind shield wipers to replace old, they just denied. Not recommending this store. Rude manager.

The Firestone on Poplar and Germantown is the worst ever. They told me they would put the extra tire mounted on the rim in the back of the trunk. I bought 4 tires from them. After the work was done, they said we cannot mount the tire it is not in policy. They gave me incorrect information up front and then told me you can get the tire on the rim from Pepboys. They just want your money, without any customer service.
